Hey @ThreeUK, so I understand that outsourcing is a thing, but 90% of the time I am not able to understand your customer service agents. I assume from their accents that your call centers might be located in India and some of the accents are very strong.

@ThreeUKSupport Thank u for your reply Jen. It is not my phone... it is my relish. Have tried changing all the positions of my router and nothing. Have been calling you guys but it was said to me that I have a bad signal and apparently the signal in the area is indeed bad. :/
@ThreeUKSupport Ok so I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it's now working. It wasn't working for ages though and two Three shops I went in confirmed there were problems with it.
