    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I will keep you updated. Had this problem on and off In Lincoln for years. Always good when I take out a new contract but that only lasts a few weeks

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK have got to be the worst network. I keep getting cut up on the phone and transferred on live chat having to repeat myself everytime. So frustrating I just need to be connected to someone who’s working in the country!!!

    2 weeks before my 12 month contract ended with @ThreeUK I was sent an email. I called up to cancel and was told it would be 30 days using the scam mobile operators use rather than end at the end of the 12 month contract you agreed to. I told the operator this. They came back

    Hello @ThreeUKSupport, our WiFi is playing up (limiting my ability to work from home), mobile internet is OK & according to your website there's no signal issues locally, so.... Do we get a new sim for the HomeFi or a new HomeFi unit?

    @ThreeUKSupport I eventually waited for 58 mins 40 seconds and then I got cut off. Rang again and the agent was clueless and I asked to speak to a supervisor I was out on hold for 50 mins and got cut off. Rang again held for 10 mins and still did not get any issue sorted. Range wouldn’t cut it.
