  • TobyShawPhoto TOBY SHAW (@TobyShawPhoto) reported from Hastings, England

@ThreeUK your customer service is horrendous!!! It’s so bad, going to cancel my direct debit.

  • BadgerOfSteel Keith #0168 (@BadgerOfSteel) reported from Tenterden, England

Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@ThreeUK I never received the emergency alert on my 3 phone and have little faith that if left untested, the same failure will occur again. #DoBetter #3phone #ukemergencyalert

  • VercoeLiz liz vercoe (@VercoeLiz) reported

@ThreeUK What is the fix? Do we have to reboot phone? More info needed.

  • newplanet Graham Stevenson (@newplanet) reported

@siannnyyy26 @willjb88 @ThreeUK I was connected to wi-fi and didn’t get it. Believe me, I hope to never hear one of these alerts for real, but why would you be glad that a signal designed to warn you about imminent danger didn’t work for you when they tested it?

  • iam_samedoho Same | Top Tier Consultant | (@iam_samedoho) reported

@ThreeUK I'm not confident at all. For over 2yrs, you guys are still fixing network problems in my area. I am porting very soon

  • ChristopherChew ℭ𝔥𝔯𝔦𝔰 ☞︎ 🇨 🇭 🇷 🇮 🇸 ☜︎ sᴉɹɥɔ (@ChristopherChew) reported from Swindon, England

Well I’m switching my phone to @ThreeUK. They’re the only mobile network not affected by the Tory scum infosys scandal.

  • rickachay Ricky Power (@rickachay) reported

@ThreeUK Our engineers deployed a fix aka deleted a zero and replaced it with a one.

  • Legxybawoh Legborsi bawoh (@Legxybawoh) reported

@ThreeUK I did get the alert, but that's nothing compared to the network failure I've experienced since I got this sim. My complaint hasn't changed anything. At this point, I just want out of this heartbreaking contract.

  • nikkersinlondon Nicola (@nikkersinlondon) reported

@ThreeUK, your customer service is AWFUL. Been loyal for 10yrs. Changed my plan on 1 April & today was charged per my old plan. Upon contact, your customer service confirmed they messed up my upgrade but won’t do anything to correct the charges. I’m going elsewhere.

  • gemma_witchy30 Gemma Evans (@gemma_witchy30) reported

@ThreeUK It great that you think it's fixed, but I do believe another test should be carried out just to check and to put people's minds at rest that it will actually work in a real emergency.

  • martinpaige1 Martin Paige (@martinpaige1) reported

@ThreeUK Shame you cant deploy them to Rustington and fix your service transmitters that have had a fault for 3 month now isnt it
