    @ThreeUKSupport home 5G broadband service is garbage every 3-4 months I lose all service for up to a week and once again I’ve got virtually no signal Speedtest result was 0.11 download 🤬

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport I tried three again for the first time in years, everything is still such a hassle, including paying a final bill. I cancelled within 14 days, only way I could seem to pay is via bank transfer. Horrible experience. social teams great, live chat awful

    @PureGym Over 5 months since #solihull opened and still no customer wifi. I gather @bt_uk are being useless, so just get a @ThreeUK 5G hub, 20ish quid a month, job done. It shouldn't be hard.

    @Rolo_Tamasi @Richieofbasing1 @ThreeUK Just spotted this as one of my friends had been having problems using o2's roaming in USA. Apparently it's a bit of a con - o2 throttle the data speeds to an unusable 500 kbps
