    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve called up 12 times since the charge and keep getting told to call back again in 24hours it’s really disheartening to know that I still have a contract with Three because I am so disappointed in this service

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport why are you giving "number unobtainable" for +800 international freephone? I've just had to use a landline for the first time in years. Needless to say, the number isn't unobtainable, but functioning telephony service from you apparently is?

    @Leedsjohnlufc @ThreeUK I haven't used them for years, and never will again. They refused my legal instruction to terminate a contract that had expired, and kept me on the phone for an hour asking how they could make me happy. Terrible customer service, they'll never get another penny from me.
