I have just had probably one of the worst morning of awful #customerservice experiences thanks to @ThreeUK The lack of empathy of their phone support staff as well as inability to understand my problems is just puzzling.

@ThreeUK what a pile of ****, took out a new contract with you for an iPhone 14 for 65 a month and now your charging me £95 a month after 4 months of having the phone. Makes no sense at all. Can’t get no sense out of contacting you via live chat or phone call.

  • JCapitalBlogs J Capital (@JCapitalBlogs) reported

@ThreeUK can numbers on your service validate twitter account?

  • stphn28 Steve Walton (@stphn28) reported

@ThreeUKSupport You don’t even appear to know what’s going on inside your own business! I opened an account online, you asked me to call, I did, waited 2hrs to be told all your systems are down. I did that twice today. No one can tell me what’s going on with the account.
