Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport Just to also point out... I have an External MiMo Omnidirectional Aerial connected to the router, which means I normally pick up 4G Outdoor coverage (as indoor coverage is negliable on both) - However your 4g signal has been dropping on too many occasions meaning poor service!

@ThreeUK shocking customer service. I purchased a new contract with then in June and paid for my number to be changed over but I’m still chasing them as it’s not working but they are happily charging me each month and ignoring emails. Would not recommend 😡

@ThreeUKSupport I have full 5 bars on it & a cyan light, yet am only getting around 1.5 Mbps Down and 3Mbps Up... so there is definately a problem, especially as my Upload speed is faster
