    @ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I donโ€™t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

    Well, I started off at 29 in the queue. Now down to 14. I guess @ThreeUK have lots of unsatisfied customers.

    And for the previous 22 days you will have charged me ยฃ9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport when I'm on my way to/from work on the Underground, I notice everyone elseโ€™s phone seems to have internet connection, even in the tunnels, but my own keeps losing the signal. Why is that, and how can I fix it?

    I've been infuriated with @ThreeUK for over a month. My iPhone shows 4G or 5G and 4 bars of signal, yet I can't load webpages, check email, view social media or even load my @MCardtravel app to open my bus ticket. I thought the @VodafoneThreeUK acquisition was to improve signal?!

    @ThreeUKSupport why is it when I have full signal nothing ever works on my phone ???? Your signal is appalling since merging with Vodafone sort it out Iโ€™ll be leaving when my contract is up
