@ThreeUKSupport your phone signal is absolutely diabolical and I havent had signal for nearly 2 months despite being told it would be fixed in a week. Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK seems to be pretty much no way of contacting you for help at the minute. Just run out of data was hoping you may help for the two days before my allowance renews....as other providers are doing 🙁

@ThreeUK good customer for 12 years after being offered 3 different plans with you to upgrade which are still more expensive than @virginmedia @VodafoneUK it ends up your agents got it wrong, then promised a call back between 11am and 1pm by a manager - I have not had a call

I can’t get over how TERRIBLE 3’s network is, like it’s actually shocking. They are even talking about how your phone will be able to have service underground, abeg work on getting us service overground please @ThreeUK
