@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

The constant problems with either data issues or call connections is ridiculous. I have been waiting to receive a very important phone call today and have missed my appointment because of this. Not even a message to three users apologising for the issues. Sort it out! @ThreeUK
