@ThreeUKSupport I was on a live chat and the person just left after making me reset my box, and now I've been on hold for 41 minutes to talk to someone about my internet suddenly dying. I have no choice but to WFH. What is going ON with your service ??? What more can I do ??

@BeMore_BeBetter @ThreeUKSupport A VPN, proxies, Google cache, tunnels, TOR - loads of ways to work around it, but you're right that it shouldn't be necessary. I wouldn't call WiFi a workaround, because then you're just using another network, not getting uncensored access on Three.

@ThreeUK after battling for 6 month's over the poor signal you finally decided to terminate and agreed that it was so poor. To be faced with q demand for payment and no sign of the compensation owed.... No doubt I'll be told the compensation will somehow have to cover this bill.

@ThreeUK you genuinely are the WORST phone company/ customer service I’ve ever known. Taken over £500 from me wrongly on the 20th of Jan & I’m STILL waiting for a refund. Disgusting.

@ThreeUKSupport Apparently so according to network support. Outcome, was it is what it is and working as designed. Speeds might increase but no promise as to when. Status page for DY3 4LN says works is being carried out but support said it doesn't impact me? No formal complaint raised.

@BeMore_BeBetter @ThreeUKSupport I'm PAYG, it's far cheaper but unfortunately censored. Working around the censorship is easy enough, but I once got told by customer service that doing so could result in having my SIM banned. It's crazy

@miascull @EE I had to email ThreeUK a scanned in copy of mine and they just did it too. Thing is, my bank name has updated, even though the account number/soco hasn't, so the direct debit will fail when renewed.
