    @ThreeUKSupport I recently upgraded my contract in Feb 25 and since have been charged for 2 contracts! Your complaints department have refused to refund this despite it is YOUR error. I have been a 3 customer for 20 years and am disgusted that you will not refund me the £300 for what they admitted on the phone was your error. Please contact me and resolve this.

I have been a 3 customer for 20 years and am disgusted that you will not refund me the £300 for what they admitted on the phone was your error. Please contact me and resolve this.
