@ThreeUKSupport I took out a Broadband contract with Three and the Broadband 5G signal is non existent. There's a 5g mast by my house. I am supposed to also get an included TV with my offer and that has not materialised. I was told they have run out and then that I wasn't eligible anymore. WTH!

@ThreeUKSupport It went from no issues on the timeline to a mast being down in the DM. There is a large scale fault in Liverpool @ThreeUK so don’t try and look good on your timeline and lie to your customers

@ThreeUKSupport hi Jen - starting new - 2 actually + also started a wifi hub account so really not happy with way i am being passed around - am not even asking to cancel just to make it a 1 yr contract instead of 2 as i am in italy most time and am now so cannot get back to the store!

@ThreeUK trying for 3 days to get on international roaming all switched on on handset but no service or data spoke to online chat and they couldn’t work out what the issue was so just ended chat with no resolve!
