@ThreeUKSupport @elliotw100 Elliot they’re just doing it to increase revenue which is ridiculous. Raise a complaint and tell them you have been quoted as being able to keep it in a 3store. 3 complaints have the power to add an “exempt” flag in your account to override go roam charges as an exception.

@threeuk been on a 30gb pay 1-monthly Three customer for ages and have free Go Roam (as took out plan pre-October 2021). Got email today saying can't stay on my tariff and will have to switch, losing Go Roam. Why am I being forced to switch or otherwise leave?@MoneySavingExp
