I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

@ThreeUK This is ridiculous. We have three business mobiles and can’t make or receive calls with clients. We have lost money today due to this. The fact it’s been not working for 8 hours so far is ridiculous

@ThreeUK Lies my data is not working I cannot call police Scotland or nhs 24 I am a carer at home with a poorly child this is not good enough no way to contact emergency services !!!!!!!
