@ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over £50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of £100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

@nonsuchtech @ThreeUK WiFi calls are still linked to the network behind the scenes (that's how it comes out of your allowance). Try airplane mode?
