    @ThreeUKSupport Iv got in touch 4 times and just go through the same process of being passed from one department to the next having to explain the whole situation over and over!!! So if I just cancel my contract then you will have no option but to send me any outstanding balance then I’ll go EE

    @ThreeUKSupport No, just said that I can go to my bank a do a balance request or something but no bank where I live and why should I go out of my way to resolve a problem they have made! I would be £400 up now if I charged them for my time spent trying to get my money back!#cancelingmycontract

    @ThreeUKSupport That the issue has been sorted (but it hasn’t). Also have been told that you don’t offer any form of compensation despite no service for weeks and not being able to go to a store to sort it for a while.

    @ThreeUKSupport lost count of how many times i’ve gone through all that and you’ve done nothing. You should never have sold me the contract you did knowing the signal is as disgraceful as it is. You deliberately mis sold a product knowing it wasn’t appropriate.
