I can’t believe how terrible my @threeuk signal is on the Isle of Bute. EE has a perfect signal everywhere whilst I have to stand in my front garden to get one!

@ThreeUKSupport One of your staff (that was very difficult to get in contact with). This is not made clear and is extremely misleading to have an option to save and then deleting it anyway. I will be changing providers at my earliest convenience as this as caused so much more hurt for me. Awful.

@ThreeUKSupport Neema on live chat and nowaz on the phone. Tbh after wasting almost an hour on both I just hung up and contacted Ofcom. Took neema 25 minutes just to check my details. The customer service is so bad it’s a joke. Then nowaz just started saying about supply issues again
