@ThreeUKSupport @crispbeverage I'm having same issue in SE9 area. I have home broadband and it has dropped to 5mbps since this morning. I've already contacted broadband team and they have said will look into it and wait up to 7 days for a reply. Clearly this is a wider issue?

@ThreeUKSupport You have overcharged me on 3 separate occasions. £2per day for roaming in Europe. -now I am being told that I will have my account downgraded in October. Shockingly bad - the one think that made your network bit is now going to make it smaller

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jade. Thanks for your reply. Yes, I have done that many times before. The service has been "disrupted" for months. I signed up for mobile broadband and what I get is a patchy signal which means my zoom calls keep freezing and I can’t stream anything properly 😞.

@ThreeUKSupport I was on the phone for 27 minutes with them and was assured I wouldn’t be charged again. My contract expired in JULY!!!! Yet I continue to be charged. I never signed up for or agreed to a new contract. This is beyond ridiculous
