@VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I had contacted you previously, I was told that you offer no guarantee of service indoors. Despite stating that other family members were suffering from the same issue across multiple locations, I was advised to factory reset MY phone... I will DM you though, no harm in trying.

@ThreeUKSupport I was informed this time yesterday that there is an issue in my area (HP136GE), can I get confirmation if this is has been confirmed as a permanent issue or not please as I was told this is what cancellation would hinge on? There is no change on the low speeds today for me...
