    @AndrewS01250914 @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for sharing this! I’m having the same issue, the new router is making my 3rd and 4th gen echo dots not connect. Everything else (including 2nd gen dot) all working fine! Tried new dots, connecting the dots to other networks, even a replacement B353!

    @ThreeUKSupport I renewed on the 8th waited in all day on the 9th no phone or text from DPD. Contacted three and they promised my phone would be coming the next day this has repeated everyday up till the 23rd of December. When I was told they don't know when I'll get it WTF

    @charlietewson @ThreeUKSupport If you want to "pair" the Dots for stereo sound, the Guest network won't work as the Dots can't "see" each other on the Guest network. You can pull the power from the B535 and set your Hotspot to the same name/password as the 535, connect the Dots, turn Hotspot off and 535 on.

    @ThreeUKSupport my home WiFi hub has had disastrously inconsistent signal for at least the last two weeks. All Alexa can say is ‘I’m having trouble connecting to the internet’. N17 post code. Surviving by toggling onto my O2 phone data right now. What a joke.

    @ThreeUKSupport No. I were told on live chat that it would be cancelled Free of charge because it didnt work since i had it. I didnt receive the services i signed up for. Been passed around. Like a game of pass the parcel. Ive been a customer for years. But now seriously thinking of leaving.
