@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

Shock still no @ThreeUKSupport service still! spoke with them last week assured me work was finished in my area! Guess not, who’ve authorised working on both the 3G and 4g masts honestly unbelievable

@ThreeUK DO NOT UPGRADE or renew your contract with this network! I am appalled at the sky high new bill and awful customer service, disgusting treatment and manipulating me into extending contract whilst not mentioning new unfair charges! I will be leaving. AWFUL.

@harriettbusby @ThreeUK Yes here in warrington as well. Down from 50 to 1 in speed terms...post code checkers say work being done. But we had no text warnings...

@ThreeUKSupport - I hate your rip-off company , had Pac to port number said no £0 fee to pay ,3 weeks after swopping number we get calls from bailiffs and when I call I get told there's 1 months money and cancellation fee , con artists , absolutely fuming ,will never come back 🖕

@ThreeUKSupport here in warrington our mobile speed has dropped from 40-60 to 1. It is making internet and calls slow or disconnecting. This has been happening since monday. It is now Wednesday. It is happening on 2 three data sims and 2 three mobiles Postcode WA41JE.
