    @ThreeUKSupport My reception has been really poor for about three weeks, my phone cuts out when I'm making calls and data drops out too. Sorry I'm confused by your previous post, you say there's an issue that's taking longer than expected to fix but then say everything's up and running?

    So @ThreeUKSupport when a new contract and card arrived at my post address, i called to check if i needed it if my old sim was still fine and you said to just ignore it, you didn't tell me it was a sim for a different number. Wtf?

    @ThreeUKSupport The only reason for me having to listen to the small print and give all my details was because supposedly existing customers couldn't get this cheaper contract. Which sucks

    @ThreeUKSupport I tried and it the robot voice said "sorry we cannot top up using this card. Try using the website..." Which is what was giving me trouble before. The card is valid and has cash in the account, but because I've topped up with this card in the past I can't use it again?

    @ThreeUKSupport Yep, that was ok. I was less happy about the rip-off rolling contract so i bargained hard to get the same contract i already had. I knew it was a new contract, but we never spoke about a new number or keeping the old number.

    Quite odd but you know @ThreeUK can only manage 3G phone signal in SW1... that’s literally the very centre of the capital city. Get that 5G rollout happening!!
