    @ThreeUK , three instant chats with 3 advisors about the lack of service, every time they “transfer” me to customer relations no one ever answers!!!! Terrible way to treat a very loyal and multi contract customer! 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport She was very rude and blunt and wasn’t willing to over any help. She just kept writing “need to call customer service” we feel like cancelling!

    @Peterjlongstaff @David_Peel @ThreeUKSupport Just signed up to a deal with Virgin when I moved house, £29.99 for M100 fibre and a 10Gb SIM Card. That's half the price I was paying BT for a poorer service and no SIM card. (Locked in for 18 mth).

    @Peterjlongstaff @David_Peel @ThreeUKSupport There's a kind of loophole but you'll have a bit of a wait, unfortunately - give 30 days notice, end your contract. Wait 90 days and get your partner to open the new account, they will get the new customer deal. Means being without service, unless you get on well with next door?

    @ThreeUK @ChelseaFC please print very large sized "CHAMPIONS OF THE WORLD BADGE" and cover that 3 logo. That three 3 logo is an eyesore and yeah now you know who stands with you @ChelseaFC so dont renew their sponsorship deal. Cancel it ater this year if possible
