So fed up of the shit signal in Bath @ThreeUKSupport the supposed best network for data and most of the time my 4g doesn’t work at all and 3g is so slow I can’t even buy a train ticket because it times out

  • AndyRFCCharman Andy Charman #FBPE (@AndyRFCCharman) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport @Katsumo95741728 If it’s an iphone 7 you might as well pick any postcode in the country. 4G Service (or rather lack of) is absolutely appalling. 3G not much better. Wish I’d stayed with #VirginMobile even if a bit more expensive. At least with them you can use what you’re paying for. #Three

  • Livierirose Olivia Ramsey △⃒⃘ (@Livierirose) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUK I am SO BORED of signal/data just disappearing/showing as full but not working. It’s not my phone before you say it, otherwise @Three_Is_Broken wouldn’t have to exist.

  • corylus Dr Hazel Phillips (@corylus) reported from Bristol, England

It’s all very well sending me a pin to reset access to my voicemail @ThreeUK but it’s 8 digits long and I can’t remember it, but you don’t give long enough to switch between apps on the phone. Now I have to wait til I have paper to write it down.

  • JeanRLeroux Jean Leroux (@JeanRLeroux) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport Today is my day 5 without service ( Text, calls and data) I have two cellphones and Broadband, I tried reboots, airplane mode, my postcode BS13, I don't know what to do, I just have no service or intermittent service for seconds.

  • BuzzStartAcad BuzzStart Academy (@BuzzStartAcad) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport @Zanos7 They will not sort it for you pal. Lies. They sendyou to webchat. Someone in India every time and running 40 chat windows at a time. They assure you it will be fixed. It never is. 6 months now I’m trying to get my money back

  • andymatthews 🤞🏻Andy 🤦🏼‍♂️ (@andymatthews) reported from Corsham, England

@willjennings80 @ThreeUK Some cell towers are bad. The O2 one around Kings College for me just doesn’t work at all. Must be a mechanism to report on their website.

  • flikQ ジ Gavin Weeks (@flikQ) reported from Bathford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Signal is fine, speed is not. To be fair it’s probably my old out of date iPhone XS Max in Bath.

  • stowtom2010 Tom (@stowtom2010) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hello. Your web chat team agreed to a £5 credit for the recent disruption to the network but I’ve received no email to confirm and no credit is showing on my account. Please can you check

  • thompsonrob ithompsonrob 13.1.2 (@thompsonrob) reported from Chippenham, England

@ThreeUKSupport @annsummerscarol At the moment, your call waiting times are TERRIBLE!!!!!

  • paulsharp64 Paul Sharpy Sharp (@paulsharp64) reported from Bathford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Ba11pq Samsung Galaxy s8 Think its network problem just spoke to someone in car Phone warehouse whose on 3 he's had same problem Many Thanks in advance

  • AndyRFCCharman Andy Charman #FBPE (@AndyRFCCharman) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport @jess_addis3 Looks like Three’s social media department have been on the same customer service course as British Airways. Loads of platitudes & sympathy but little effective action.

  • petekc P.J.K-W (@petekc) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’m having call issues in BS1 and BS2. Calls cutting out after 1-2 minutes! Nearly £70/month for a poor indoor signal and this!

  • BuzzStartAcad BuzzStart Academy (@BuzzStartAcad) reported from Bristol, England

@claremackie_ @ThreeUKSupport They steal your money also Clare illegally from your bank. And then if you can the direct debit it will affect you and your credit score and never them. Only way is keep posting on twitter and convince potential customers to go elsewhere.

  • AndyRFCCharman Andy Charman #FBPE (@AndyRFCCharman) reported from Bristol, England

I feel the same way. Main reason I signed up with @ThreeUK was the Go Roam element. Little did I realise that it would be a lot easier to get a data service virtually anywhere in the world other than the UK itself!

  • BuzzStartAcad BuzzStart Academy (@BuzzStartAcad) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport @cwh90 On the ball with smishing to protect your own interests. No problems taking money from peoples bank account though above and beyond agreed contracted amount.

  • thompsonrob ithompsonrob 13.1.2 (@thompsonrob) reported from Chippenham, England

@ThreeUKSupport I called and cancelled that order after spending over 3.5 hours on hold trying to sort this issue which only ended yesterday afternoon. I am so cheesed off with @DPDgroup_news (Bristol Depot) and you guys at 3 for failing when it comes to customer service and call waiting times

  • reece_evans Reece (@reece_evans) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi do you have trouble going on with your network at the moment! I live in the BS49 postcode area and work in the BS1 area about 15 miles apart and neither of them are working, starting to become a joke now.

  • twbcreativetech Thomas Blundell (@twbcreativetech) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport I haven’t been able to, myself and others fail the credit check when we shouldn’t be. There has to be an issue with your system it says “sorry your credit check hasn’t passed”

  • lilmissbinks97 JahJah Binks (@lilmissbinks97) reported from Bristol, England

FAKE TEXT FROM THREE “3Update” claiming that “cannot take payment from your debit. Need to update details”. Clicked on it but then I deleted the text and checked my @ThreeUK app instead to be safe and can confirm there’s no issue with my account. @ThreeUKSupport please be aware!

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DanMihail23 Dan Mihail (@DanMihail23) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Most of the problems are in bs34 5,bs34 6, where was no trouble before with losing signal but last 3 days not much or at all , BS70QE bs70 all área no signal bs32 9 bs32 0 all bs16 1 BS5 0UU

  • colinbm Colin Burn-Murdoch (@colinbm) reported

@ThreeUKSupport That’s not an issue. I have a local sim for calls/data/everything. I just need to be able to receive text messages for 2FA. I can’t even log into my bank account. I get that there’s a fair use policy for overuse of roaming/allowance, but completely cutting service is a bit much

  • beanies_mum Jo Parsons (Deeley) (@beanies_mum) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport we are a bustling tourist centre yet still only offered 3G with no plans to improve. Village down the road with 500 residents get 4G. EE offer all customers in my area 4G. It’s a bit disheartening when you see the improvements being offered elsewhere

  • colinbm Colin Burn-Murdoch (@colinbm) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Note, my wife’s account, which never used the roaming data so didn’t get flagged up and blocked, is still going fine after the same time.

  • bookmadmum Sara Clifford-Gray (@bookmadmum) reported

@ThreeUK I am no longer with your network so why do you insist on calling me twice a week to ask me if I want to come back? The fact that you hound me with phone calls doesn’t make me want to return - I’ll stick with @Giffgaff thanks as they leave me alone and don’t harass me

  • colinbm Colin Burn-Murdoch (@colinbm) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It’s an older one. I got messages saying that only 2 months of roaming was allowed, but I assumed that was to do with the “feel at home” allowances, which I figured was fair, not that all service would be disconnected. I don’t think anything said to contact you if away longer.

  • RJLofty Rachel Lofthouse (@RJLofty) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Ok, would it be possible to cancel the new sim as I don’t want 2 separate contracts? The process was not made clear and it should not have allowed the order to go through if it wasn’t possible. At no point have I had any comms from Three advising of an issue with the order.

  • retsplines Ret the Folf (@retsplines) reported

@p0welly @ThreeUK Also for *ages* their network name on Wi-Fi Calling was “Three WiFi Calling”. Which was a) pedantically incorrect (it’s Wi-Fi), but most annoyingly b) WAY TOO LONG. It triggered a scrolling animation on iOS to show the whole name which was very distracting.

  • colinbm Colin Burn-Murdoch (@colinbm) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Ok. Seems absurd but ok. This combined with the loss of feel at home for future (short term) trips will mean a reassessment of which service I use. Not sure if it’s common practice across the board, but I’ll be investigating. 😔

  • Noseyaintya69 Nick The Greek (@Noseyaintya69) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Offer no support at all useless. #Three
