    @threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

    Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

    Very poor customer service from @ThreeUK - I wish to cancel my wife contract as we’re taking another wife you. Transfers me to India. Gentleman does not understand my request. Poor customer service and terrible attitude from you! No help! Poor. Will cancel both contracts now.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK still no response after trying to make an insurance claim for four days. Square Trade Insurance claims a "glitch in the system." What can you do to help resolve this?

    @ThreeUK your Camberley store stole £20 from a child. She went in for 1 sim and £5 top up and left with two sims costing £20. Store manager Sam was incredibly rude. Cysteine service is saying to take item back for refund she’s saying no
