    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK hi someone from three rang me today asking if I had requested an upgrade and I said no - they said someone had on my account but they’d cancel it. Now I’ve just had an email saying it’ll be delivered tomorrow. I did NOT order this. Please help.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had the same issue. Phoned last night to be told it should still be delivered today, so I’ve taken the day off work as I need to sign for it. What a waste!
