@ThreeUKSupport The problem circle doesn't end here, the chat is not working so I'll tweet here, the new problem is that Three is sending me emails and I don't know if my email was even confirmed or not in that case I wouldn't be able to receive that email niether change it. Can you change it.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Absolutely shocking behaviour. Spoke to customer services a couple of weeks ago because I was told I could reduce my bill to £34 a month Received new bill today. It stated £48 a month. Speak on live chat. Apparently I was lied to. They should never have..
