@ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK am wondering whether the merger with @VodafoneUK is responsible for most of a day last week with no phone service and, today, virtually no mobile broadband service in the EC4Y area. The mobile broadband router is usually pretty good but not today!

@ThreeUKSupport They’ve told me there will be a resolution by Friday and to phone back again to see what the outcome is. They have also just tried telling me I need to go back to store for them to deal with it when the store told me there’s nothing they can do
