.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport I received word but zero help again, no access apparently to what is being checked (or not) and again asking if I have been abroad for 2 consecutive months, sure I have now, but I wasn't day 1, 2, 3, 4. I have requested compensation. This is not the service Three advertise.

@ThreeUKSupport The rest was only data and he said it was 50% call support was trying but could have done better. I would’ve expected 70% minimum directly back into my account. Simply false advertising that I have to pay for.
