    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service !! Ongoing issues for over 2 months, on live chat for 2 hours hour of which being passed around. Was told by 2nd line support that due to the issues I can cancel my contract to now to be told yes if I pay a fee only. Disgusting company

    @ThreeUK your data service along Euston Road is shocking. The run from near Paddington to Euston is unusable from a data perspective. And it has been like this for months. You need to send out an engineer in a cab back and forwards to find out where the gaps or dodgy cells are.

    @ThreeUKSupport @SJocon81 They also claimed on here that we *would* be allowed to continue on old contracts when they expired, and not be forced onto the new ones without Go Roam. It was the reason I put up with the crap coverage in the UK, but email today saying will be forced onto new plan. Hello EE!

    @ThreeUKSupport It was when ringing the number from a non-three phone. Clicking the links to call the numbers or typing them in with the 44. Resolved the issue by calling the numbers from a three phone, but would suspect they might not work still from other networks abroad

    @ThreeUKSupport I am trying to cancel one of my sim cards using your on line chat facility. It's a constant hard sell to try stop me. It's taken a good half hour. Terrible customer service. I'll be reviewing my other sim card account too now as a result.

    @jonc1980 @ThreeUKSupport For some reason your postcode is coming back as no issues, same as the other guy I replied to but my area (G73) is reporting a faulty mast. Clearly it's causing an issue across a wider area than Three are reporting!
