@ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over £50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of £100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

Well if there's ever an emergency, you'd better not be on @ThreeUK . Two phones didn't get the emergency alert here, both on Three. Crappy network.
