@ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

@ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

@ThreeUKSupport The they have already told me the only other option is to be released from my contract. It’s not hard to plan capacity on population, and I say that based on a telecoms engineering background. Can this be fed back to your network architect team? It needs looking into.

@MattWhitem1 @ThreeUKSupport Did you get a solution? Upgraded 4th and told there was a glitch 2. Had to downgrade to a different contract. Hoping they upgrade me to the one I wanted. only difference is 2 quid less a month but no 12m upgrade 4 free. Phone came just 30m ago.
