    @ThreeUKSupport Go Roam doesn’t just affect European countries though, I used it for the USA. maybe someone can look into the issue of the other customers who’s rolling contracts are being cancelled at end date.

    @ThreeUKSupport @daniel_lc123 You don't though! I was a loyal customer but realised three is a bout gimicks that keep changing and getting worse... Remember the loyalty scheme, free roaming, the one plan? All gimicks and taken away. Try @02 and if you get friends to join you get upto 50% off.

    @LuSchmoo @ThreeUKSupport the advisors are always wrong. told me that i could cancel my contract today and wouldn’t have a monthly bill to pay as inwouldnt be using the allowances. go to cancel today after getting a new phone and what happens. they charge me

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’ve never experienced such poor customer service as I got this morning. I have Three home broadband. This morning, Internet completely down, even after restarting several times. Seems there is planned work on the mast. Why were we not warned?
