Nomad problems: My EU sim with @lebara just gave up despite a text saying it will work in the U.K. Switched to my @ThreeUK sim and using their shitty top up web app I couldn’t paste my phone number in. I typed in manually, got one digit wrong, support said tough. £35 gone. 🤬

Disappointed with service this weekend from @ThreeUK @AppleSupport faulty product supposedly repaired but still faulty. Unable to get a replacement and told have to wait 11 days for customer complaints. 3Store could meet my legal right for a refund!

@ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

On average, they’ve caused hassle every two weeks, from not doing stuff they said they would to doing stuff they never tell you about to several times outright lying. @ThreeUK I left Three a while ago when they proved totally incapable of porting my phone number to their network. Their offshore call centre people were incompetent and officious. Only got out when I threatened legal action. Really appalling network.
