    @ThreeUKSupport 3.5 hours, 8 people later, 3 disconnected chats all to add another SIM and smartwatch plan to my current contact. Terrible experience and all just to give you some more business. End of this contract and I’ll be gone after 16yrs.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i have been getting charged by applepay. I have never used applepay and have 5 transactions totalling around £84 in space of 10 mins. I dont own an iphone and have no transactions showing up on my playstore acc on my android phone. What scam is this?

    @ThreeUK Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.

    @ThreeUK I have been scammed through 3 Pay and Three withdrew money from my account knowing about the fraud. I keep reporting the fraud to customer services and nothing has been done to address it. Three consciously enable fraud!

    Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days? Three - Yes Me -

    Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK network got worst since they merge with @ThreeUK still no support for RCS on iPhones but most upcoming 3rd party networks have support???
