    @stuarttaylor79 @ThreeUKSupport We both pay for a service (I have 2 contracts), but they won't compensate you for half a days downtime.

    .@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport September 9 2022 made a complaint about an ongoing payment I had been paying out for years. I received this acknowledgment “Complaints ref 32669617”. Today I got a demand for payment of £29.86.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your live chat finally worked after crashing numerous times and a staff member sent me a link as for some reason it was not showing my options on the website. So@my issue has been resolved
