@ThreeUKSupport No you don't see what I am saying, from last March my home WiFi is on 3G only. Because it's so slow on 4G. To have speeds of 20kbps again & again fault in my area.. the network has spent more time faulty than free from fault. Yet again bizzy campsites network hose down.

@ThreeUK Really naffed off, you sent me an email with an offer to upgrade my 4G bband to 5G, tried to do this via the link, but it didn't look right, rang your call centre & they tell me that I cant upgrade, this is to take out a 2nd contract so I will have to pay twice, WTF!!

seven phone calls to customer service, 2 online chats, and twenty-seven hours later - I have data service on my brand new Three SIM. Wow. spectacularly bad experience. Folks, I own stock in the parent company, I need the ££ - but avoid at all costs. @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken

@ThreeUK evening. I have a 24 month contract for mobile broadband we are about 12 months in and still struggling to get speeds above 300kb and then it fluctuates down, I have to reboot. Can my contract be broken as it's virtually unusable or am I stuck with it for another year?

@ThreeUKSupport trying to scam me! I've been desperately trying to get my PAC code for 2 weeks but you keep me waiting so that I continue to pay money into my sim. The agents keep delaying the operation making a fool of me! You're seriously the worst provider I've ever been on.

Hi @ThreeUKSupport Are you going to improve the signal/coverage in DT2 8BE and Dorset in general by May 21st because if not I’ll have to leave you. I don’t want to but I only have 3G 1 bar if I’m lucky. No WiFi. Not even with WiFi dongle. Nothing. The frustration is killing me😩
