Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUKSupport We have done the troubleshooting process twice and were told that if we were still experiencing consistent problems with the new device to contact again and the service would be terminated without a cancellation fee. The chat function on link you have sent is not working.

Hey @ThreeUKSupport why are you putting my bills up in the middle of a pandemic, while you struggled to provide service to me for the last few months anyway, citing “work” that needs to be done or is already done but not done… depending on which advisor I speak to…
