@ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over £50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of £100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

@ThreeUKSupport Today. I’ve been told I can buy the phone for £320 & contract ends. Or send it back and contract ends without penalty. They refused to reimburse the £68 a month I’ve paid for over 3mths with no service. They drew this process out longer to take more money from me. I was miss sold

Never mind. @ThreeUK are charging a bloody fortune for the base Pixel 6. Like £1.1k for the 2 year plan. I'm better off paying £600 straight from google on my paypal credit and just pay it off as fast as possible. Hell, I reckon I could get 1yr interest free.

@ThreeUKSupport We both cancelled the contracts with O2 as we thought the network coverage was worse with them. So on Monday O2 disconnected us because we cancelled and Three disconnected as well as something somewhere says the port out was successful
