    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

    @ThreeUKSupport Is it any wonder that I have taken this to the ombudsman. In addition when I asked for the third party resolution provider the rep wouldn't tell me who it was because I didn't know the fraudulent DOB . Thankfully Trading standards was very helpful.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have phoned, emailed, visited the shop , used live chat and written including proof of identity but 3 has never granted me access to this account. You sent texts to the fraudulent phone but since I don't have it I never saw them.

    My newly upgraded @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport phone is no longer providing mobile data. The handset I have has been out of stock since Tuesday. My old phone, which doses have mobile data working, now won't send text messages. Help! I can't cope without a phone, I'm self employed!

    @ThreeUKSupport Various reps have said they will call me back and never have. When I wrote to you I was sent a standard response telling me to contact the fraud department without telling me how this could be done. So I sent a reply to customer service asking them to forward it.
