I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.

I dont own an iphone and have no transactions showing up on my playstore acc on my android phone. What scam is this?
