    @ThreeUK delivery of new handset confirmed for the 24th Sept (‘i will receive a text on the morning of delivery with a time’) - still waiting. Is there a problem with deliveries ?

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told I would have an update in 7 days... didn't happen. Whilst the issues and the length of time its taking to fix is unreasonable as we are left with no working internet (vital in the current world), its made worse by the total lack of info, care and follow up from Three.

    @ThreeUK terrible customer service. Requested a refund 3 times after pulling £162 out of my bank. 3rd time promised an 100% refund. Definitely going to go back in. ON TUESDAY. Friday comes no money. No help. Live chat was useless. DO NOT JOIN THREE!!!! They steal!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi thanks for your answer. It was well the following morning, but now it’s been like that for three days. The phone is a three months old iPhone which works very well on wifi. I don’t really understand what I’m paying for honestly if I can’t get service ?
