@ThreeUKSupport I've found the actual terms on your website: "If you are a Consumer customer and you purchased Home Broadband from a Three store, you can change your mind by visiting any Three store within 30 days of purchase to return your Home Broadband device and cancel your agreement."

  • jackieleitch Jackie (@jackieleitch) reported

@ThreeUK has stolen £19 from me and refuses to refund, despite being told I will get it several times. Constantly being lied to by ‘customer services’ and being given a different story each time I ask. I will not give up, this is theft. #worstcompanyever #theft

  • CalvinPrince89 Buju (@CalvinPrince89) reported

@Ofcom I have been a victim of ID theft. A mobile contract was opened in my name, can you please help? @ThreeUK

  • ConsumerCow Consumer Cow (@ConsumerCow) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Consumer - but I have a reply from a panda that might help.

  • chaz_6 🇪🇺 Chaz6 🇪🇺 (@chaz_6) reported from Dudley, England

@ThreeUK does your new 5G business broadband product support #ipv6, and if so, what size prefix do you delegate?

  • Dai_Evans_64 Dai Evans (@Dai_Evans_64) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I had 6 contracts with you, three years ago, due to the poor signal in the BN43 area, both my daughter's left as they couldn't get a honest answer, I'll be doing the same also

  • GarySSteel Gary Steel (@GarySSteel) reported from Chesterfield, England

@tescomobile @ThreeUK hi, my calls will not connect to a Three Mobile number. Can you please tell me if there is any issues with each of your networks please. The calls do not ring and say Call Failed. However, I can get calls from the Three number.

  • kingosticks kingosticks (@kingosticks) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I tried webchat earlier, they couldn't help. But doesn't matter - it's nothing to do with network status or performance. I've changed my mind and that must be accepted as per your T&Cs. Bet I still have to argue this with your store staff but that's what you get with @ThreeUK

  • Dai_Evans_64 Dai Evans (@Dai_Evans_64) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Your signal has been rubbish all year, if this is the best your masts can do, I'll leave my Broadband contract today and my other contract as they come to the end. What have three done to make this so bad and have to constantly lie about their performance

  • kingosticks kingosticks (@kingosticks) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It works, but it doesn't work as well as my normal boardband. The 5G latency is just too high.
