I was talking into staying by a very nice customer service chap, £10pm sim only, only to discover I’d started using more data, add a few bolts on etc, all ok, then I discover you actually do a bolt for say 12gb which was actually cheaper then the 2 bolts on that I was paying

    @ThreeUKSupport Very very vaguely that keep sending the problem over to the IT department. And the response is there's a glitch in the system can they have 24/48 hrs to sort now on week 11 and still not working
