Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

@ThreeUKSupport Would there be any reason why I was able to make and receive calls inside for literally decades but for welll over a year it doesn't work in most of the house anymore. Get signal but they say I am breaking up. All started after a mast was faulty for a year. 1/

@ThreeUKSupport Now stuck in a queue. Trying to get support for my boss. He's having problems dialling UK number from US. He has Go Roam switched on so his phone should be acting as if it is in the UK. The error message he is getting is saying the service is restricted or unavailable

@ThreeUKSupport I had a terrible two years of little to no reception, so at the end of my term I called to finally end my contracts. As very few of my requests were carried out I went in store to check, I was told they had indeed been cancelled, then a bill by post and a DD came out. What gives?
