Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport your phone signal is absolutely diabolical and I havent had signal for nearly 2 months despite being told it would be fixed in a week. Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUK been with #3Mobile for years upon years I lost my new Upgrade yesterday & getting any Help other than "We'll send a New Sim" which is of no use to me to "You can start a new upgrade" only £296 they tell me to close it down" little did I know I can't Trace it after that?

If anyone is thinking of using the @ThreeUK network...don't!! After speaking to about 6 or 7 different people and 1 customer relations team member, my problem still hasn't been sorted. Fed up of broken promises!!

How I look forward to my annual tussle with @ThreeUK 's customer services in India to retain my low cost phone contract. Pitting South Asians against one another in the bargaining stakes is a risky move some would say, but I enjoy sharpening my charm skills. £8 a month it is.

@PaulPartington @ThreeUKSupport I've been trying to switch my number since August and after speaking to about 8 people it's still not been done. Even the higher up people they pass you to when you want to complain don't solve the problem. Awful network!!
