@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport when will your issues in the PE11 area be resolved? It’s been 2 days now of next to no phone signal and a trickle of wifi. An update on my computer that should have taken less than 10 minutes has been going since 8PM yesterday.

Day 3 now of having no mobile and wifi signs and @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still haven’t made any contact despite attempts not have they even accepted the fact there’s an issue. Looks like the bill won’t be getting paid at the end of the month.
