@ThreeUKSupport She was very rude and blunt and wasn’t willing to over any help. She just kept writing “need to call customer service” we feel like cancelling!

@ThreeUK , three instant chats with 3 advisors about the lack of service, every time they “transfer” me to customer relations no one ever answers!!!! Terrible way to treat a very loyal and multi contract customer! 😡

I'm on @superdrug mobile which is on the @ThreeUK network. Thought there was a issue ringing @NHS 111 for my toddler, so tried my dad's phone and got through. Didn't know the network was down for calls, so 111 tried to ring back they couldn't get through all closed my case! 😡
