@ThreeUKSupport Hmm, seems this is in fact not possible. It's a shame it wasn't made clear until after my order had gone through that it's not a problem if your SIM arrives after the date you put for the number transfer.

@ThreeUK Google the menu before I go, get told my pre-made choices aren't available tonight, panic quietly, then make a 'safe' choice (something I know I can eat without issue, no chance of ending up with snails or anything raw or, worse, still wriggling!)

@ThreeUKSupport I changed my contract to £8 a month with 3. This was in November 2022However, I’ve been billed £23 every month since then. I raised the issue 3/4 weeks ago to which they said I would have a £45 refund in 3-5 working days. It’s been about 3 weeks now

@ThreeUK Have you considered sorting out upload speeds, they're atrocious? Download is great, but when upload is so slow it's probably not something you should shout about too much

@ThreeUK disgusted is not the word. I am STILL being chased by your debt collection agency for a debt which was never owed in the first place. Your teams have assured me that CRS had been contacted but this is not the case. What can I do now before getting lawyers involved?
