@ThreeUKSupport If you are in any doubt how useless your company is… here’s the complaint reference 33280413, every time I spoke to someone from your Call centre in India, they tried to sell me a new contract on top of the 6 I already have with you for the last 15+ years

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah, I don’t have access to Google play at all and I’ve certainly not registered my phone account to be able to pay for apps on the service in order to trigger the text. That’s why I thought it may have been a scam text.

@ThreeUK your customer service is awful, I keep getting nothing but calls when I’m at working, being harassed constantly for issues I’ve been told has been sorted. Leave me alone ffs

@ThreeUK I have been charged for a phone I never received and am owed over £1000 as a refund. However, you guys have essentially put my money to sleep. Call centres with barely audible staff due to background noise have told me on multiple occasions to call back. Pt. 1

Sigh. The problem with having @ThreeUK 5G home internet and @SMARTYMobileUK on my phone is that when the 5G signal goes down I’m stuffed 😭 (They use the same network).
