@ThreeUK , three instant chats with 3 advisors about the lack of service, every time they “transfer” me to customer relations no one ever answers!!!! Terrible way to treat a very loyal and multi contract customer! 😡

@ThreeUKSupport online shop open till 9pm and then get there and shuts at 8pm, then the managers speaks to us and tells me the sim switch will happen on Friday, who is telling the truth does anyone knows our to tell the truth, poor service

@ThreeUKSupport Still taken money from a account 2 months after changed ownership, you have not got a clue our to deal with customers. Sorry lost 4 customers and £100 a month for being so poor and also £1000 phone contract.
