    i have 2 phone contracts with @ThreeUK , it’s the biggest mistake i have done in my life. Internet never works! It’s the worst network out there. I will go back and communicate with smoke like old school, still faster than @ThreeUK #worstnetwork #regret

    @ThreeUK awful customer service, report my phone lost u have tried to get out the claim when is obvious u have missold the insurance, then offered a temp replacement which you haven’t delivered and now I get cut off when ring to find out what’s happening #movingtoo2

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi... Yes all my apps appear to be working fine. Both the Three apps don't work at all? That's weather I'm on the data or WiFi? I was hoping get the Three in touch app to work to compensate for the poor indoor signal as my phone's doesn't have built in WiFi calls.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi.. If been going on since October.. Have reported it 3x via phobe.3 signal status website says issue.. I get bad call quality's intermittent call/data drops.. Poor data speed.Out of area (.5 miles away) no issue and dataspeed x10. Pre Oct zero issue 🙁

    @ThreeUKSupport So 6 days without mobile data. A complaint has been raised on my account and continuous promises that within 24 hours it'll be up and working. I'm giving it till Friday and I'll be early exiting my contract.
