@ThreeUK Customer service has to be the worst ever. People on the phone telling me 1 thing people on live chat totally telling me I was told loads of lies. I always have a problem when my bill is generated absolutely shocking off com here I come definitely won’t be renewing

@ThreeUKSupport There is a issue in my area with the network, my postcode is WF12 8BW in Dewsbury, how much longer before this is fixed, currently affecting download speeds and no 5G/wifi connection.i am on three(sim only) pay monthly using Samsung A32 5G.

@ThreeUK provide the worst service, if you need to keep your number then do not move to them as they cannot transfer. Give them a PAC code and it won't make any difference. They will leave you in a mess. Don't use them

@Wilttwits @DeborahMeaden The same goes for 5G mobile coverage on a major network @ThreeUK I live in a large city on the midlands and I usually don’t have a 5G signal, in fact I often find that I have a 3G signal. Decades of under investment in infrastructure resulting in the UK being left behind.

Have just spent an hour with @ThreeUKSupport. They've cut me off twice, sent an email with a link to a page which contradicts the information in the email and failed to understand the issue at all. It was like dealing with a spamming, scamming call centre.
