    @ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

    No signal indoors, nothing unusual. Had this issue ever since signing up with @ThreeUK. You can never get thru to them. Horrible network @Three_Is_Broken. Be nice if they provide signal booster, but they won't. I be glad to see the back of them soon.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s a phone account. I’ve always had rubbish service but it’s got worse since getting the iPhone 12 pro Max last week

    @SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK your data service in Burnley bb11 is abysmal getting less than 0.5mb download yet got 10mb upload. Somethings wrong in this cell. Tried a few phones including a brand new one so not phones this end.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m frustrated because you either ignore me, fob me off or just lie again again again and again. Exactly how many times do I have to repeat myself? Chat doesn’t help. Phone doesn’t help abs Twitter useless. What am I to do? Nothing works!

    @ThreeUKSupport, @ThreeUK. WHY are three support telling their customers they can go to a store to get an eSim and then we find out when we go that it’s been delayed until the new year. You couldn’t have handled your eSim roll out any worse...... VERY POOR SERVICE.

    @ThreeUKSupport One gave us direct number for fraud...it put us through to security. Achieved nothing! #3weeks today since we first were told they’ll call us! Never had a call! Out of contract, still paying full whack and can’t cancel or change anything! #ItsAJoke!

    @ThreeUKSupport my3auth.text.generic.error. Apparently this was around over 4 years ago, still not sorted then? Cannot access account for all the tea in China. Cannot re-set pw. Cannot check or top-up. Why oh why such ineptitude. Staggeringly poor network.

    @ThreeUK Is it normal to tell a customer sim cards will be activated in a particular time frame and then its not done. I wouldn't be bothered but three people gave me specific time frame promising it would be done and neither phone works. #notimpressed

    @daddies_sauce @ThreeUKSupport It won’t get any better for you! 3 is now the WORST network in the U.K. bar none! Their customer service based in India is also the worst as is technical support, I’m afraid to say you have made a dreadful mistake, return the phone use the 14 day cooling off period to escape!
