@BBCNaga @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely shocking service as I need this for work as a freelance worker. Totally feel left in the dark at the lack of customer service. Many years of service with 3 and feel completely let down!!! Terrible!!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Good evening. I am having problems with my network connection on 4G. It is very slow. Even switching to 3G(H+) my phone is slow. I have done all the phone network resets etc but i still have the problem. What info do you need from me so you can check your network

@ThreeUKSupport I spoke to 3 different people on the call today. Passing me around. Saying all different things. Telling me the problem is not there but they are investigating it? I got told 2/3 months ago there was a problem and got told the problem is sorted? Clearly not
