@ThreeUKSupport The same thing that always happens. You tell me you can fix it I line and I have to phone cancellation dept, who then tell me they can't do it either, it has to be done online .... Round and round and round.

@ThreeUKSupport Hiya, yeah the postcode for my works in CF11 8RR and my home is NP19 4DE I only ever had two bars of signal and always says 4G but takes forever to load anything and sometimes even says no connection. Thank you.

@ThreeUKSupport I am chatting with someone from support at the moment regarding a contract that I tried to cancel last JUNE and have still been paying £36 a month for. I’ve been offered £40. I’ve had 2 texts saying my complaint has been resolved without any explanation to what the resolution is

@ThreeUKSupport I upgraded to the iPhone 12 and they said they would send a Sim. 2 sims had come and they said these won’t work as I want to keep the same number. Then was told a new 1 was on the way? Had to contact you guys again to be told there was a network issue and it hadn’t been sent?

@ThreeUKSupport No one called me back. The call this morning was made by my wife regarding another issue. My wife’s contract for my son since he was 14. She cancelled the contract and he took a new one out in his own name (he’s 22 now) 3 contacted her saying there was £10 outstanding balance
