    @ThreeUK Has failed me at almost every step. The only thing they didn't drop the ball on was providing me a router. (But even then. I had to buy add ons to boost the already awful signal.)

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m having issues with my data. As soon as I am off WiFi I am unable to use my phone for anything other than calls or messaging. I can’t use my data to browse the internet or look at my social media pages. What is going on?

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. We have now cancelled it as we cannot get hold of the hub. Nobody on the 3 broadband phone line or online chat could help with delivery to a different address. They suggested contacting 3 uk but the phone number we were given didn’t work
