    @ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

    I love my @ThreeUK contract but dam is service bad in rural areas. Just come back from a lovely two day break, and finally don’t have to rely on free WiFi to get any service.

    @ThreeUKSupport for the last two weeks I’ve had no service between 9am and 3pm absolute joke! Sick of the service getting worse not better. Virtually my whole work day is ruined due to missing vital emails and calls postcode is pe217rz #timeforchange

    @ThreeUKSupport @TheO2 The fact I have to tether from a @TheO2 user just to rant how bad my service is has made my mind up. I’ll be swapping all 3 of my accounts over when the contracts finish.

    @ThreeUKSupport That area specifically, I went somewhere else later on and Internet was working however I have had issues in that postcode previously where thanks to no Internet access I can't track buses at the bus stops nearby.

    @ThreeUK Awful service from Three UK. Ordered 24mth contract home broadband ystday. DPD deliver - no SIM CustServcs can only send replacement by Royal Mail, just before RM strike, will arrive too late for me going away. Rubbish service, so cancelling before I even get started.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi-- we arrived in the US last night and my Dad's phone still hasn't activated Roaming? He has no service or even phone signal to get a code try to log into his Three app to check why. Roaming is all set up in his settings so should be working. Can you help?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply. It's not where I live it's around a supermarket & residential area. As long as you're aware that the data network is suffering from congestion. Calls are fine but RCS & SMS aren't sending.

    @TutanotaTeam @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Well, that explains my lack of email when out and about, as I am a Three customer. I often have a wireguard tunnel back to my home so that sorts the issue out, but I shouldn't have to do that.

    Honestly @ThreeUK has the worst customer service and treats their customers terribly. It costs more to stay with them than it does to move on

    Whilst I appreciate the £1 coffee deal, sadly experienced issues today at M13 9GP @_CaffeNero_ with the @SkyHelpTeam The Cloud not accepting credentials and when setting up new account it having no Internet access along with @ThreeUKSupport having no Internet access for Three+

    @ThreeUK 0800 033 8005 called me several times claiming it’s you. Is this real? They had my personal information as well… and Im not with 3 network
