-
Dave Ball (@dazbel74) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I bought a £10 SIM card from @asda that comes with 40GB data and unlimited calls and texts for the first month. SIM was activated but no data or calls. Chatted online with a Three agent and apparently it's not a Three issue, it's an ASDA issue. How?

Richard Gendal Brown (@gendal) reported@lawrencenewport are you sure it’s the signal? My experience in London (on @ThreeUK) is that I have a full 4G or 5G signal yet am unable to access anything. And it varies by time of day. eg early morning on Upper St Martin’s lane in Covent Garden it’s fine. Lunchtime? Forget it. So I’m guessing the cell is overloaded or the backhaul is saturated. Either way there’s no problem with “signal”. It’s that they’re giving me basically zero bandwidth.
