    @ThreeUK last week I submitted a second online request to unlock my three mobile WiFi device. Yesterday I received an SMS asking me to contact 333 as the imei wasn’t recognised. I did. They asked me to submit the online form again having been sent in circles for an hour. Pls Help

    @Joe_EvansIII @ThreeUK @O2 my iPhone 12 mini has been absolute garbage in terms of connectivity and intermittent, unexpected power cycles. it has been replaced by apple. a downgrade is advised (by me).

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s anywhere heavily populated, in particular if I’m in E20 1EJ. I can have full 4/5G signal but browsing the web is painfully slow. This is a constant issue that Three has and doesn’t appear to affect other providers 🤔

    @ThreeUKSupport Probably three years ago, I’m there most weekends sometimes during the week. The same issue happens anywhere in London where there’s lots of people. I’ve reported this in the past as it’s been happening and nothing has been done
