    @ThreeUKSupport Only a small SIM replacement. Why do customers need to go through this and NOW there’s help. Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered it from the local three store. No point in working with a network who can’t even send a simple sim out

    So after chatting with @EE privately they have offered no solutions except raising a complaint (which I didn’t ask to do). They just wanted to look at taking services away so I can pay the same as I do today but for less services. Rubbish. @ThreeUK got any good deals?

    @ThreeUK the worst customer service ever! Wednesday my sim broke they said it will be delivered Saturday latest. It’s the following Tuesday now and they are saying 1-3 days. I’m now opening a new contract with another provider. It’s important because of my work.

    @ThreeUK I’m sick of paying £100 a month for this contract phone when I never get signal! People can’t hear me when they call, people can’t get through when they try and call because THREE is the worst network & NEVER has signal! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    @ThreeUKSupport the first time I call someone it says they are on another line, but if I hang up and call immediately back it works, even when they call me its the same? Coincidently they are all on three/smarty, is this a network problem?
