Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I did, spoke to two different people: Manzar and Moiez Shaikh and my complaint number was : 3248 7667. I was told verbatim that bills raised in error can’t be cancelled at all by anybody even if I flagged it before you take the payment.

@whiskycycle @katebevan @ThreeUK Feel at home never was available in Canada (or not since at least 2018 when I was there). The whole Canadian mobile system seems quite strange and insular - few companies, almost monopolistic in places, terrible deals all round.

@katebevan @ThreeUK I'm still salty about it so I've looked it up - worldsim worked well for a week in South Africa in '19, but then top-ups stopped applying and their support was worse than useless. So try and find someone who isn't them.

@katebevan @ThreeUK Canada has long been a horribly expensive country to roam to - not enough local competition > poor bilateral roaming deals etc. But those fees - not only data, but 99p/m to receive a call?! - stink of 2002, not 2022. Bon voyage.
