I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

Your live support chat confirmed to me the second was real but didn't know about the first; they told me to text 7726 about it, but that turns out to be an automated account for reporting spam texts
