    @ThreeUK my SIM card has been broken for over a month, the chat help has told me *3 times* a replacement is on its way, but none have arrived - what’s going on? Where is the SIM card? Is this really the only way to contact you? Terrible #CustomerService

    @ThreeUKSupport I signed up for a monthly unlimited data SIM with no contract in one of your Belfast stores. I was advised by the employee to call up Three after a day of using the SIM to cancel the contract (as I only wanted a month usage)

    @saraprincess986 @ThreeUK I dont know, I'll have to speak to tech support i guess. #Hotspots and #data usage, no point in it being called #unlimitedbroadband if you dont have any broadband
