@ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

@ThreeUKSupport tried cancelling a contract after having two phone calls offering me upgrades, one hung up after telling them what I pay now and the other person I didn’t understand her and I don’t think she understood me. Want to cancel a contract that runs out next month

@ThreeUKSupport can't receive or make calls, been having calls dropping all week, getting fed up of this network now as the drop calls have been an ongoing issue for ages, had a new sim and then a new phone and still happening 😡 i want to change network!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport You understand ?? This is the 3rd time in months. I am now looking for a new provider I need access to my phone as I’m disabled and at the moment your network is useless. It’s like TalkTalk’s internet it’s going down to often now.
