@ThreeUKSupport I had lots of messages and emails all saying one date for it switching. I contacted before that date to prevent it switching but CS is now saying I switched on a completely different date that was never mentioned in the messages. Never mind, just disappointed in the service.

@ThreeUKSupport I have just bought a number over from an another supplier via pac code. Now, when I login, if I use my old temp number it shows my transferred one, but if I try and login with new number it prompts me to register. Should I register again with transferred number ?

@ThreeUK please explain why your broadband team told me (11.20) there is no 5g problem in my area but the website says there still is (last updated 2.45) - and neither the previous router nor the new one I had to go and get can actually get a 5g signal?

The @ThreeUK cold calls at contract renewal time can genuinely **** off. Why can’t you text or email or push a notification through the stupid pointless app? They’re calls that feel like scam calls? Do I even want another year on 3? Why do you even bother with an app?

Starting to regret moving to @ThreeUK if the constant struggle to find network is going to carry on draining my phone battery 😞 Hardly lost any battery when outside at the weekend, but a day in the office and it’s knocked 60% off with little usage!

@ThreeUKSupport When I log in to MyAccount online, I don't see the SIM only details listed either (my O2 number ported across today). I would prefer to use the app to check bills for both than the website! (2/2) Can you give me a direct 'Support' email address/number too please?
