    @kpcassell419 @ThreeUKSupport I have to say in France Three force you on to a network called Bouygues. A piece of damp string works better. So I force the phone onto a different network then it’s fine.

    @ThreeUKSupport 5 times I've asked for my pay as you go number to carried to my contract sim, FIVE times I've been told it will take 24 hours... Guess what? I'm still waiting.... I'm honestly at the point when I want to cancel as I'm clearly not getting the service I pay for

    @ThreeUK @educationgovuk All my services are down all day and I cannot get your colleagues to tell me for how long that is gonna last. So much for network upgrades in the area. Nobody knows anything, customer service is a joke. Lost 1hr yesterday trying to get any info, today left w/o services again!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Still not resolved. You have affected my credit rating , you have charged me for a phone I never had since 2016 but won't let me cancel the contract because the date of birth does not match my date of birth.
