    When you move to @ThreeUK cuz your mum says it’s better than o2 but 4 days in and you’ve only had 2 days worth of service and still no data working? Tried calling but good luck speaking to someone, guess I’ll speak to them when they call me since I won’t be paying for no service

    @ThreeUKSupport What I mean is I've raised a problem about a service that I have purchased from you and you've told me basically that I can't expect it to work and it's probably someone else's fault. If it is a problem with @etisalatUAE then how should this be raised to fix it properly?

    @RobSzla @MoneySavingExp How are you finding the reliability of service? I've heard the 5G @ThreeUK home broadband cuts out or slows down regularly... Am thinking of switching, but can't have unreliable internet.

    you lot must be out of your ******* mind if you think I’m paying for 3 SIM cards I didn’t ******* take out. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport sort it ******** out. Your customer service hours are **** and so are your reps that deal with it over the phone bc WHY. AM. I. BEING. BILLED.

    @JoyOfPedals @MoneySavingExp @ThreeUK Hi. I have new(ish) three 5G mast 250meters from home. Never had problems with speed or cuts. It was down max 3 times in 24 months. Maybe I am just lucky.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've complained over a week ago, I'm not happy with the current network data speed. I think I should get a refund because you are stopping me working. I've recommended Three for years but it's not reliable if you need it for work now.

    @ThreeUKSupport It was the Strand store and they said they can only accept any driver’s license or passport, not my UK issued residence card which is ridiculous. This is after your online technical support accidentally immediately canceled my SIM. So is urgent.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK another month you have ROBBED my bank !!!! Taking payments on dates not due, 10 different advisors telling me different stuff. NEVER GO WITH THREE. They STEAL and don’t stick to a contract. The financial ombudsman will be in touch
