Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

@ThreeUKSupport @RoseyTN Ive had the same. Cancelled my 4g broadband because i took out a new 5g package with 3. Turns out you know nothing of the cancellation. Shocking customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport 4g and 5g (and my wifi) are down in SW16 1JB. I can get a little 3G at either end of the street. Your network status checker is saying there aren’t any problems though, any ideas? Same thing happened yesterday.

@ThreeUKSupport I got a 5g broadband hub with you on Friday but I've not been able to use it properly. Netflix/Disney+/Prime Video/Nintendo Switch/etc do not work with it on my phone, partners phone, Google TV, etc. I've tried different settings but getting frustrated. Help pls?

@ThreeUKSupport My phone had a hardware issue and since it was in the 2nd year I had to pay it to be replaced out of pocket and three said they would reimburse me after 2 months they still haven’t reimbursed me
