Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@ThreeUKSupport @JDClarke_ Telling people to use WiFi is like asking them to switch service providers. I mean really? That's your advice, get broadband. Lol

@matt303 @WiteWulf @ThreeUK still in contract for a year on mine as i renewed a while back, but i'm wondering if this is such a big change to the terms of service that i can get out of it and switch before then... there's certainly no reason to stay now

@ThreeUKSupport I've tested 2 separate sims on three seperate phones. A Galaxy S20FE 5G, Huawei P Smart 2019 and another android I cannot remember the name of. All less than 1mbps. Absolutely shockingly awful service. All day, unusable service that I pay 40 quid a month for

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jade, unless there has been work going on for the past 6 months then I'm not sure it's that. I've been a three customer for almost 7 years but the last two have been awful with signal.

The fact that the entirety of Leith Shore and harbour is a signal dead zone is getting a bit ridiculous. @ThreeUK sort it out, half the city has 5G and we don't even have consistent 3G coverage yet.
