    We’ve moved from @ThreeUK to @EE - Three need to empower 333 & chat teams to avoid the “just like starting over” scenario every call & call customers back if chats cut off. Three don’t seem to communicate between technical & front office teams, their support is at best useless

    @ThreeUK After commending the quality of service (170mbps) my three 5g WiFi internet has given me during my 30 day money back period I now get no more than 15mbps. It's almost as if now I am tied to the contract it has been turned down. The service is now woefully unacceptable.
