    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUK Can’t wait for my contract to be up so I can find another provider.Had shocking service a the last few days but apparently their end all is fine.Useless lot

    I’ve been a @ThreeUK customer for the past five years and have generally been happy with the level of service provided but having had to deal with their call centre over the past few days I can safely say their customer service is really poor 🤯🤬

    @ThreeUKSupport reporting you to human rights.Seems uve had an engineer in a cabinet working on a fault for over a month now.The 4G in S75 is seriously broke and you just kick the can down the road another 7 days every time i call.Its gone beyond a joke now.realy awful today 💩🤯

    Anyone considering a @ThreeUK phone for their kids might want to reconsider.. phone screen broken, insurance claim made last Thursday, phone returned Saturday & promise of 48 hr return. As of this evening they can’t tell me when she’ll get her phone back…blaming it on repair co.

    @ThreeUKSupport very disappointed to have realised today that as a company you knowingly over charge customers who are out of contract. You could choose to move customers onto a lower tariff but instead you claim you can't without customer contact. Nonsense. Shame on you.
