    Nomad problems: My EU sim with @lebara just gave up despite a text saying it will work in the U.K. Switched to my @ThreeUK sim and using their shitty top up web app I couldn’t paste my phone number in. I typed in manually, got one digit wrong, support said tough. £35 gone. 🤬

    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    @ThreeUKSupport So I am finally getting the chance to try and sort out my broadband - been on the phone for 9.5 mins, the music suddenly stopped at 7.5 mins, now nothing!! HELP!!!!

    @ThreeUK Our work is to connect with clients everyday every minutes. Now tell me what to do? Who will compensate us for this day ? Three u r very poor service, fail to resolve issues in 4 hours. Even if someone want to call 999 then? They can't call in emergency. What a shame

    @ThreeUK "Data services are working normally" so assume that means that mines still down as it has been since last Wednesday despite @ThreeUKSupport saying it should be up last Friday 🙄
