@ThreeUKSupport Applied for a contract on a promo offer - was told by cust srvcs had to take ID into store, did all this and still no confirmation of my contract, if this application is stopped I expect you to refund my upfront and the early cancel fee from my current contract

@ThreeUK the Worst mobile network please do not be fooled by the offers they give.If you need something to be sorted their workers can’t help you ¬hing ever gets solved &you will be left with a bill that you was told was resolved because their staff are not trained properly
