@ThreeUKSupport This? If you’ve had an update, what have they advised? Basically the issue was that the screen reader recognised that the box was there, but I couldn’t double tap on it to enter any information into it like my postcode and I had to turn the screen reader off to access it.

Paying for insurance with @ThreeUK was a complete waste of time. Didn't know they got rid of three rescue. Have to be without a phone or pay a huge excess. Been a customer for 12 years. That ends in April 👍
