Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

I have never been angrier with my treatment by a company than by @ThreeUK They have lied to me three times about when my account will be reinstated and won't give me a code so I can switch providers until they unlock it. Farcical.

@ThreeUK what has happened to this company? I have been a customer for 14 years, and on the rare occasions I have had an issue, somebody at Three took ownership Now..I am overseas and my SIM card appears to have developed a fault. 10 days, nobody at 3 wants to know!

@ThreeUK if you want a network with poor technical support and limited updates on problem resolution then switch to Three … you can waste hours of your life re explaining your issues to customer service for days on end it’s a real hoot

@ThreeUKSupport I reset my network settings and rebooted my phone but still only have H+. If I try to select 4g/3g only, it disconnects from the network.

Never thought I would see the day that I say I can’t wait to be on @VodafoneUK ….. currently in Edinburgh for the day and Vodafone is 5G on the husbands phone and I’ve only 3G on @ThreeUK … Hurry Mr Postie and deliver my @VOXI_UK sim!!!

@ThreeUK when we first got our 5G broadband (couple of months ago) the speeds were great, but now we are struggling to hit 20mbps (router never moved). What happened? We are in SE23 in LDN. Did you change something about the network? If so then we will cancel as this is poor.

Totally rubbish service from @ThreeUKSupport I have roaming on my plan, my phone is enabled. Can I get a 4G (or even a 3G) connection in Spain? Can I hell. Their office hours are when I’m out on visits, so can’t contact them as I have no Wi-Fi access during those times #epicfail
