@lucasfgodoy @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Go to the I wish to terminate my contrqct number. But also, gather evidence using Ookla Speedtest taking tests regularly for a period to prove what you say. Be insistent.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for getting back to me. In most cases if I move to 3G it does work but it's not ideal. Do you know if this has become more of a problem in my area lately? I've not had a problem with this until a couple of months ago.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks scott HD88NS, it seems as soon as i have left my home wifi network it doesn’t connect back onto cellular if this makes sense?
