@ThreeUKSupport for the last two weeks I’ve had no service between 9am and 3pm absolute joke! Sick of the service getting worse not better. Virtually my whole work day is ruined due to missing vital emails and calls postcode is pe217rz #timeforchange

@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

The prize for annoyance of the day goes to @ThreeUK Who keeps installing games on my phone without my consent and providing alerts that are difficult to get rid of. I have uninstalled related to Three. The usual lark over coffee, purging crap, especially so much spam mail.

@ThreeUK is the worst network provider in central London, the capital city of🏴.I have not heard anybody else on other networks suffering as much as @ThreeUK network customers. It is awful, @ThreeUK having the fastest download speed is half true & misleading stat! Time to change!

So @ThreeUK have apparently been doing """upgrades""" in my area. The speeds I'm getting would have been embarrassing 20 years ago. Today it's just insulting. Yeah, some upgrades, guys. Paying £35 for this crap, which is just lovely.

@ThreeUKSupport When I went back into the branch, why didn't your branch staff tell me this? I took their instruction to call the contact centre and now I'm being told to go back into the store? You can surely see the problem here right? I'm in the 30 day cancellation period so I have my rights.

@ThreeUK worst customer service. I’ve been a victim of fraud, 2 accounts setup in my name, not me, a month an a half later still not sorted & I’m still being charged.
