@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I think it’s terrible that to downgrade a plan you have to speak to someone on the phone, but to upgrade you can just click a button. I just want to downgrade and stop paying for something I don’t need.

@ThreeUKSupport 537kbps that's still 0.5mb per second connection, not 4.25! You are throttling and bottlenecking everything! I used to get 20+mb years ago with 3G! I never get more than 1 or 2 mbps for the last two years. I hate you & hate your internet speeds. I hope you go bankrupt 🤮😡 @ofcom
@ThreeUK I've been scammed by a company who pick only on three customers and take £40 from your bill without even going on to anything. Three wont sort this out, I've been in a queue today waiting for customer services since 10.21am it's now 2.34pm and I'm still 13th!

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. That has been the problem. Each time I've been told a credit has been applied, it hasn't (this will be the 4th time). Problem is when you have to wait for the next bill to see if it's actually been applied this time, if it isn't, it can't be applied until the next bill..
