Apparently the team overseas that could help knocks off at midday UK time. Not much use. It’s now preventing me from accessing banking etc. anything you can do to help?

Jonny (@JonnyB289) reported@ThreeUK I upgraded my phone yesterday and got a confirmation email and a text saying congratulations on upgrading and it said my phone is due to be delivered today but didn’t get a text this morning with tracking information. I rang up three and used chat but didn’t help.
