@ThreeUKSupport It would seem that reading in not your strong suit, I already mentioned that 333 were no help, neither was customer options. Are there any UK call centres or somewhere without the huge background din I could call who could resolve my dispute or is the ombudsman the best option?

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve already done this and been told there are ongoing works in the area. My problem is that we weren’t informed beforehand. Neither of us could work on Friday. Ideal in a cost of living crisis!

@ThreeUKSupport International roaming was active prior to leaving the UK. She did receive a text message when we landed saying that she could use her minutes/texts. But hasn't been even been able to call your customer service team.
