Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport I sent a complaint form....it said they MAY contact me within 7 working days. I'm not calling that number again to spend my day on hold. DM me ill give you my number, you guys call me. Its 2 weeks trying to get any sense or solution. I'm done!

@ThreeUKSupport are you having issues with your service? My signal has been on one bar for 3 days now & when phoning people it’s silent/doesn’t go through & if I do get through, it cuts me off! I attempted to listen to music at the gym & that wouldn’t work either on 4/5G 😭

@ThreeUKSupport Now on day 6 of no phone signal or home broadband. I am unable to get through on my phone as it will not connect even when on 3G only. I am unable to get through to Web chat on the above link either. Please can you update me???

Now the contract was literally a 10a and I check my bank statements but not that much and only really double check big things over say £20, and as it came out on the same day as my phone contract it came up as a payment to @ThreeUK that's it so I basically never spotted it

@ThreeUK pathetic store customer service at Ilford Exchange Mall store, I was told to port in to your network leaving Lyca I order to get a phone contract, was switched to sin contract and was told to visit you after 5 months of payments and now they say wait for another one year

@ThreeUK Hi I’m a Three customer with terrible reception in my house, so I use WiFi calling. But lately, any SMS I try to send whilst on WiFi fails, and I have to disable WiFi and wait for more signal bars. Is there a way to fix this?
