    @ThreeUKSupport hi, I live in Brighton and every time there is a football game at the Amex stadium internet access gets very very slow, today is even worse! Maybe you need to upgrade or put an extra mast otherwise I go elsewhere if problem keeps recurring! @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK continuing to charge me for two years past contractfor a phone I don’t have. Now refusing to cancel despite numerous request. Avoid.

    @WalesOffline @ThreeUK They are hopeless. My husband had a similar problem in January when he needed to make several phone calls to Canada. He was on the phone to Three for 45 minutes, paid by card for the add-on only to find that they hadn’t done it. He isn’t renewing his contract with them.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've tried 4g only and gives me no signal at all on the hotspot device. My phone on the other hand can get the 4g signal no problem. Both on Three sim cards.

    @SlamDunc888 @ThreeUK So @ThreeUKSupport were able to kickstart my bundle, which didn't work due to a technical issue with their app, but couldn't fully resolve it so they penalised me 2GB of data. Glad it's dealt with, but the customer service has been terrible 😖🙄😢 #customerservice #threeuk #fail

    @threeuksupport I’m becoming more and more disappointed in the service I’ve been receiving the last couple of days, I’ve been getting no usable internet connection on my sim only plan and to make things worse for me I also have your home broadband which is the same! Please help!
