@RachaelGoucher @ThreeUK It could be a number of issues. It might be your local tower was faulty. The notice was designed to be a cross-platform signal. I'd be interested in seeing Three's data on the broadcast. Suffice to say it's not your fault you didn't get it. I'm sure they sure working on it...

Well it seems my wife will have to be in blissful ignorance if there is an emergency as her @ThreeUKSupport phone just did nothing while the other phones in the house on o2 and Vodafone went berserk!

🚨 🚨 So looks like @ThreeUK failed to issue the alert at 3pm. Lots of messages on twitter of others who didn't receive the sound or message. Anyone with a 3 phone actually receive it?

@ThreeUK Was there an issue in receiving the emergency alert? I am aware of 3 people like myself who are Three customers and didn't receive it, despite notifications being turned on.
