Hello @ThreeUKSupport is there a problem with your LTE site covering CF644QS? Outside is just 1bar falling back to HSPA+. My @Xiaomi Mi10T Pro don't do much of a great job pulling in 4G signal anyway but with 4 other phones I know what signal levels would be. @XiaomiSupport

@ThreeUK useless, pathetic customer service - my 15 month old iPhone dies, they want to charge me £161 to upgrade and get a new one or pay £155 cancellation fee. So I'm stuck paying my normal monthly payment for the next 7 months but can't use.

@ThreeUKSupport Its not a new thing I've been moaning for ages!! The signal in Hull woodmansy and beverly is non existent! Soon as I'm off WiFi its not worth using my phone! And I know its not just my phone as I've got 5 contracts with you and they are all bad in the mentioned places.

having bad phone signal in your home is really frustrating especially during lockdown, especially especially when it's your only source of internet. i am paying @ThreeUK for a service they are not providing. & like i live in innercity London, not some remote island or sheep farm.
