@ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. I just tried to buy a 5G home hub but was told I'm not allowed because your systems say I don't get a Three 5G signal in my postcode. But the current download speed on my Three 5G phone *when stood inside my house* is 432Mbps! Can you help?

Planned to sign up to my first contract with @ThreeUK through @MPD_Online After a day of waiting for my order it disappeared without explanation. The last time I ordered through them I had issues too. Hoped it would have improved now it's owned by @ao but poor service remains.

@rob3047 @paul67davis @ThreeUK Of course, you should probably cross check with a signal map to check what freqs actually cover the areas you want to get signal in. But TL;DR it's not as simple as blaming your current network.
