    @ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over £50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of £100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

    @BBCNaga @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely shocking service as I need this for work as a freelance worker. Totally feel left in the dark at the lack of customer service. Many years of service with 3 and feel completely let down!!! Terrible!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport My phone will not make receive calls, texts etc. My line is not suspended and but instead I’m greater with “this service does not accept calls to this number” this includes voicemail and the 333 number! I can’t even check to see if the network is down either.

    @ThreeUKSupport Spoke to second tier support. Looks like there is an issue in the area with 5G. Said they'd get back to me within seven days 😭

    @ellieeggleston @ThreeUK Same here with Apple Music, Apple TV+ and the App Store. I spoke to Apple support (three told me to go there) who confirmed my suspicions about the issue being with Three. O2 SIM card worked fine on the same devices.

    Absolutely sick of paying for @ThreeUKSupport wifi and phone bill when the service/signal has gone absolutely ridiculous, doesn’t work half the time and can’t load Netflix/Snapchat and half the things on the internet. Sort it out @ThreeUKSupport.

    @ThreeUKSupport When I try to use mobile data nothing loads, I just get a network error. The SIM works fine in my iPhone. Android 12 on Google Pixel has been really buggy and I'm not the only Three customer to be facing these issues with the Pixel 6 and Three.

    @ThreeUKSupport Apple Media Services (App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV) not working on HomeFi or mobile. Works on other providers with same devices

    @SteveBartlettSC @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I left Three last month. I'd been with them 15 years, but in the last few it's become a lot worse. Call quality is appalling, two hour limit, poor network coverage despite what their website claims, no coverage in busy cell locations, caller drift up to 40s randomly. Poor.

    @ThreeUKSupport really bad 4G/5G connection in Stratford/E15 currently. Phone and home broadband have very patchy connections
