    @ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

    @ThreeUK @Speedtest You must have used some highly select areas. Here, your coverage and speeds were so fast, I had to switch. Since leaving, I haven't looked back. Same areas, much better signal and speeds.

    @ThreeUKSupport it's Craig, Grogu's the lil bby yoda. Yeah, after an hour on the phone and raising a complaint i paid £9.22. which is still £9.22 more than i should have but it was easier than continuing to speak to people whos argument was 'just because it says it's £0 doesn't mean it is £0'

    @ThreeUK @Speedtest I would not brag if I were you, terrible 4G speed, hardly any 5G coverage UK wide and frankly useless overseas Customer Support who fail every time to resolve any issue I have. Still feel like bragging?

    I am surprised that I would be treated so badly by a company I have been a customer with for over 10 years. During this pandemic you have let me down countless times, and affected my life, not helped me at all. You should be ashamed at how you treat your customers. @ThreeUK
