    @ThreeUK Probably the worst customer services I came across, contract ending soon best we can offer is less data worse phone for more money ? not sure that's the best way to keep your long term customers off to Virgin UK for me bye

    @ThreeUK Robert Finnigan needs to seriously look at his customer service muppets. Biggest cowboy phone company on planet. I think its called 3 because that's the IQ of customer service staff

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty! I’m sorry to let you down, however, I’ve used other @ThreeUK sim cards for more than 6 months straight and have no problems so it's a new policy. That's not the point though, the problem is how you deal with your customers, first you take the money then no resolution.
