    @ThreeUK , three instant chats with 3 advisors about the lack of service, every time they “transfer” me to customer relations no one ever answers!!!! Terrible way to treat a very loyal and multi contract customer! 😡

    Finally got through to a UK agent at @ThreeUKSupport- they were disparaging, rude and unhelpful. Back to the drawing board to avoid a 90% hike in my monthly bill then.

    @ThreeUKSupport the service is very much dis-satisfied and the agent name is Yashika who is very rude on the call when asked for manager. The network is really bad, am requesting for e-sim for the last 3 months. Customer service is very disappointing with mobile phone in contract

    @ThreeUK just received an email telling how you'll be ripping me off from October by taking my plan from £12.56 to £23.00 plus a hideous rip off for using allowance abroad. Shame on you!! #CostOfLivingCrisis clearly you don't care. Do you charge in advance so can cancel at end !

    @ThreeUKSupport what is going on with your complaints department they are not helping and some of them are rude and hanging up when all I want is my original contract so I can get my phone unlocked this has now been on going since March!
