2 hours spent trying to access a customer service advisor with @ThreeUK once to be told that the systems are down and phone back then I was cut off and the third time I suspect I was cut off because there were 3 minutes to go before the department shut !!!!! Disgusting

@ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service !! Ongoing issues for over 2 months, on live chat for 2 hours hour of which being passed around. Was told by 2nd line support that due to the issues I can cancel my contract to now to be told yes if I pay a fee only. Disgusting company

Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m facing issues with a replacement SIM and the agents told me I can’t ask for another replacement. I’ve tried all the tricks with the help of 7 different support agents. They keep telling me some mythical “higher technical team” will reach out to me but it hasn’t happened yet!

@ThreeUKSupport Does it normally take 5 days to upgrade a phone? I have been into the shop twice and online webchats for hours over several days. The shop could (then couldn't price match) Web couldn't verify me with no working phone. Ref 33279922. Hopeless customer service.

So after chatting with @EE privately they have offered no solutions except raising a complaint (which I didn’t ask to do). They just wanted to look at taking services away so I can pay the same as I do today but for less services. Rubbish. @ThreeUK got any good deals?
