    @ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over £50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of £100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

    @ThreeUKSupport @AnnCane6 It's not unusual, Three UK, read your reviews of actual customer experiences on Trustpilot. Three UK has a 1 star rating. The poor service has been going on since at least 2020. OFCOM should block your access to the UK market

    Bit of advice.. never go with @ThreeUK. Not delivering what’s agreed, refusing to put you to complaints, poor customer service all around. Had to escalate to CEO 👍

    @ThreeUK Out in the middle of nowhere I depend on the network for many things and this has now happened multiple times for me over the weeks, if this is not sorted quickly then you will be loosing a customer and probably many more than just me, Vodafone,O2 and EE are all fine. 😡😤
