@ThreeUKSupport Yes it was the 3 technical support team that told her. They gave her a few things to try on her phone and when it didn’t work the guy said it ok to change phone since it’s only a month old. The phone then cut off after an hour speaking with him and now no one will let her change

@santanderukhelp I’ve already tried that it’s been happening since august - it actually seems stable on BT Wi-fi - it’s crashing every time you click transfer etc on the @ThreeUKSupport network

@ThreeUK been on live chat with you twice, for 1 hour each time, in the past two weeks asking for duplicate bills. They’ve both said 24 hours and neither time have they arrived. Useless service. I don’t have another hour spare to redo it. I will be leaving three as soon as I can

@S10Blade Sounds like same for me. Except I’ve no network coverage being found for @ThreeUK so I was reliant on router being on. Come tomorrow I won’t even have that so I hope to wake up to some clue why that’s failing on me too.

@S10Blade @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Being against this hill really shouldn’t be the issue it seems to be right now. Did a speed test on 4G and it was 1/3 slower than our 12meg broadband. It usually faster.

@FIFATALKS_MO @ThreeUKSupport I'm not defending them AT ALL. I hate them. But that doesn't make customers automatically correct. Their decision is purely based on money making. The biggest complaint I got when working there was "I want someone in the UK". Three are doing the opposite.
