    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    @kerrylwoodward @jskeeling @ThreeUKSupport @PrincessCruises This needs to done BEFORE you travel. data costs money on roaming. never depend on other wifi or free wifi. never know if you are somewhere that doesn’t have it. period. for safety I consider this essential w/international travel.

    @ThreeUK I'm still getting less than 0.10MB. This is unusable, and unacceptable. This has been the case for several days now and it isn't fair, considering I pay a lot of money for this service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm not happy with my bill. It's meant to be £14 a month, but for the last 6 months it's been a lot higher. I want a full refund, I didn't ask for any of these extra charges. Hope you can help
