Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUKSupport having issues receiving one time passwords taking up to an hour affecting banking, retail and work. Normal text messages come through fine. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions such as clearing cache, aeroplane mode, rebooting, reinstalling apps etc.

@ThreeUK to anyone thinking about 3 internet. Don't do it, horrendous customer service and after missing 2 payments they cancelled my contract and passed it on to a debt collection agency. I had managed to pay 1 month so only had 1 month to pay. Only 3 months left on the contract

@ThreeUKSupport so why has it only ever happened when i’ve been on three.. every other person i know with a different phone company has never had this happen. but my father and i have had it since we joined three. this is beyond a joke and im really not happy.

@ThreeUKSupport I have had two scam calls since this morning… i’ve only had this number for about a month and i’m ALREADY recieving scam calls. This is becoming a joke. I will cancel my contract if i have to. STOP SELLING MY DATA.
