    .@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

    I wish the @ThreeUK engineers would actually do something about the signal reports I've sent in. I ain't spending £37 a month for NO internet and poor voice.

    Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

    @ThreeUKSupport I will have to go to one of your stores to help me, the customer service agent was adamant The zero spend didn't affect the £2 daily roam charge. I thought that didn't make sense. I'm annoyed that it couldnt be done online without issues & customer services were unhelpful

    @ThreeUKSupport The spend cap increase to £10was supposed to be apllied to account straight away, my account still shows Zero, so after 2 wasted cust service calls today, still need to go in store. Will not be renewing mind or sons contract at renewal time after this experience

    @ThreeUKSupport I think it's not working properly inside the room. But my friend has also three but he has like moderate connection but I have literally 0. I am earnestly requesting you either cancel my contract as I am still in the cooling off period or change this contract to broadband. Thanks

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope, there’s been no explanation given, just a general, I’ve fixed that for you now, response. It doesn’t give a person a lot of confidence in a network when they can’t even activate their own SIM cards.

    @ThreeUKSupport I filled out a complaint form on your website last night and this morning got a reply stating they couldn't resolve my issue, go to the Ombudsman. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO HELP ME.

    @ThreeUK Been with you guys for a year now on monthly plan and so tired with your service. Connection issues all the time and internet is so slow that, I could personally drive and convey message personally than using your internet for whatsapp and messenger. Want to leave please

    @ThreeUK Why won’t you take complaint’s seriously .we have had no signal/ poor signal at home for nearly 2 months our phones are unusable every time i complain I get ignored

    @ThreeUKSupport Supposedly the spend cap was set to £10 by customer service on the account it still shows as zero. She advised it was updated immediately. To be sure will go in branch, will be looking to move to different provider following this very poor customer service
