@ThreeUKSupport Hi! Also, I cancelled my direct debit to an account I never made with Three (previously spoke to support who said Fraud team would be in touch, but didn’t happen in the timeframe they provided). I’ve since been contacted by CRS to make payment for this account.

Sooooo @ThreeUKSupport are literally the worst. Outage for OVER A WEEK. Missing CRITICAL BUSINESS MEETINGS. Told to DM them, did so. Then told to use chat bot, did so. Now I have to be redirected AGAIN to someone on the phone? I did that last week? And still not fixed?

@ThreeUKSupport I have been with 3 for 8 years and only last year I have been having issues and never got sorted and I am paying £55 and plus add on every 2 or 3 months as my data runs out so quick and Three's never been able to resolve

@ThreeUKSupport Scott, Unable to join you on chat as I’m at work during your chat room opening hours and as I previously said I’ve no internet coverage in those postcode areas that I work in so couldn’t join in on a chat anyway. There’s one simple solution. FIX THE PROBLEM!!! 😡

@ThreeUK I only tweeted you about this issue 2 weeks ago and yet the same problem is happening once again. I’ve no internet coverage in the CO13 9QB area or the CO14 8NR area. This is beyond a joke now! At this rate I’ll be looking elsewhere for my mobile phone service

@ThreeUK receive text messages oh my god did I not laugh out loud .... lol so basically their solution was to pay £55 for unlimited callas and sending unlimited txt message but not to recieve ... this network is a joke and rip off
