    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m absolutely livid with my experience so far, after 1 day I’m already ready to leave. You have sent me a phone that does not accept your own sim. Not able to call you as I don’t have a working sim, and no chat available to help!!

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I will keep you updated. Had this problem on and off In Lincoln for years. Always good when I take out a new contract but that only lasts a few weeks

    @ThreeUKSupport Every time they call and I answer they put the phone down. Please get someone from the complaints team to call me so we can discuss further and close this matter. I don't appreciate being sent letters demanding funds that I do not owe Three.

    @Ofcom is there a standard practice for access to a phone number/PAC if you cancel during the 14 day cooling off period? @ThreeUK think it’s ok to hold phone numbers hostage with no service or a PAC which I don’t think is acceptable

    @EE I went to 3 for a month Your roaming was atrocious and hideously expensive Threatened to sue you and came straight back to @ThreeUK Worst month of my life being on @EE You might be faster But it's shocking bad service, especially for travellers

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, 3 Years, Yes. Your live chat isn't working so I'm all alone right now because it turns out it never went through at all, I'm surviving off a nurse's hotspot briefly and it's the 2nd time you've done this! I'm in so much distress, I am SO upset
