@ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

@ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

@feedthedrummer It is pretty great. My only complaint remains that @ThreeUK customers can no longer use Virgin WiFi on the tube, and they haven't set up the Three-specific wifi on any of the Elizabeth line that I've been on so far; so no internet while underground at all :/

I let @ThreeUK know that I collected the package but it’s empty, they tell me they will “investigate”. They call me back saying there is nothing they can do I need to find out what happened to the phone 🙃 a phone I have never seen or touched.

@ThreeUKSupport Why is tethering such a bad experience? It’s fine for about ten minutes and then I’m cut off with “no internet connection” fault and I’m unable to then get on any sites or apps. This is even when disconnecting and then reconnecting the tether.
