    .@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

    Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

    @ThreeUKSupport A lot of years, not even that sure! I do have a long-standing issue I always mean to bring up where the phone (ie 'about SIM' in settings) thinks the SIM has a different number to my actual number, I suspect the default number before I transferred my number from Orange.

    So @ThreeUK called me (regarding the phone contract my ex put under my name) and said that they couldn't transfer the ownership because he failed the credit check. So basically his credit score is so ****, that's why he's going around ******* with other peoples' credit. 🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport So disappointing that after many years with quick problem solving n great service, now for months happens nothing n the service u provide is absolutely useless! I'm so sad that I don't even want to put more time n effort into complaining, just switch. Not much left as I see 😞😞
