    @ThreeUKSupport really do NOT care about their abusive behaviour towards their customers. They expect their customers to treat them with respect and like they’re human when they don’t offer that back. It’s disgusting.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, wondered if you could help with info about my 5G broadband. Upload speed has been terrible for three days - usually about a tenth of download but currently more like a hundredth. Website says network upgrades in my area but timescale is a very vague “soon”.

    @ThreeUKSupport I don't have a insurance, I just want the sim... So I can have my number and my internet back... Just went into the store they said there is a address problem. Got asked for a call which I made on Tuesday and the number for it... I lost my phone how the hell am I gonna rmb it

    @ThreeUKSupport I have contacted managers and been told that the bill I received was in error. I've waited 3 days for an email which was supposed to have come to clarify that I don't have to pay and this will be resolved. Still I have no email. Can you help?
