@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUKSupport your phone signal is absolutely diabolical and I havent had signal for nearly 2 months despite being told it would be fixed in a week. Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport Outage still going on in Liverpool - service has been down since Wednesday with no information regarding resolution. Hope we can forward you the bill from Vodafone as we had to get a wifi hotspot from them in order to be able to work :)
