@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport Giving me the same number that I originally tried to contact you on isn't helpful...I was told I *had* to use the online chat service. Can you just give me the number to put me directly in touch with someone based in the UK who can help me out with this?

(@charleyg_98) reported
Anyone at @ThreeUKSupport fancy letting me know why I've apparently reached my data limit on an unlimited data plan? I now have no signal abroad and no way to use my bank card, no food for me I guess 🙃

Seonaid MacKay
(@OooPooLooMooZoo) reported
@jenkins_helz @ThreeUKSupport I think so! I wouldn’t recommend buying a phone plan through a third party after this experience - you’re reliant on them communicating with the network provider to cancel on your behalf to make sure you don’t pay the early redemption charge.

@SkyHelpTeam But I shouldn’t have been told a call back was scheduled for today... I’m trying to leave and there’s an issue with the PAC which @ThreeUK and I don’t fancy being tied in for 12 months as I’m in my cooling off period and trying to escape..
