@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@ThreeUKSupport This is the problem. I never needed a STAC because it was a broadband, not mobile. I spoke to someone over the phone and on the chat.

Hi @ThreeUK just wondering why it costs more over all if I upgrade my phone as an existing customer than someone taking out a new contract?!

@ThreeUK Absolutely horrendous network. Could not wait until my contract ended. With the same phone the difference with my new network provider is night & day

@ThreeUKSupport I have contacted your online help a total of seven times, as well as some phone calls. It was apparently ‘an unauthorised’ upgrade. I have a set of contract terms in my inbox

@ThreeUK Loyal customers are treated like crap by you. I hear the deals my friends are being offered for their loyalty to Vodafone, EE, O2 etc, and you offer me nothing. 11 years loyalty means nothing to you

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, is there any news on when service will be restored to Bath area? I’ve not been able to send messages, call or use internet/WiFi for 3 days. Postcode checker says there’s work being done on masts. I live alone and need to be able to communicate.
