@ThreeUK can someone explain why as a current customer I need to wait until 2/4 for my sim upgrade but if I was a new customer it would be done in hours? I had arranged a new sim but was told this was easier but it’s not!

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your swift reply. I've tried that, that was my original point of contact and they couldn't help. As I didn't know the answers to security questions they told me I needed to call, which I have done. Your employees say to not worry but a debt letter is a worry!
