Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

@ThreeUKSupport Phone Due to arrive 21st December, didnt arrive, spoke to a support said there was an error in system due again yesterday, didnt arrive, monthly cost has increased already and account shows the new device as being the one for the account and still no new phone.

@ThreeUK I have been without a mobile network for over 3+ days now and due to my current medical conditions I am unable to go out without a data signal. I know there are problems in my area but without a signal I am confined to my house. Can you please help me sort the problem?

@ThreeUK you do know that using the online system to leave Three doesn't work. I have tried to leave several times in the last 3 months and you FAIL me every time! Live chat almost always unavailable and whilst fighting my case you cut me off. #BadCustomerService

@ThreeUKSupport shambolic, 2 occasions my wife has tried to upgrade her phone and contract, now being charged for a phone she doesn't have, via phone and online support the service is ridiculous, after 10+ years we may have to look elsewhere

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, but that won’t make any difference to the fact that Three mast site plays up I lose my phone AND broadband. Poor risk assessment on my part! Will have to ditch either Three mobile or Three broadband to spread the risk.

@ThreeUK I’d like someone to actually cancel my contract! Been called off 6 different numbers and this last one actually still thinks I want to upgrade😳 it’s a registered 07736 mobile number and they are asking for my card details to cancel! 🤔 are they MADDDD????
