Hello @ThreeUKSupport , I was hoping someone might be able to help. Once upon a time three did a Wi-Fi calling app. Sadly I get no signal in my new house. Anything I can do via three to improve. My device is a Google Pixel 2.

@ThreeUKSupport iv been a 3 customer for as long as i can remember but recently the service has been shocking. whenever i am at home my phone will not properly connect to the internet unless i have it on airplane mode with the wifi on. 4G/5G is none existent. please sort it out

@ThreeUK As an existing long term customer I was disappointed in the upgrade options and the customer service that I was provided. Online chat a waste of time not helpful at all. Will be cancelling my contracts come October and going with another provider.

I made some bad choices in life but a two year contract with @ThreeUK for their 4G home broadband is definitely TOP 5. *tweeting this while sitting next to the router using mobile data from another provider*
