    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jade. Yes! It was agreed several times and is on my record. I confirmed this yesterday and was told it would be returned within 24 hours. Early termination fee was waived as in 6 months I never had a reliable home broadband service.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there still a mast issue in SK15 postcode. Last day or two 4g is hardly existant. Have had to switch again to 3g. Not good as there's repeated issues here. It works for 3-5 weeks then mast issues again.

    @ThreeUKSupport And asking me where the problem is, is a bit insulting as I’m sure you can see from the screen shot, even with 3br everything has difficulty Loading or just stops with Safari saying it is unable open this page. And many emergency calls have been cut off! Contractual obligations!

    @ThreeUKSupport Day 5 of very poor signal. Cuts off intermittently. Reboots don't work. Clear cache doesn't work. Going to 3G is also poor. 333 chat didn't help. Can't call you as low or zero signal. DN16 area. Lots of friends saying the same. Why?! It was fine until last week!

    @ThreeUKSupport Spoke with customer services this morning and told debit collectors had been appointed we have paid the bill in full and she also confirmed that she had all the data in front of her indicating we don’t owe anything had it been under £10.00 we also have an email to confirm this?
