    @ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

    I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

    4 hours on the phone to @ThreeUK trying to set up my new SIM. Catalogue of errors and misinformation with unhelpful “support”, decided to give up - had to ask 15 times on chat for cancellation & still haven’t had it confirmed. Thank goodness @EE welcomed me back with open arms.

    @ThreeUKSupport Unimpressed that you don’t have flat rate bundles for international data anymore as well in countries not included as standard. I assumed (as a new 3 customer) you’d have that - EE do.

    @ThreeUKSupport My new contract has an incorrect start date by ONE day which means I miss out on free of charge Go Roam benefits for 2 years. Who can I contact to fix this? Should be dated 30 Sept (the day I took out new contract online) but says 1 Oct. #NOTHAPPY @ThreeUK

    With us being in the middle of nowhere and no mobile signal, we're relying on the cabin's free wifi. It's not great with a maximum of 0.9mbps, which is only marginally better than @ThreeUK's 4G network in Edinburgh city centre.

    @ThreeUK Got my PAC code and looking at EE/O2 contracts or PAYG now. Rather pay more for reliable, actually fast mobile network, instead of unlimited unusable data. xD kthxbye #threeuk #three

    @ThreeUK @laralatex1 I & my wife left crooked Vodafone for @ThreeUKSupport about 3 years ago. I think we have saved about £2000. Had no issues with coverage or data. I hated Vodafone, always finding settings I’d asked to be unset, reset. They always seemed to be trying to screw extra money from us
