    @TrickSparks7 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m having the same issue

  • _thalamus Will Tisdale 🎗🏳️‍🌈 (@_thalamus) reported from Selby, England

@ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

  • Kyle_thornton23 Kyle Thornton (@Kyle_thornton23) reported from Haxby, England

@ArifFaisal02 @ThreeUK I usually get okay signal but haven’t had signal all day

  • _thalamus Will Tisdale 🎗🏳️‍🌈 (@_thalamus) reported from Selby, England

Well, I started off at 29 in the queue. Now down to 14. I guess @ThreeUK have lots of unsatisfied customers.

@MartinSLewis I need a new sim deal, @ThreeUK has the nerve to increase my tariff soon despite their pathetic service. 😡

  • KeithAlanDunne Keith Alan Dunne (@KeithAlanDunne) reported

Why oh why can’t my #MobilePhoneProvidor, just pick up the phone, instead of pressing 1 or this 2 for that, & 3 for that option, then get cut off. All I want to do is talk to a human being @ThreeUK. Not amused. The customer is alway right, heard of that saying.

  • GaryBelton3 Gary Belton (@GaryBelton3) reported

@ThreeUK Hi is there reception issues in the Rm18 area had poor reception since Saturday?

  • martyn_driver Martyn The Driver (@martyn_driver) reported from Rochdale, England

@ThreeUK after less than 3 days of being a mobile broadband customer I am not very impressed. Your support page has no information about your superdooper new three branded router web support nobody available, phone support not listening. Just reading from a script.

  • Mawdrigen Mawdrigen (@Mawdrigen) reported

A few years ago I moved my phone from @VodafoneUK to @ThreeUK as I was sick of the formers terrible customer service… now I see they want to merge. :( Who is the new best mobile network?

  • CoastCyclist South Coast Cyclist (@CoastCyclist) reported

@VodafoneUK and @threeUK are the two worst phone contracts I've ever had. Bad data, worse phone signal, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service. I can't see how them merging would make anything either different or better @CMAgovUK

  • ml3020 Mark Leggett (@ml3020) reported

@ThreeUKSupport on the network issues pages you have a message We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area You give no timescales or provide any updates it just shows the same message tried ringing up and told I will get an update in 7 days. Do t have a 4g signal

  • kiasuchick 𝕄𝕖𝕝𝕒𝕟𝕚𝕖 (@kiasuchick) reported

Wondering how @ThreeUK is selling iPhone 14s on their website but I called and they do not have support for eSIM... no timeline on when it will be available.

  • AthensTheTruth Athens - The Truth (@AthensTheTruth) reported

@ThreeUKSupport For 1 week now "Wifi-Calling" has not been working! I used Chat to report this to your "Saurabh", but "Wifi-Calling" is still not working. I put my SIM in another phone, but the same problem occurs. I rely on "Wifi-Calling"! Please restore it as soon as possible!

  • timothydavidmo1 Tim Mottram (@timothydavidmo1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Pt2 Saying that I'm being charged £2 extra A DAY to use my allowance, and that this only applied to contracts started after Oct 2021. Of, and the data was capped to what I had in the first place. So now I need to pay £60 extra a month for the same service.
