    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    @ThreeUKSupport So I am finally getting the chance to try and sort out my broadband - been on the phone for 9.5 mins, the music suddenly stopped at 7.5 mins, now nothing!! HELP!!!!

    @ThreeUK I have just tried to cancel my iPad data account as per a letter I received. Can’t believe how difficult your agent made it.I couldn’t understand a word he said so I gave up,now I will have to go into the store to sort it

    @ThreeUKSupport Still waiting and due 09/12. Ordered 06/11. No order email confirmation but you took £99 from my bank. Nobody could help me today with written confirmation of my order or why you took the money so early before delivering the phone. Fourth agent hung up on me

    @ThreeUKSupport ..a different network(one that wont cut out whilst im explaining my issue) and try to speak to a manager..this has been going on way too long without resolve...yet im still payin big for the poor service

    @ThreeUKSupport iPhone 7 from 2017. Three was the first and only network used. Tried using O2 and giff gaff sims and none of them work.

    @LukeCoffey_ @ThreeUKSupport Same thing happened to me on Three no one can give you a definitive date it's just it'll be fixed in a month ohh still not fixed wait seven days and it just continues. I left and went with Vodafone and I've never looked back
