@ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

Hi @ThreeUKSupport why are you giving "number unobtainable" for +800 international freephone? I've just had to use a landline for the first time in years. Needless to say, the number isn't unobtainable, but functioning telephony service from you apparently is?

@ThreeUKSupport Yep, it’s the only app that does it. I have enough service to browse anything else, just not play Wild Rift for some reason. Happy to provide any other info you need in dms that might help!
