@threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

Can someone from @ThreeUK or @ThreeUKSupport please tell me why my bill is increasing by 14.4% when my partners who is on the same contract taken out 2 weeks previous to mine is only increasing by 4.5% - you live chat has been no help at all!

@ThreeUKSupport I can but you can also tell you the message has been the same for couple of weeks - sorry but due to ….there is limited .. - there is no service and chat said there were having trouble accessing a garden where a mast was - go figure - but yes willping a postcode - ‘a’.gain

@ThreeUKSupport The steps u sent make no sense. You told me I need 2 switch the modem to 5G only mode as it may be connecting via 4G but then give me instructions 2 switch WiFi to 5Ghz mode which is an entirely different thing. I'm not even using Wifi. I'm connected directly via network cable.

...you want to buy an add on. Which I don't because I now only use the 3 mobile number on a secondary phone. In turn because the topup experience was consistantly horrible. Am now thinking of dumping the number even as a secondary number .@ThreeUKSupport
