    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’m on ship so we enter Senegal. I tried to get a data passport as my vessels internet is slow and this is what I was charged trying to do that. At £18 of I put the £20 limit on, but it continued anyway. And a data passport was never achieved.

    @ThreeUKSupport No I didn’t, I hadn’t ever set it up so I called the customer service line and was given a pin that I’ve been trying to use.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m able to make a call but that may be because I’m being forced to use my wifi. When I switch Wi-Fi off I don’t get any data - it’s like it hasn’t been activated. I’ve checked postcode and my other three phone - it’s the handset not the signal

    @ThreeUKSupport - 3 bars of signal, 1.32Mb down, 0.71Mb upload and 103 ms ping time = very good 4G coverage for data? What does 'poor' look like?

    @ThreeUK is such a rip off network. Never seem to get signal anywhere and I’m charged £72 a month for the pleasure of an old iPhone model. Can’t wait for this contract to end after 10 years of thankless custom.
