    @ThreeUK My wife ordered a pay monthly telephone and had to cancel the order after being assured that the telephone would be delivered on time but then it wasn’t (had to cancel and find another contract to avoid paying for another 30 day notice period with previous provider) (1)

    @ThreeUKSupport I have 2 mobile phone contracts with you, one has been fine but the other has been dealt with horrendously. Although each month we usually get the phone reconnected we have the same issues every month! Thank you for your help.

    @ThreeUK We don’t know what is happening with the refund and no one in customer services will tell us. This is unacceptable. This all stems from 3 not fulfilling the order and then staff lying about it being on time. (5)

    There you go @ThreeUK I'm out of the L12 area & my service is back on, but the 3 people I was with in L12 Liverpool, still have no service & cannot even contact you on their phones, they're all (unfortunately customers of 3) roll on February 2021, free of @Three contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can I send a private message with our details and get an update on the refund please? We’ve spent so long on the chat and the phone but no one has helped. We keep being told that if the account never went live then the refund details can’t be found. (8)
