@ThreeUKSupport I think your 5G service in NW4 is intermittent. It works and then stalls. When it drops to 4G everything is fine.

@ThreeUKSupport since updating to iOS 15.4 I’ve been unable to use my mobile data which is a pain as I don’t pay for Wi-Fi with having an unlimited data plan. Can’t even check the network checker as even on a friends Wi-Fi page is down!

@ThreeUKSupport It’s really frustrating, I can see 4G light is on my router but still I am getting speed like 500kbps? So that’s means three 4g is also not working ? Your sales guys told me that if 5G down you can still get good speed on 4G.
