@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUK can you tell me if there’s an issue with Spotify over the three network? Can’t play songs that are not downloaded over 4g but works fine when connected to WiFi. Other networks seem to be working normal for Spotify. Tried different phones on your network same happens

@Magiciandomino @ThreeUK Mine is the same. If I turn off 4G it works on 3G. But back to being blanked out when on 4G. So must be a network issue with 3
