    @ThreeUK you guys are the most frustrating network ever. You’ve asked me to verify my Identity which I have done countless times. Still you wouldn’t give me a replacement SIM card. We’ve been on this for almost 5 months and still have the nerve to make me pay a monthly £32 bill

    @ThreeUK if you insist you cannot verify my ID. Why not just cancel my contract all the same. Still charging me a monthly bill of £32 for over 5 months is theft!

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried to use the chat but hotel wifi is too slow I called earlier in the week and your support colleague told me to get the concierge of the hotel to show me how to change networks on my phone 😕 . Can’t see Hutchinson or connect to any of the 3 AT ones
