@ThreeUKSupport Didn’t have any use of 2 mobile numbers whilst in UAE but you have charged for data and calls that was never used the service did not work full stop it’s once again happened with my sons account this week receiving texts with charges when he’s got data roaming off

@ThreeUKSupport .....constant for four months. Does one phone mast really need that much attention? I’m going to see what my options are with other companies. What gets me is I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and had no apology for the disruption, no real communication at all!!!

@ThreeUKSupport just joined Three and installed MyThree app on my IPhone 11 running IOS14 latest version. App works well on WiFi but complains of no internet connection on Thee 4G mobile data. Everything else working fine on mobile data and good three signal. Any ideas?

@ThreeUK I’m terminating my contract. Yet another weekend of woeful service from 3 with prolonged interruptions in service. I was promised improvements; instead, the service has deteriorated and is no longer fit for purpose. How you have the audacity to charge is an insult.

I'm having a bad few days. Boiler leak caused decamp to new location (back to my house) which has shoddy internet (thanks to @ThreeUK, whose service won't stay connected long enough for me to work out how to cancel it), no washing machine (long story) and the fridge isn't working

@ThreeUKSupport I was £147 in credit. Now down to £93 credit but for some reason they lied about sending phone out. Have spoke to managers who promised it’s coming on priority. Have screen shots but still no phone. They keep saying I sent it back.
