@ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

@ThreeUK My contract is ready for 5G - Sadly I struggle to even get 4G to work on Three anymore so can’t see me ever being able to access 5G when I get a phone that allows. I’m really unhappy with the network, it’s definitely getting worse
