    @ThreeUKSupport Broadband is now showing as disconnected. Your problem is getting worse, not better.

  • pseudomonas Adam 🗺 (@pseudomonas) reported

    @lezza4chezza17 @ThreeUKSupport They did that to me as well. After about a month of nagging they turned the service on for a few days so I could get a PAC code to transfer my service elsewhere. They're useless.

  • tyrickreilly Tyrick (@tyrickreilly) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport i need help regarding a bill

  • vit_t_1991 David Cashman (@vit_t_1991) reported

    @ThreeUK so you won’t allow me to cancel my account and when I cancel my DD you threaten me with a debt collection agency. Perhaps you might consider a conversation rather then jump to such shocking customer service approaches.

  • HollyM59 Holly M (@HollyM59) reported

    Shock shock horror @virginmedia WiFi down again!! Between these and @ThreeUK worst providers of 2021!!

  • withthenina nina (@withthenina) reported

    Honestly @ThreeUK has made no progress in the telecommunications space since it’s launch. Still as **** as they were in 2003.

  • vitinhopretouk Victor Lourenço (@vitinhopretouk) reported

    @ThreeUK Will your support resolve this or will I have to file a lawsuit in court?

  • fabioprofumo Fabio Profumo (@fabioprofumo) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I know you are making some upgrades in YO10 4EP from your network status checker but do you know how long this will take? Home broadband is paintfully slow….

  • Mikey_w Mike Williams (@Mikey_w) reported

    Beware - if you ring Trainlines Customer Services you have to dial an 09 number. Some networks (we use 3) charged us £24.40 for a 37 minute call and we were charged £6.00 by Trainline for the privilege. Great work both of you feel like we’ve been robbed. @thetrainline @ThreeUK

  • kristopherj77 kris (@kristopherj77) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport the calls were as a result of the gentleman i spoke to asking me to listen to them, presumably as an incentive & because he did provide me with such a great deal of help i felt obliged that i should, however the lady i spoke too about it was far too full on
