    @ThreeUKSupport your phone signal is absolutely diabolical and I havent had signal for nearly 2 months despite being told it would be fixed in a week. Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

    @ThreeUKSupport Still not sorted, called AGAIN and told it would be sorted in ANOTHER 48hrs what is going on with your company????? This is a problem since last August and you still owe me mo ey and still default on my credit file! Can anyone help with this farce????????

    @ThreeUKSupport Chat won't help me because I can't give a random password I haven't needed for years, and can't get it from my account as I can't reset my account password and it just gives an error "my3auth.text.generic.error"...

    @ThreeUKsupport had a text saying service would be disrupted until 7 March a week ago - & still unable to make or receive phone calls including 333. I am meant to be supporting my local mutual aid group call centre and haven't been able to for over a week. When will it be fixed?

    @EE has massively overcharged me for my out of contact phone, so as it obviously doesn’t want my business (I’ve been a loyal customer since 2001 - why else would they rip me off so egregiously?), it’s time to give someone else a try. @TheO2, @ThreeUK what deals do you guys have?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete. It’s dropped out regularly since we first had it (since May 2019) but the last 2 weeks have been abominable. All my devices say “connected with no internet” or “unable to connect to this network”. I reset the router 15 times a day. Makes no difference 😫😫😫

    @ThreeUKSupport I'll see if I can find a phone to put my card in. Issue is I can't call out - it doesn't go through to the other phone/just get silence my end. Can get incoming calls.
