    @ThreeUKSupport I switch to pay as you go 22nd October 2020. due to an issue with my online banking, i didn't notice until January 2021 that Three was still taking money. I've made numerous attempts to get the issue fix but I kept getting passed around therefore I contacted the bank to cancel

    @ThreeUKSupport What if she is the account holder and has forgotten her details? As in the years since my father and mother no longer are together. Hence why we need more help then what is being suggested. So my father will be charged for a service he isn't receiving nor can try to correct.

    @ThreeUKSupport When trying to verify my bank details, I was repeatedly told it was an issue on my side and nothing to do with yourselves. Low and behold, after contacting the bank, there is no issue with my card. So as far as I know, my application is still pending an no idea what to do.

    @ThreeUK shocking service... Will be cancelling accounts ASAP after over 15 years of service and 4 phones... terrible, and customer service line is a non starter. Reading scripts resolves nothing

    @ThreeUKSupport 2 online chats with Java, then Marina, t to resolve my issue have ended with the agent claiming they'd lost connection with me, or vica versa... Doesn't say much for the three network?! Simple problem, I just need a little help please!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport This "0800 033 8030"customer relations number doesn't work. I want to speak to someone in the UK as my issue is very urgent. I have a dispute claim up which got push up due to how vital it is. I missed a phone call and I called back to get an update but just got passed around

    @ThreeUKSupport Journey to get this done is going to be a long and frustrating one... as your responce highlights why we will have to cancel the account. As instead of getting the account holder to call you, perhaps you could think on your feet and call them?
