@ThreeUKSupport Hello, I ordered a home broadband router but it didn’t work so I cancelled it. I have been told by a customer service that it was received on the 15th day and the system automatically generated a £10 pound bill but I didnt need to pay it. I am receiving constant texts.

@ThreeUK if only some of your advisers listened. The customer service is seriously letting you down in my eyes. When they laugh during your complaint and when they call back at the incorrect time it is unacceptable.

@ThreeUKSupport We had a power outage yesterday afternoon. We lost broadband and Wi-Fi. I was unable to send or receive any text messages or make or receive any calls. I only get 1 bar 3G reception. I cannot get 4G or 5G although your coverage map says I can !!
