@ThreeUK No proper internet for four days. Why does it take 4 days to repair a problem. All I get is the same message with a new time on it. My post code is CF72 9SY. I hope you will look to compensate me for your poor service.

Hey @ee your 4g signal is a bit rubbish in my house, especially downstairs, whereas @ThreeUK was really excellent but sadly (for them) they don't do the watch SIM. Is there any way I can improve it? Or can you just put some more masts up and move to 5g asap. Thanks 👍

@ThreeUKSupport I received a message from three advising me that they were carrying out maintenance in my area and there would be disruptions to the service. That was 4 days ago, when will it be fixed. I currently have a download speed which is erratic between 0.5Mbps and 3.5Mbps.

@ThreeUKSupport Id rather not post my postcode on a public site for the whole world to see ... but u have the tech @ your end to find out who I am .. number ends in 873 and u can see my name here + ure 3 app says you are aware of a problem, its just going to take a week to fix :/ :/ :/ :/
