  • ThatCornishLadd
Connor🚌💨|📸|🕹 (@ThatCornishLadd) reported from St. Ives, England

@ThreeUKSupport I've lost track. If I'm honest I've done nothing bus struggle with this service now. Countless conversations with people and gotten nowhere

@Payforit_Sucks @ThreeUK || Be warned those using @AmazonUK! Sellers send a text message saying they are having issues with email/messages and need you to confirm your email address, you then respond to the text. This confirms an active number, they then sign you up for Payforit

  • sophiehellyer
Sophie Hellyer (@sophiehellyer) reported from Saint Agnes, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

  • MarkAJames70

So I’m having to get data from an O2 phone to type this. One week of no service by the looks of it @ThreeUK Discount or do you cancel my contract for me ?

  • ShaVerZ_
    ShaVerZ™ 〓〓 ツ (@ShaVerZ_) reported from Hayle, England

The @ThreeUK network has gone to ****! The past 12 months, customers have endured the worst of any service on this planet! If you are thinking of switching, move along! You'll regret it if you do! You've been warned peeps!

  • EvanD
Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Penzance, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’m on holidays. I don’t keep a postcode book with me. Pick a postcode in the centre of #Penzance. That’s where it isn’t working. It was also slow on the Isles of Scilly yesterday, but that seems to be due to you not having any 4G coverage at all there!

  • ThatCornishLadd
Connor🚌💨|📸|🕹 (@ThatCornishLadd) reported from Redruth, England

@ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

  • GinaRich25
Gina (@GinaRich25) reported from Camborne, England

@ThreeUKSupport how much longer I've got no signal or mobile data I hope we will be getting compensated #threemobile #threedown #ThreeUK

  • sophiehellyer
Sophie Hellyer (@sophiehellyer) reported from Saint Agnes, England

@ThreeUKSupport The web chat just says “please try later”. It’s almost impossible to speak to someone. Please can you help or we will have to cancel contract entirely and transfer her number elsewhere 😕

@ThreeUK so I asked you to cancel my contract as it comes to an end and you haven’t done it just to screw more money out of me. Shame on you I will never be your customer again

  • siyabuilt
    Siya (@siyabuilt) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK worst thing, the same happened with my health insurance. I go to pay, suddenly dashboard says "no basic insurance". Literally didn't even get a msg about it. Surely this has to be illegal in some way

  • CGarboid
    Paul Onky (@CGarboid) reported

@ThreeUKSupport having big issues with people calling me. I can’t have issues as I have a crt-d (defibrillator) fitted and need my phone to be able to receive calls. Not receiving calls and 5g signal but I don’t get the calls.

  • MahmutTor
    Mahmut Tör (@MahmutTor) reported

Dear @virginmedia and @ThreeUK One of you cut our broadband service, the other one doesn’t provide mobile signal even though we pay both of you. could you supply some pigeons please?

  • leo_phillips
    Leo Phillips (@leo_phillips) reported

@PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.

  • Hemmerz_
    Matt (@Hemmerz_) reported

Do you have signal anywhere between zone 1-6 in London? ******* pony @ThreeUK

  • NeddyOrNot
    Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reported

It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
