@BBCNaga @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely shocking service as I need this for work as a freelance worker. Totally feel left in the dark at the lack of customer service. Many years of service with 3 and feel completely let down!!! Terrible!!!!

@ThreeUKSupport We’ve already done that once, my phone, my sisters phone and the home broadband all still have the same issue when connecting to the three network here at home, elsewhere it’s fine. I’m not sitting here all day going through the same troubleshooting over and over again!

@RAC_Care I want @ThreeUKSupport to tell me of there Is an issue with the line as saying you are not aware of anything isn’t helpful. Surely someone could test the line.

I don’t understand why people still use @ThreeUK . Avoid this network for your own peace of mind.

The @ThreeUK network has to be the worst network for mobile data I’ve ever encountered. Everywhere I go in the camper van, I try to connect, and it’s either crap or non existent. Check their site and they say ‘we are fixing a problem in this area’ - It’s every fecking area, ffs.

Twitter poll: Do you use 5G on your mobile handset? I turned it off because it is unbelievably slow and sucks my battery to buggery. @ThreeUK
