And then if you can the direct debit it will affect you and your credit score and never them. Only way is keep posting on twitter and convince potential customers to go elsewhere.

Customer Service was helpful but useless, and i have given up trying to get into my account. I shall not be renewing my contract unless your service improves.

Staff wouldn't listen to me, rude and wouldn't let me explain a very simple request. Your staff in a shop are spot on however. Shame your phone service lets you down.
