Ste 🌱 (@SteWhoPlays) reportedSo @ThreeUK tell me do you usually ignore people's request to cancel the Paramount Plus add on. I cancelled when I got an email about paying for it.....guess what, you've charged me for it. Also cancelled it again today, no confirmation email or text. Poor form
-
Glen & Jo (@LashbrookLushes) reported@ThreeUK home broadband in BN24 absolutely useless today. Please sort it out or give me a refund #fail
-
Me (@nickyboy1886) reportedSo ****** off with the service from @ThreeUK (supposedly I can piggy back off @VodafoneUK masts?!) is there a problem calling landline numbers today? Mobile … fine, landlines ~ nothing … just silence?
-
Wyn Morgan (@wynmorgan) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport seems we’re going to be without a signal for a second week as you’re still working on your mast. Surely you’ve had time to install a new mast in that time?
-
woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK If it’s less than 14 days since you took out the contract, call them back and explain that the law says they must allow you to cancel. It’s not disputable, it’s your legal right. Alternatively try Citizens Advice Bureau? Wishing you good luck 🤞
-
Rod Pascoe (@RodPascoe) reported@ThreeUK , your chat service is not fit for purpose. Once you've managed to convince the AI chatbot what it actually is you need and an operator comes online they obviously juggle many chats at once as after "Hi" it took 11 minutes for the next reply and then 8 for the next.
-
brendan (@kegger1664) reported@TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!
-
