@ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

@ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

@ThreeUKSupport another question - I gave the PAC from my previous network to Three and asked for an activation date of Feb 22. I still don't have my old number. Phone has been restarted twice - yesterday evening and this morning. I tried to resubmit, got an error message. What do I do?

@ThreeUKSupport Having your technical support ring me to walk me through a manual fix is costing me too much money in roaming charges. You’ll need to send details through electronically. You just charged me £10 to identify myself and ask what phone I’m using.

@ThreeUK Joined the webchat and was told technical would send me a text message when the issue had been resolved. Technical seemed to want to investigate it with me over the phone but that’s going to cost me too much money to receive the call

@ThreeUKSupport No it isn’t. I returned the old network phone to store so I just have the new phone and number provided by you. My husband is having the same problem too.
