    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I will keep you updated. Had this problem on and off In Lincoln for years. Always good when I take out a new contract but that only lasts a few weeks

    @ThreeUK my phone number didn’t port across yesterday as agreed, I have had no communication. I try and ring to get sent to a form of live chat and have tried your live chat now for 2.5 hours with no success of getting in contact with someone. Shocking service so far, pls help?

    @ThreeUK Spent 60+ mins on Chat, with 2 advisors, with simple request: change my (monthly rolling) plan. Ended not changing anything, after 1 hour of wasting time trying to make them provide me the info required rather than trying to sell me hand & head sets. Very poor #CX

    @danjsansam @ThreeUK KCOM isn’t down they are just fitting new poles across all of hull to prevent widespread outages, they warned you of this 17 hours ago as it will last between 1-5am

    Honestly **** @ThreeUK I can't be arsed first my authentication code is invalid so I can't buy a data pack even though I have cash credit to buy the god damn pack then in order to spend my cash credit I have to buy the expensive pack cause the pack I usually use is not on there

    @ThreeUKSupport told me this morning that the 3 day broadband issue (I.E no internet at all) would be sorted this evening. Still NOTHING. Told to ‘restart’ as a solution. Really?! Not good enough.
