    @ThreeUK I know I’ve been a long time complainer about your network (nearly 12 months) but this week it really has been complete and utter rubbish. Signal but no actual service.

    @BBCNaga @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely shocking service as I need this for work as a freelance worker. Totally feel left in the dark at the lack of customer service. Many years of service with 3 and feel completely let down!!! Terrible!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over Β£50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of Β£100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

    Why do @ThreeUK make it impossible to contact them? First they insist on a phone numb - I'm a broadband customer ffs! When I did get past that their chat **** bot could only handle returns. After repeating myself a number of times & saying "human" loads too, it hung up!
