Thanks to my sister who's letting me use her spare EE sim card I'm able to get 5G and fast speeds on my mobile. But that still leaves 5 other devices with very poor speeds. If this is not fixed before end of week I'll be likely switching to EE. @ThreeUKSupport

@HUNNYCARTER @ThreeUK I was with three as a pay as you go cust for 6/7 years then moved over to contract nothing but problems .. somebody defrauded my bank via cancelling my phone contract and it took them a solid month to retrieve my contract account from the company it was moved to ..
