@ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

@ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

@ThreeUKSupport I ended one of my Three contracts on August 7th, but never received a final bill in the post, and of course no longer have access to the account through the app. I'm aware you don't automatically refund any money due, so how can I check how much I'm owed back?

@ThreeUK Both my and my wife’s phones drops out on calls about every 4 mins, where the other person cannot hear us for around 20 seconds. A friend also has the same issue and is a 3 customer. Any ideas what’s happening?
