    @threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    @ThreeUK well done muppets!! You’ve Ported the wrong number and your lack of English speaking call handlers means they don’t understand the bloody error!!! Any chance of speaking 2someone actually in the UK that can speak the language properly pls? And sort out my flaming issue?

    @ThreeUKSupport She’s been told there is no issue and it should be working fine. I’ve checked her phones settings too and there’s nothing this end that can be causing it.

    @ThreeUKSupport None of the postcodes are my address, but WC1N 3JH, SW1E 5EA, WC1E 7JW, NW1 2RY are some of the places I’ve noticed the issue.
