  • tomph Tom Platten-Higgins (@tomph) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Being a mobile broadband contract, my assumption was an instruction to cancel the account was not a request to transfer, as per a normal mobile contract (with a phone number).

  • BRaubo Bartosz Raubo (@BRaubo) reported

@ThreeUK so your plan was to tell the press you’re preserving EU roaming for customers with existing plans, and then you just quietly cancel the plans. What a cheap and dishonest move. Goodbye and good riddance, at least I won’t have to put up with your crappy signal anymore.

  • KingKlazzikal Klazzikal Gaming (@KingKlazzikal) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have no service, it's been down all night. Mobile broadband

If anyone at @ThreeUKSupport actually cares about this, my complaint reference is 32185304. You can do better. Much much better.

  • tomph Tom Platten-Higgins (@tomph) reported

I'm not one for going full Karen on here but holy moly @ThreeUKSupport are terrible. I'd assumed that cancelling a rolling mobile broadband contract 12 months ago would perhaps, cancel it, maybe even stop payments coming out of my account... Nope. £150 taken from me,no budging

  • postyourtoast Post your toast (@postyourtoast) reported

@eatsruns @ThreeUK I overheard a LD man on the bus recently, phoning up court to say he wasn't going to be able to make his court case for non-payment of council tax, because his support worker had covid. He ended up paying the fine by card on understanding the support worker could claim it back.

  • andy19850 andrew hibbert (@andy19850) reported

@ThreeUKSupport My mobile broadband is down No internet connection

  • revoliskaz Sk (@revoliskaz) reported

@ThreeUKSupport my broadband has been down since last night. I know there’s a maintenance ongoing but any idea how long it’s going to take? I’m unable to do any work without internet. NW3

  • eatsruns Sarah (@eatsruns) reported

@postyourtoast @ThreeUK I don't think my neighbour would have been able to pay by card without my help (ie doing it for her)
