@ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

@ThreeUKSupport The web chat just says “please try later”. It’s almost impossible to speak to someone. Please can you help or we will have to cancel contract entirely and transfer her number elsewhere 😕

@ThreeUKSupport Happy to upgrade to 3G/4G, for your network. I prefer a simple phone for calls, such as Doro 6620, (2G and 3G). I don't want to buy 1 only to find that it's not supported in short term. If I buy 4G VoLTE handset such as the Nokia 2720, I wonder whether it will work on your PAYG.

@ThreeUKSupport please can you help. Iv paid my bill on the 4th of June. I canceled the contract the day after when the 30 day period started. The services finished on the 8th. So how come I would still have a bill for £47. Even though I paid.

@ThreeUKSupport Im annoyed that a company as big as three wouldnt just hold their hands up and say okay something went wrong instead of trying to blame it on something else when clearly just by looking at your twitter page it was a wide problem
