    @ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

    @ThreeUKSupport No nothing works. While I'm at this post code during the week I have zero signal. I very occasionally get one bar but it's very intermittent. I've been told a range of dates by 3 for when it should be fixed. We're heading into week 3 of no siganl 😔

    @ThreeUKSupport The service is still down and I’ve tried a full restart on my phone, my full postcode is E18 2LJ. When will the service be fixed and will you be offering compensation for the 2 days so far without service ?

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told the first order was cancelled as you were not able to contact me over the phone and I have to re-order. When I did that now was informed that as the first order was not cancelled I have to wait. Again worst customer service with to training to staff.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've asked you for the last year to cancel my rolling contract and you have not done so, I would like my £470 back that you've taken over the last year.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's been disabled but it's bloatware and I will not be able to fully remove it without rooting my phone 😑 There are some apps that I have never seen in my life that were downloaded so you should probably notify your cyber security division as this is a big vulnerability
