@ThreeUKSupport @TheO2 The fact I have to tether from a @TheO2 user just to rant how bad my service is has made my mind up. I’ll be swapping all 3 of my accounts over when the contracts finish.

@ThreeUKSupport for the last two weeks I’ve had no service between 9am and 3pm absolute joke! Sick of the service getting worse not better. Virtually my whole work day is ruined due to missing vital emails and calls postcode is pe217rz #timeforchange

@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

@ThreeUKSupport Still pe217rz still the same times it’s down. 8:30-15:30 really fed up with it now. After being told repairs have been finished it’s just getting silly now. Was told work was being done on both 3G and 4g at the same time which is baffling

Shock still no @ThreeUKSupport service still! spoke with them last week assured me work was finished in my area! Guess not, who’ve authorised working on both the 3G and 4g masts honestly unbelievable

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, is there any news on when service will be restored to Bath area? I’ve not been able to send messages, call or use internet/WiFi for 3 days. Postcode checker says there’s work being done on masts. I live alone and need to be able to communicate.

So @ThreeUK have cancelled my upgrade to the #iPhone14ProMax and not even had the decency to let me know, claim they rang me but I’ve never had a missed call from them, 15 years I’ve been with this network 10 contracts in all including home broadband, goodbye @ThreeUK

When you are on hold for so long and the messaging service has a 2 hour wait I am wondering if @ThreeUKSupport can sort me a deal in the time @EE take to answer their phone. iphone 13 Free phone Plenty of data Around £50 a month (EE cheapest is £61) 👍🏻 Been on hold 30 mins..🤦🏻
