@ThreeUK , three instant chats with 3 advisors about the lack of service, every time they “transfer” me to customer relations no one ever answers!!!! Terrible way to treat a very loyal and multi contract customer! 😡

Hi @ThreeUKSupport - we have been having network issues with our multiple Three accounts (two mobiles and mobile broadband) for several weeks - so clearly not a device specific issue. We can’t stream anything without it crashing or hanging and web browsing is painful.

@ThreeUKSupport 2/ The only devices in use were one tablet and one laptop. No practical solutions were suggested, just telling us how much money we have to pay to cancel the contract, which is the same as not cancelling it. Nothing about account credits, network problems, anything.

@ThreeUKSupport Ive been on the live chat at the three website so many times and each time it ends with the person apologising saying i will be refunded ASAP, yet it never happens and I'm charged again. Was on for 3 hrs yesterday and spoke to 6 different people. Same outcome

@ThreeUKSupport Funny thing is Talk Talk had the same issue but one of their employees was good at his job so they cancelled the contract and none of this **** was necessary, idk why Three thought sending 2 companies after me was a good idea instead of civilised conversation to settle this.
