    @claremackie_ @ThreeUKSupport They steal your money also Clare illegally from your bank. And then if you can the direct debit it will affect you and your credit score and never them. Only way is keep posting on twitter and convince potential customers to go elsewhere.

    I feel the same way. Main reason I signed up with @ThreeUK was the Go Roam element. Little did I realise that it would be a lot easier to get a data service virtually anywhere in the world other than the UK itself!

    @KerryMP It would certainly be popular with me. I had real difficulties trying to close down my mum’s account with @ThreeUK after she died. They even tried to persuade me to keep it open and then sent threatening texts when her bank account was frozen. #beforecustomerservice.

    @ThreeUKSupport Even though I’ve rang to report my mum’s death, spoken to someone to invoice me the account after threats on my credit rating, then spoken to customer advisor on here - who apologised and wrote off the £10 odd bill - I have just received a phone call chasing me for the payment.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told last night by telephone that the account would be closed on the 19th. I can’t remember being asked for a death cert- but if you supply an address then I can do that easily. And then I need an address of someone senior enough to make an effective complaint please.

    @ThreeUKSupport First time you’ve asked for a death certificate, the account will be closed from the 19th of August. It feels like everyone I talk to has no idea how to process closing a dead persons account. This is by far the worst company I’ve had to deal with, even getting threats by text.

    @ThreeUKSupport Again I re-iterated that I didnt request a PAC code. Both advisors reassured me that it was a glitch with three and it is resolved. But yesterday no service on my sim. When I rand customer services, I was advised to put in the new sim from the new provider.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty, according to that call centre I requested to leave. Three sent me a PAC code, I rang customer services and said I didn’t request to leave ( this was 2 weeks ago 06/11) then an advisor rang me to ask about my request for a PAC code on 07/11
