Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@ThreeUKSupport I agreed to stay until the 18th then I’m afraid I’ll have to look elsewhere if I’ve no service.

@ThreeUKSupport still nothing has been done. They have spent 2 weeks telling me to allow 48 hrs and that it will be dealt with as “priority” & yet nothing has been done & no resolution, despite so called “priority”. My contract ends in 2 days & I’m inclined to go elsewhere based on this.

@stripedx @ThreeUK It won't let us reply to your DM but it looks like the coverage in the area is limited, have you always had issues here? If switch to 3G only do you see an improvement at all? -Kim

So incredibly disappointed with @ThreeUK. Used a PAYG with them for 5 or so years and never had a problem. Since I moved to a contract this month, it's only been issues. But at least they promised not to charge me for the first month... Except for they did.

@ThreeUKSupport please can you explain why so many three customers are getting one-ring scam calls from international numbers? What is your advice to deal with this? It’s been going on for several weeks now and if some support is not offered I will need to change provider.

Actually reconsidering the decision to stay on @ThreeUK after yesterday’s awful support experience. Especially given the zero support for Apple Watch. Nicely done, Three.

@ThreeUKSupport Contract I tried to setup, SIM never received. 4 letters without replies, numerous long calls and a year later £120 of direct debits have been taken from my account for no service. What can you actually do about this?

@ThreeUKSupport What the hell is going on in BT15? My home WiFi signal is unusable no matter which band I use - 3G or 4G. One second it’s working with a speed of 8mbps and it’s struggling to reach 0.1 mbps the next second. Impossible when working from home.
