@ThreeUKSupport I’m on holidays. I don’t keep a postcode book with me. Pick a postcode in the centre of #Penzance. That’s where it isn’t working. It was also slow on the Isles of Scilly yesterday, but that seems to be due to you not having any 4G coverage at all there!

@TheO2 well after HOURS on phone to cust serv I've finally got pac codes. Maybe you could train shop staff in Fareham how to get them online. Luckily cust service in @ThreeUK is better.
