@ThreeUK our mobile broadband has gone from excellent 125mb down to 5mb and unresponsive. Signal strength is good mobiles on three are good too. Almost as if some throttling has been applied. We can’t use the website to contact you, the website won’t let us login please help

Just received an undated end of service statement from @ThreeUK today, 19th March. They state they closed my account on 11 Feb. They also state I am in credit. (They owe me money.) No cheque with the letter and no mention of refunding money. Is their company in trouble?

@ThreeUKSupport Also this happens no matter where in the UK I am. It also affects wifi. Even if I turn mobile data off the wifi struggles to connect. Turning off wifi doesnt help either. This is a well documented issue on the apple forums with this phone.

@ThreeUK I want to cancel a SIM only deal that is well within 14 days of receipt and never used and you are making it impossible to do so online or by phone and I am getting very annoyed. I want an email address or a real phone number to cancel
