    Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

    I wish the @ThreeUK engineers would actually do something about the signal reports I've sent in. I ain't spending £37 a month for NO internet and poor voice.

    .@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

    Stayed in again today waiting for my new phone from @ThreeUKSupport Didn't turn up.. 2 phones ordered, 2 days at home, 2 no shows.. They have no idea what's going on. Been with them since 2009.Avoid them at the moment.. No customer care whatsoever!! Disappointing...

    @ThreeUK customer service is just terrible. I just watched someone get bounced around to multiple people, none of whom took the time to actually understand their problem and none of whom took any steps to solve it, instead lying to their face and trying to sell more products.

    @ThreeUK Do NOT switch to Three Business. I made the mistake of switching in January and six months later the billing is still not correct and does not agree with the appalling @SalesforceUK customer portal. Do NOT switch to Three Business.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've requested a spend cap for when I go away and you keep texting me saying it's £0 - I understand this is something to do with the credit limit on the account but there's no issue with this? It means I can't use my phone abroad!

    @ThreeUKSupport @Peso______ Hello, wouldn’t they need to contact TfL as it’s on their service? If not, would they need to also contact Apple through Twitter direct message to see if it’s an issue related to the software itself? Then it saves them having to erase their phone completely and restore it.

    @sthen_ @ThreeUK I have these issues and same fixing something status from May through to Sept/Oct. We have holiday parks that take on hundreds of people at a time, this just saturates the network Go to Amazon smile and order an ee unlimited sim for just over £200 last til 03/24 much cheaper!
