.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

@ThreeUKSupport I am aware of this. Which is why i am trying to get this resolved but the customer line is not helpful. I was told £10 and it is more. Do i need to go to the ombudsman instead?

@ThreeUKSupport Yes it is a new build, but when we took out the contract for the WiFi they checked this area and told us it would be fine, as we got the contract out just before moving and had problems with it in the old house too which was not a new build

@ThreeUK I am leaving you today as you did not offer me a new phone and I have been a loyal customer since 2014 and never ever missed a payment or bill. All I wanted was for you to offer me a new free handset for being a loyal customer for 8 years. 🙁 Not happy.

@ThreeUK Please send me a DM to sort my voicemail issue out. I have a voicemail icon showing 24/7 even when there's no voicemail to answer. It's very frustrating. This has been ongoing from the first day I started my contract. Thx.

@ThreeUKSupport No. Happy to email you the points and you can use that to check in on the process for us and to escalate a complaint but I don't want to be involved in another live discussion. Reason being we've spoken at length to people this morning & need to get on with other work.

@ThreeUKSupport Then why give users the option to do it from the app... Sounds like a stupid illogical concept. If you put a feature out, it should work. Otherwise, just don't put it in at all..🤦

@jimbomorrison @ThreeUK Tell me about it. Their eSim has been in testing more than a year and still no Apple Watch support.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. I took the SIM out and put it back and it seems to work now. Maybe worth adding this to the instructions (though I had tried this before). Unfortunately the signal is still very weak even with the new SIM. I will report the dead zone to three I guess and see ...
