Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

@ThreeUK You’re not sorry and the data isn’t working at all - I’m having to either be on WiFi or nothing. Stop lying and bounce us to another network whilst you sort the issue. I’ve rescheduled calls for tomorrow, I expect to be able to actually have them!

@ThreeUK Second time since i joined 3 a few months ago. Needless to say due to the complete lack of give a **** they show following these events ill be leaving once the contract it up. Off to the next one to try out.

@ThreeUKSupport not one person your company cares about us not being able to ring out. I can’t even ring 999 and I have a 5 month old baby at home who I look after all day whilst my husband is working if there’s an emergency I’m screwed. All the chat says is please be patient.

@ThreeUK The thing with three is they are this huge company who have now colluded with vodaphone who as I recall had terrible coverage ,I think there will be more of this and it’s all down to greed so I’m looking at EE as I feel this will be a regular occurrence
