  • adsaffer Aaron Saffer (@adsaffer) reported

@ThreeUKSupport So can you confirm what 3's plan is for the defunct 5g routers we have? If we are not going to be issued replacements I want to know if I can cancel. No eta on fix or replacement is not a good service.

  • DerChem Derek Connor 🇺🇦 (@DerChem) reported

@IthicaHawk Having exactly the same issues with @ThreeUK . Been with them over 10 years. They have no interest in retaining me, so I'll check out @O2 since they still offer the Go Roam abroad.

  • That_Starmerite ThatOneLabourite 🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈 #FBPE (@That_Starmerite) reported

@Starms6 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Three is so much better, they have the fastest 5G network in the UK

  • adsaffer Aaron Saffer (@adsaffer) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @MiffyJJ Exact same issue has happened to me, and many others too according to a forum I have seen. The routers are bricked. What are Three going to do? Otherwise I will cancel the contract and go somewhere else.

  • skos_ninja Jake Oliver (@skos_ninja) reported

Hey @ThreeUK the whole point of the new text message service for PAC codes is so you don't have to deal with the network. That means you shouldn't then start spamming them with calls and texts begging to stay. Maybe think about that before ripping EU roaming away next time.
