    @ThreeUKSupport @JaroslavH Would also like you to pass on another customer extremely hacked off about this. 20GB should be the limit, why don’t you bring those places on just 12GB UP to 20GB and make it an improvement, rather than screwing your customers over (again!)

    @ThreeUKSupport weird,my old three PAYG SIM said “Three WiFi call” on WiFi and my new one says “WiFi call” 3 not mentioned (even though is on 3 network,can see when dropping off WiFi).Only a cosmetic change but was this on purpose or do I have a weird SIM?Using iPhone on iOS 14.6

    @ThreeUK signal over Cannock Chase (Milford/Brocton area has been awful or none existent over the last 3 days. Any issues? I'm sure I used to get a good signal here.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I recently bought 3 5g Hub and have it set up. But i cant seem to create a My3 account. When i got to register, the 'your mobile number' section is grey and I cant enter anything. Please help

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport why is there hardly any phone signal on your network in central London?!? Two bars max in Covent Garden! I am a new customer and this is not acceptable- how can I get out of the contract as you are failing to provide a reasonable service?
