Hello @ThreeUKSupport , I was hoping someone might be able to help. Once upon a time three did a Wi-Fi calling app. Sadly I get no signal in my new house. Anything I can do via three to improve. My device is a Google Pixel 2.

@ThreeUKSupport Time to time? A month without service at work in October due to never ending work on the adjacent mast Maxine!! I can guess from the guys up the mast, it’s maintenance related but they were up there last week with no loss of service, so why now? I’m fed up with the disruption.

@ThreeUKSupport PO15 5SH iPhone 5SE. Under normal circumstances reception and service are excellent. I just feel that this round of disruption so soon after the last is hard to swallow as a customer.

@ThreeUKSupport I've been trying to reset my password for a couple of week but every time I do it all I get is my3auth.text.generic.error can you help? I can't access my account. I have tried it on WIFI, ethernet & also using my mobile data via app I clear cookies & data as well.
