    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoken numerous times to complaints department but was promised a call back but I havnt heard anything. I’m honestly appalled by the service.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes same postcode and it was fine for a couple of weeks and then it's started again. Problem is I can't login to anything because it needs to send a recieve data for playstaion and xbox etc. What I've noticed is if my download exceeds 500mb my upload is 0

    Today switched from @ThreeUK & their exorbitant 340% price hike to @TalkmobileUK offer that's a much better package but same price! Simplicity itself & now new VERY pleased #Talkmobile customer. @ThreeUK seem to exploit customer loyalty so their loss. Only 30day warning too!

    Ok folks, I need your help. A friend and neighbour has opened her home to a Ukrainian family and has asked if I can help with a UK phone. I only know iPhone, never used Android and dunno what’s best. Would @EE , @O2 , @ThreeUK like to help?

    @ThreeUKSupport Great - but there is no local store. It would have been good if the replacement SIM wasn't cancelled due to a technical fault? And why try and upsell to an unhappy customer and then put them through to customer services and not respond. Rubbish service!

    @ThreeUKSupport Can I ask why I'm paying for a service which I cannot use for a week of each month at least then? Or should I sit outside to work so I can get signal? Why does it work one day and nothing the next? A few friends are experiencing the same.

    @ThreeUK I have renewed my contract yesterday via 3Mobile Hounslow store. Within an hour of renewal I went to store again to cancel contract as found better deal online. went into store on same day to cancel the contract but they said cannot cancel it. what kind of service is ?
