@ThreeUKSupport I've been with very weak signal all day here in the KY8 postal code area, was the same yesterday afternoon too. Is that cell tower dying again in this area? seems to happen a bit too often

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I have found the webchat to be more than useless in the past. This is an issue that has gone on for months. I was assured many times it was sorted, it was an error on my account and nothing was owed. Then with no warning I am being chased by debt recovery! Disgusting!!

Email from @EE I could spend twice as much for a service I never run out of, and get free services I'd never use. After being stung by #hotelcalifornia @ThreeUK which bit of "no" wouldn't they understand?

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing loads, except your own website. Hence, it’s not that the network is down its that you’re not letting me access anything but your website (as if I don’t have any credit).

@ThreeUK Pathetic service, your customer care executive Ms. Mehendi so rude and forcing your product unnecessarily even if we are dissatisfied with your services. It’s a stress to us. @Ofcom Kindly look into this, want to cancel the contract since huge network issues.

@ThreeUKSupport it's now been three months with no active SIM, I still cannot use my phone off the Wifi & I've can't face being told the old story by the 8,976th live-chat operator. Any danger of my complaint being resolved & fixed?
