    @BBCNaga @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely shocking service as I need this for work as a freelance worker. Totally feel left in the dark at the lack of customer service. Many years of service with 3 and feel completely let down!!! Terrible!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over £50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of £100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

    @ThreeUK I know I’ve been a long time complainer about your network (nearly 12 months) but this week it really has been complete and utter rubbish. Signal but no actual service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have never been so frustrated and disappointed by the level of honesty and customer service as I have been with Three and it's broadband. spent 5 hours of my life last week yet matter seems to not have been resolved. absolutely disgraceful.

    @ThreeUK having recently switched from o2 to yourselves, my phone coverage/ signal and overall data/4G has been erratic and inconsistent to say the least. So far I’m extremely unhappy in my experience with you. What are the next steps to resolve this? Thanks

    @ThreeUKSupport of course is not good. And I am sure that either it happened intentionally or there is a problem after 20 minutes because I call again and this happened again. I was calling to cancel an upgrade. Now I will cancel the whole contract not just the upgrade!!!

    @pcaldredbann @ThreeUK We have a tower down near us so no mobile internet just down the road from me & mobile signal is awful as others are on my local tower instead, so it's overworked IT'S BEEN A WEEK

    @ThreeUKSupport trying to homeschool in a new house before broadband delivered on three mobile network. Haven't managed more than 3mbps all week, when I have a connection at all. On-line support consists of 'delete cookies' level of list checking. Terrible.
