@stevelitchfield @ThreeUK Lucky you. There has never been any mobile data here a few miles out of Preston and probably never will be with it being a council estate. Network operators are not going to invest in an area unless they're going to get some ROI.

@ThreeUKSupport I told them the problem, got bored waiting for a reply and then forgot I was in the chat. There is no advice, if you phone my voicemail you will see what the issue is. It just needs to be fixed so that it works.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, three times I’ve been told this, that my voicemail needs to be reset, and then it will work again. However it never works again. I don’t really need to chat to someone, the problem just needs to be fixed, which doesn’t really require any involvement from me.

@ThreeUK seriously you don't support WiFi calling except on some out of date Samsung's and LGs?

@ThreeUKSupport It doesn’t work, if you phone my number it says voicemail is unavailable. Your customer service have told me in three different occasions this has been fixed but it still doesn’t work. It needs to be fixed, this is a business account.

Is @ThreeUK winding down it’s network in the UK? Signal getting more and more patchy for me and several of my colleagues to the point we can’t even rely on being able to make calls when we need to; let alone access internet content. What is going on?

@ThreeUKSupport I have done this several times already and it never gets fixed, this needs to be escalated to someone who can actually solve the problem
