    @ThreeUK I try to be positive online but #wuntu has got pretty bad lately. I loved the free Costa. Then I had to pay toward it. OK. Then itts downgraded to greggs. OK. Now it's just gone for weeks and I've not used the app at all. Sad times

    @ThreeUKSupport No I'm an existing customer. Yes I have a tethering allowance but you announced tethering allowances were being abolished and all customers can use data for tethering. I'm unsure what I'm screenshotting for you.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have sent more than three emails with my passport and new password details. I have called the call centre and received horrible replies. The people in the chat have said twice that in 48h I should get all sorted. Still nothing happens. I can't access my bank account,GP, etc.

    @ThreeUKSupport My phone was cut out of the blue. Apparently my account was hacked. After more than 2 weeks I am still waiting to get my line back. You have charged me for opting out, which I didn't do, and even sent new billing. I still don't have my line back.
