    Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

    .@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport i have text for my PAC code but had no credit, i assumed it wouldn’t send the text if it needed credit, now i am ‘minus 51p’ does this deduct from my new top up on the network i change to? or do i have to top up the minimum £5 with Three to pay off the 51p?

    @ThreeUK any issues with My3 access this evening? I was able to download a bill 5 mins ago, now being asked to log in and either told password doesn't match or account doesn't exist for mobile number.

    @ThreeUK Hello. I cannot receive OTP (verification) texts from my bank, from PayPal, and from Amazon, but I instantly receive texts from "Three UK" and from friends. I'm using wifi-calling on a perfect internet connection. PLEASE FIX THIS URGENTLY!

    @ThreeUKSupport Can you please check the network status in the postcode of HD95LR? I keep losing signal I cannot make or receive any calls at all and I’m on a pay-as-you-go unlimited Sim on an iPhone 13. Also, I can’t seem to get Wi-Fi calling to work despite it being enabled.

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK Why os it a package of unlimited texts cannot text a number to children in need and then has to pay again to cancel the donation? Text 81155 costs and the reply text to 62345 also costs and children in need doesn't get anything from those text messages unless you donate it

    @ThreeUKSupport hardware problem on iPhone. Sent phone directly to Apple hub as 3 recommended only to be told NO REFUND as no Genius Bar receipt. I DID NOT go to an APPLE SHOP. Now out of pocket for the repair and still in warranty. Be very careful people!!
