    What’s worse then 2020......renewing my contract with @ThreeUKSupport they messed up my bill so badly they can’t even fix it! It’s been nothing be stressful and now they are in breach of contract! Someone come save me and help me sue them! @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport Nah you obviously really want to patronise pretend help, ask question ur meant to ask your colleagues evidently and I know otherwise I’d have give you the number in question but it’s Twitter I’ve made a complaint on resolver and you send auto response telling to call India again

    @polnyypesets @luxurygite @ThreeUK Ironic that these companies struggle to communicate with their customers. I remember O2 being so bad (wrongly retaining credit card expiry dates as a marketing tool) I swore never to go back and Vodafone wouldn't let me cancel a verbal contract verbally but wanted it in writing.

    @kattyork @EE @ThreeUK 3 are absolutely useless. I’ve had plenty of issues over the last year and have eventually taken them to the ombudsman, I won my case and are going to leave them as soon as my compo has run out!

    @ThreeUK I require my refund from almost a year ago I’m still a customer my last contract ended with a credit amount due back to me that three has decided to steal and not return it’s disgusting lack of services from the call centres in India they send you though to 0 help not resolved
