@ThreeUKSupport Also I never imagined You would literally stop all services and stop me from even receiving messages. I would think reasonable to not allow me to use data and charge extra for roaming, but to stop the services altogether without making sure I understood this was happening?

@ThreeUKSupport No blocks on the account. I’m guessing I’ll just wait until my phone is cut off again for “using my allowance” even though it’s unlimited and I’ll phone customer service again, and they’ll tell me it won’t happen again. Like every month. It’s almost a tradition at this point.
