@NeillGord @ThreeUKSupport But my iPad is Still working 🤯 Which is weird I have turned my phone off to see if that helps 🤔 but it still baffles me why isn’t it working on my iPhone or it could be my Sim card or my number has gone down technology is weird It’s one of those mysteries of the universe 🤯

@ThreeUKSupport Hey Scott. Thanks for the quick response. I’ve noticed in Stoke Newington/Dalston (near where I live) I have 5 bars but no service lately. Also last night in Soho, no signal. And Kensington area is spotty at best - always saying I have signal though.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes i have and no email. I have two issues: 1. First name has either been changed by your admin or miss entered again by your admin. 2. My email address is @gmail.com whereas you have it as @gmail.com+please I need these issues resolved as my contract ends on June 27th

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah I'm on chat and have already re registered. The issue isn't that I can't access my account at all, I can when on WiFi. It's when my network is cut and I get sent a link from Three to pay the bill is when I get the grey bar. Any other time it's fine.
