@ThreeUK wow, not great service in Truro three store today. Walked in to find no staff, when they eventually decided to come from the back they clearly went interested in talking 🤔🤔 sort it out.

@ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

@ashleygarlick @ThreeUK Yep. I moved from 3 to EE last year after being with them 8 years. Always found my internet signal to be patchy & I never had signal in rural areas when others did, despite the coverage checker saying I should have done...

@ThreeUKSupport I've only had the sim 2 weeks at the most when I spoke to the upgrades team I was advised to cancel my sim then order a handset which I thought was fairly odd.
