    @petermcm83 @ThreeUK It’s a shame all the other networks couldn’t come to the rescue of O2 customers and let them piggy back on their network and just charge it back to O2. Damage limitation for O2 & an opportunity for people to see how fast Three is 😉

After really struggling to close my late mother’s account and thinking this was resolved, I have now received a letter from Creditlink Account Recovery Limited demanding payment or threatening further debt recovery.

    @KerryMP It would certainly be popular with me. I had real difficulties trying to close down my mum’s account with @ThreeUK after she died. They even tried to persuade me to keep it open and then sent threatening texts when her bank account was frozen. #beforecustomerservice.

    @ThreeUKSupport Even though I’ve rang to report my mum’s death, spoken to someone to invoice me the account after threats on my credit rating, then spoken to customer advisor on here - who apologised and wrote off the £10 odd bill - I have just received a phone call chasing me for the payment.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told last night by telephone that the account would be closed on the 19th. I can’t remember being asked for a death cert- but if you supply an address then I can do that easily. And then I need an address of someone senior enough to make an effective complaint please.

    @ThreeUKSupport First time you’ve asked for a death certificate, the account will be closed from the 19th of August. It feels like everyone I talk to has no idea how to process closing a dead persons account. This is by far the worst company I’ve had to deal with, even getting threats by text.

    @ThreeUKSupport And I’m connected “our wait time is over 15 minutes”. I can’t even call back later because this is supposed to be linked to the last person I spoke to in customer relations. This is a joke. I’m happy that the upgrade has been sorted but it shouldn’t be this difficult.

    @ThreeUKSupport So I eventually managed to get through to the customer relations team. The lady there was really helpful and has seemingly sorted things now. Back on hold waiting to get connected back to the upgrades team to process it all. Nearly 40 mins on the phone so far!

    Ridiculous customer service from @ThreeUK. Upgraded phone early as they said early upgrade would be waved, yet I can see it on my bill. Phoned them, was told it was their mistake and it would be waved. Yet again, it's on my bill. Now can't get in live chat or phone. Absolute joke

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I have complained about it a couple of times over the years. And the response is generally temporary fixes on the user end. Why is three not taking actual measures to fix it on their end. An extra tower in the area might help🤔

    @Familoo Phew. This is good news. Public disorder avoided. For now. Im grumpy. I will be making cross phonecalls to @ThreeUK as no upgrade should take 5 days to start working! My teenager is making me grumpy as obviously it is within my control to have power over the network!

    @stupidfatlion @jacksoneroberts @ThreeUKSupport @AshleyEMercer HTTPS users can take advantage of HTTP/2 where available. HTTP users cannot due to browsers only supporting HTTP/2 with security. Also HTTPS supports service workers which can also add offline functionality, whereas HTTP does not. No advantages or excuse to use HTTP over HTTPS.
