    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    Nomad problems: My EU sim with @lebara just gave up despite a text saying it will work in the U.K. Switched to my @ThreeUK sim and using their shitty top up web app I couldn’t paste my phone number in. I typed in manually, got one digit wrong, support said tough. £35 gone. 🤬

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport I recently joined you with the 4G Huawei router. On the 14th day (last day to cancel) I had no internet but was fine on my 3 Phone so not a signal issue. But I got it working again. Now just had the same happen. What is wrong with this router?

    @Huawei This is primarily a @ThreeUK concern, I’ll hear from them first. It’s about the 5G router, most likely a firmware issue. It locks me to a single My3 account and bars me from accessing other My3 accounts.

    @ThreeUKSupport which number is for complaints please? Its been 37 hours with no signal because my sim card has been turned off I have no Internet texts or calls & been told this is normal & to wait for new sim It's never happened with any other upgrade I've had.
