@ThreeUKSupport Anyway, since the service is now dire, and nobody at Three seems to be interested in fixing the problem that clearly Three created in the first place, then please tell me how to cancel this, and my mobile phone contract. 2/2

  • MylesDavison Myles Davison (@MylesDavison) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi there - two (further) months down the line and I thought I’d check to see if you’ve fixed the problem preventing my SIM registering for the 200MB a month free data. Appears not - the reg page still says my sim is invalid… What *is* going on?

  • chrissowerby2 chris sowerby (@chrissowerby2) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Currently getting a limited service at 2.71 Mbps down and 0.46 Mbps up. This is making it impossible to do my job as I work from home. If it's not solved by the 2nd, I will have to change provider. :(

  • daveake Dave Akerman (@daveake) reported

@ThreeUKSupport What nobody at Three seems to understand is that the service *used* to be good till work on the local mast a week ago. The signal itself remains good - 4 bars out of 5. We have an external aerial mounted high with line-of-site to the mast. 1/2
