@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@iD_Mobile_UK my dad is an existing customer and we decided to move to another IDmobile sim only deal. Only now we have worked out that he cannot keep his number? I’ve found him a better deal with @ThreeUK and will port his number over. How do we cancel the new sim? #painful

I've had enough of @ThreeUK WiFi lately as it's ridiculous. Nothing but bad Internet for days and when it does work it's only for a short period. Sort your F%$KING **** out will you some of us live miles from anywhere and your nearest shop to be able to go to the nearest store.
