@ThreeUKSupport latency is pretty high on your network as of the last week or so and having a look through twitter there seems to be quite a few people with similar issues. I’ve been doing a lot of (domestic) travel lately so it seems to be a more systemic issue?

Left @ThreeUK at the start of the year as signal was always poor, moved to @SkyUK and it’s jus as shockingly bad 😢 what mobile providers out there actually work 🤔

@ThreeUKSupport I've been abroad for a week or so and apart from Twitter I can't contact you, you suspended my phone. You gave me no warning at all. Just cut my service. I'm not in arrears and I pay monthly for service that includes roaming and I didn't exceed any "fair use" provisions.

@ThreeUKSupport I called multiple times (4 or 5 times), and was left waiting on hold and then being hung up on. It seems like none of this was logged internally. I have already paid so much for a service I didn't use.
