    Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport your phone signal is absolutely diabolical and I havent had signal for nearly 2 months despite being told it would be fixed in a week. Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

    Absolutely furious with @ThreeUKSupport - I've spent hours of my time on the phone, I have been into the shop, and I've used the online chat for over an hour. Still unable to resolve my issue and the online chat refused to give me details to make an official complaint. Shocking.

    @orfy @ThreeUK I spotted the 'sso' in the link which made me further think it was dodgy. I'm a three customer as well so if I wasn't suspicious of everything I could have assumed it was genuine

    @ThreeUKSupport I cannot belive that you have cut off the services to a 17 year old girls phone just days after she's lost her mum. Your customer support team don't care and are not willing to help at all. Absolutely disgusting
