You sent me a text when I landed saying ยฃ5 a day for unlimited data, which I never received, and got charged for data on my sim card that is switched off.

Didnโt turn up. Called and they said itโs now being delivered Wednesday. It hasnโt. Terrible service.Whatโs going on

As someone who has worked exclusively with web technology for almost 25 years, I can tell you that your user experience is severely lacking. I've been waiting over two minutes at some weird "loading" screen that makes no sense.

Iโve asked for a replacement router to be sent but the answer is no. The contract needs to be cancelled now without a cancellation fee. Iโve already paid for at least 2 months with no service.
