    @Payforit_Sucks @ThreeUK || Be warned those using @AmazonUK! Sellers send a text message saying they are having issues with email/messages and need you to confirm your email address, you then respond to the text. This confirms an active number, they then sign you up for Payforit

    @ThreeUKSupport The web chat just says “please try later”. It’s almost impossible to speak to someone. Please can you help or we will have to cancel contract entirely and transfer her number elsewhere 😕

    @ThreeUKSupport you have murdered the My3 app. No notifications about any change. Went in store yesterday and the staff still couldn’t help me log in. Absolutely useless! And here’s me considering whether it’s worth staying or going else where after soooo long with you.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, my mum has had fraudulent activity on her account and has been left without a phone. She’s on the government vulnerable shielded list & it’s her only contact with the outside world. Please can you help me resolve the issue immediately & send her a new sim ASAP

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope. Doesn’t work. Even the survey you send so I can say how terrible the website is fails to load. Haven’t had any luck with the on phone app either. Basically dysfunctional.

    @ThreeUKSupport I understand that you are busy, but maybe it might help if you employed telephone operators who can get things done. I’ve spent all weekend being passed from pillar to post because your system doesn’t send out email reset message as it should, not rocket science, is it?

    @ThreeUKSupport I am desperate.I need to replace my SIM with a Nano SIM.I had originally ordered online but nothing arrived. Been on live chat numerous times over the last 2 wks, still nothing.I have not been able to use phone as my existing SIM has been deactivated. PLEASE HELP

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I do have an open complaint, and I’m having to do all the work to resolve it. Not one person has been helpful. Spent over 8 hours trying to sort this out on the phone only for me to have to fill out forms for information that I have authorised on the phone which can be emaile

    @ThreeUKSupport There is no point me trying to solve this email confirmation issue until, you get the technical dept to look into why you’re system isn’t working. I now cannot access my account at all, one simple automated email would do it, so why not have someone fix the system.

    @ThreeUKSupport Still no update? Can’t get esim on three...despite being promised yes we support it, the. Oh yeah only a limited trial, call a store... called store. No you can’t have it you don’t live local... I could of visited... to end of year for sure... to we don’t know when! #shouldofleft
