@ThreeUKSupport Yes, all sorted, but if a cancellation system forces a customer to call you, and you try and retain the customer by pressuring them into different contracts, moving the line to someone else in the family, signing up for a new tablet, lower prices etc. they might not return.

@ThreeUKSupport Do you have any customer service staff that are UK based and aren’t incompetent? I have now been trying to get a complaint/issue sorted for over a month. So far 15 emails and over 3 hours on the phone to India and still no resolution!

@ThreeUK how many times have I got to ring up to cancel a contract??? 5 times I’ve rang and keep going round in circles, getting charged upfront costs when I’ve already cancelled. Ridiculous

@ThreeUKSupport Just upgraded to a sim only plan as per you advice plan expires tomorrow. Notification I have just received says won’t switch over until the next billing date this 9 days away. So what happens now & I wanted to keep go roam. # Bad advice. How to cancel and go elsewhere?
