    @stuarttaylor79 @ThreeUKSupport We both pay for a service (I have 2 contracts), but they won't compensate you for half a days downtime.

    @ThreeUKSupport Asked my brother to call me from UK. Voicemail. Asked someone not in the UK to call me. Voicemail. I really need to be able to receive calls whilst overseas and I am in credit. Help. This is now becoming an emergency.

    @ThreeUKSupport I don't understand how you can take my money for five months and not just pay it back immediately. And to top it off: your customer supporters try to upsell once the complaint conversation is over. #readtheroom I am sure you are all nice people, but your method is rubbish.

    @ThreeUKSupport Phones calls arw erratic , sometimes it works some times it dosent . Voicemail dosent work properly , its been a mess since day one really. And when support try to call me , call diconnects.I've honestly had enough

    @ThreeUKSupport To add insult to injury, logging on to three and not using the options are was given through e-mail, there's actually cheaper plans available to me, or would be if you hadn't already ignored the one i chose and have me down as not being able to upgrade til next year.

    @ThreeUK are you guys expecting any issues in the DN14 area? We are really struggling to get a 4G signal. Says we are connected but not able to browse the internet, and if we can it's very hit and miss.

    @ThreeUKSupport Dear Three and Laura I have finally been able to get into my account and have checked the address what you had on the system. I have never lived at that address so all I can say is someone your end illegally changed it. Someone should look into this
