Thieving bastards. Would recommend you avoid them at all costs!

Call handlers say they're working in the area, service checker says no issue. 4 devices rendered useless. Starlink ordered, has to be better that this.

Can’t login to your app (still “undergoing essential maintenance” another week later…) and when I tried the phone line it spat me out before I could speak to a person. I’m owed money that was the credit balance on my closed account.

If network coverage is an issue and Three is good, ID Mobile and Smarty have some good deals. I need Wi-Fi Calling too.

The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

Call handler told me "working on mast in my area". Service checker says no problems. To make it even worse, my mobile phone has run out of data allowance because of it.

They have failed to see the problem here (clue: I CAN'T GET ONLINE OR MAKE CALLS!). Was promised it would all be fine by end of play Tuesday. Gah.
