    @ThreeUKSupport This is really bad. I won't recommend anyone 3 mobile. This is my last contact with 3 mobile. NO RETURN POLICY FOR IN-STORE CONTRACT. It's really surprised me. Contract not even started, still cannot cancel. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    @ThreeUK signal is terrible in London, raised it with them on numerous occasions. And now, just caught extra charges on my bill to which they apologised and claimed technical error, refunded me instantly! Fraud?
