    Hey @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport your customer service is one of the worst out there. I've been a client for years and suddenly my plan got changed which means I'm no longer eligible for free Go Roam after May. What a scam! Changing plans so people can't use Go Roam anymore

    @ThreeUK I'm with you for broadband and mobile, neither has worked properly for over month now, would you stay if you didn't receive the service you pay for?

    @ThreeUK cannot guarantee coverage for 3g, let alone 5g. Customer service did nothing and forcing me to stay for another 18months of poor service! What am I paying for?! #three #threeuk #poor
