@ThreeUK won’t be keeping me as a customer. Reception is crap and the Nero coffee was the one redeemer. Now it’s £2 and can only claim within the hour, if you wait too long all the codes are gone. Useless.

Why the f is the @ThreeUK 4g and 5g signal so bad? 8 feel like I'm living in the 90s here. I have 5g 3/4 signal, and it's taking 45 seconds to do a basic Google search. It's a joke. I'll be switching to Lebara I think. Been with you for 23 years. Literally since I was 15.

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK This cannot be correct @ThreeUK . What are the official t&cs for this at your network?

First world problems but @ThreeUK changing their £1 coffee deal has lost them a customer. I could just about put up with the ****** coverage in return but there's no incentive to stay now.

Anyone know which mobile provider has better coverage in W14 area of London. I’ve been advised by @ThreeUK it’s best to cancel account as they’re struggling to provide adequate 4g let alone 5g.

Hi @ThreeUK, just wondering why I can’t see the £1 cafe nero offer in the three+ app anymore. Has the partnership ended, or is it just a temporary app issue?
