@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jade. Thanks for your reply. Yes, I have done that many times before. The service has been "disrupted" for months. I signed up for mobile broadband and what I get is a patchy signal which means my zoom calls keep freezing and I can’t stream anything properly 😞.

@ThreeUKSupport Really? So I must now waste more of my time by contacting three via phone/chat. I was on the phone for 27min on 15 aug where they assured me the problem was fixed. I’m going round in circles here!Sending generic replies and forwarding us to your ‘contact us’ page is useless

@ThreeUKSupport I was on the phone for 27 minutes with them and was assured I wouldn’t be charged again. My contract expired in JULY!!!! Yet I continue to be charged. I never signed up for or agreed to a new contract. This is beyond ridiculous

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I have been a customer of yours for years, but your withdrawal of roaming really is awful. Moving now to virgin mobile. Can't help but feel you've shot yourselves in the foot withdrawing free roaming. Hope you come to your senses and reinstate it soon.
