    @willjennings80 @ThreeUK Some cell towers are bad. The O2 one around Kings College for me just doesn’t work at all. Must be a mechanism to report on their website.

    @ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

    @ThreeUK this is the first time in.. 7 years that I am disgusted with you. Increasing my contract by DOUBLE, forcing me to look elsewhere. I'm so so so upset right now. I could pay 2£ more and get 2gb less, but that is just as bad.

    @ThreeUKSupport Doesn't help when the tech's you're speaking to are indian and very difficult to understand. We as a family have 5 contracts with 3, i don't expect this kind of service. Call after call after call, cut off once problem explained. Useless!!

    @ThreeUKSupport no Internet in LS14 6JL, cant even ping 8.8.8.8. Tried rebooting router, tried everything really, definitely some network issue going on, great way to spend a Saturday 😑 got 5g signal but no connectivity. your 5g is very unreliable guys, had issues before...

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I am with ID mobile which is ran by you and the issue is still ongoing for both ID & Three customers, it's good you have notified customers this way but I think ID should've done the same! Do you have an update on how much longer this is going to continue for please?
