@threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@ThreeUKSupport there seems to be a problem with your mast BD0283. From about 4pm yesterday (25/02/2021) latency on the 5g network has gone extremely high to the point where most of the devices in my house can no longer use the internet. Can this be checked by 3rd line support?

@ThreeUK NEVER USE THREE MOBILE. FALSELY CHARGED ME 4 MONTHS AGO. LIED ON 4 OCCASIONS WHEN I'VE CHASED. NOW STATED WON'T REFUND ME, ONLY TRANSFER TO A CREDIT ON MY WIFES PHONE. @Ofcom #disgrace
@ThreeUK Loyal customee for 10 years me the wife and 4 of our kids aswell, just the signal where we live has gone absolutely rubbish in the past to years, and all i get from you is we are working on it, for 2 years youve been doing it, how slow are your engineers

@ThreeUK I joined your network recently and used a pac code to change my number over. This was done on Tuesday but since then it keeps randomly switching between my number I changed over, and the one you gave me. Any idea why?
@ThreeUK after an email, 3 phone calls and 5 different chat advisors I have not received a refund promised 05/01, advisor telling me today that it had been sent and to check with my bank, I have, and it has not. Appalling service when you can find my bank to take money.
