    @ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over £50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of £100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

    @ThreeUK I know your customer service has always been rubbish but it’s now actually unusable. My hills is wrong and every time I known your overseas call centre about it they manage to cut themselves off mid-call. Please provide me with a PHONE NUMBER of someone in the UK.

    @ThreeUKSupport When are you going to sort your app out, it's slow and glitchy. The old app was better. I have 3 GB Ram phone and keep the app updated.

    2 days since I complained to @ThreeUKSupport about my absolutely crap signal and all they've done is tell me to use an online chat which is pointless with poor signal. Since then they've just ignored me. Great way to treat customers 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. Maybe i don't understand your billing system. After one month i was charged 1 month and 1 week which was paid by DD. Then i expected info about the next payment and your website said i was 1 month in arrears, so i gave my bank details agiain. No more money has been taken. WTF

    @ThreeUKSupport @PelhamB There is not limited 4G coverage - there is NO 4G anywhere in that box on the map. It should ALL be white. I have reported signal issues via that link probably around 25 times since 2016.

    @ThreeUKSupport You're not ignoring me but you haven't replied in 2 days? And I mentioned a 4G signal problem with you over a week ago and its only now you tell me you can help me via phone call. Taking a week to finally give me the right advice is poor customer service in my eyes.

    @ThreeUK I have had so many problems trying to upgrade my phone with you. Now you have taken too much money from my account despite assuring me this would not happen. I cannot spend any more time chatting to reps on livechat please can you resolve this?
