@ThreeUKSupport That’s as maybe but in the meantime time I’m left high and dry without a network. Also I believe that you may have been overcharging me as I’ve been out of contract for a longtime and I’m still being charged for the handset and haven’t been offered a sim only deal

Chatted to a guy from three who said he would send out a new sim card that would fit the issue. Two weeks later hadn't recieved it. Spoke to another guy who said... 2/

@KatherineAByrne @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I keep getting error 500 or error 332.....I've had to WhatsApp instead which I don't like doing for certain people as we always text :) it's been down for hours now....I'd like to think we'll get some sort of compensation 🤷
