  @ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over £50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of £100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

  @ThreeUK I have been scammed through 3 Pay and Three withdrew money my account knowing about the fraud. I keep reporting the fraud to your customer services and nothing has been done to address it.

  Once again @ThreeUK network is down. Every month this is happening. I asked to swap to normal from mobile broadband but was told I'd have to pay to get out of my contract but surely the amount of time your network is down you would offer to swap me for free!

  @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

  @ThreeUKSupport how do you feel scamming thousands of customers for 1000s when a device is paid off and you keep taking payment for the device my elderly mother is a victim and is our £900 with nothing you can do can’t wait to cancel all 9 phone contracts me my family and friends

  @ThreeUK I am so annoyed by your customer services. I purchased a data sim a month ago. Rung up to top it up they won’t do it with out the sim being in a phone to receive a text message, I don’t have a 3 device, I bought it for a mobile router. Won’t work in my EE phone! 😞
