Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUK So many rude and nasty people here. Don’t blame social media representatives for Three’s shortcomings, politeness costs nothing I’ve been with Three Mobile for around 5 years, but these price increases are ridiculous. I’m leaving the network for a cheaper PAYG deal
