    @ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport The web chat just says “please try later”. It’s almost impossible to speak to someone. Please can you help or we will have to cancel contract entirely and transfer her number elsewhere 😕

    So on Monday @ThreeUK customer support assured me my 3 roaming abroad account would be open within 4 hours. I still have no network and now I can’t do my passenger locator form to re-enter the UK as they verify account via text + everytime I try contact 3, the chat ends 🥴🥴🥴

    If @ThreeUK increase the prices as per contractually, can't we give a contract to mobile operators to enforce said increases til our minimum wage goes up? One thing I forgot about contracts is snakey movements. It's already expensive at £60 for a terrible service in my area...
