I recently switched from a personal to business account and just found out that there us no online support platform. I wouldn't have gone with three business if I had known this. @ThreeUKSupport #disappointed #poorservice

@ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

😡 @threeuksupport I get 105-117mbps with #EE Mobile from home! I didn’t know that #4G companies had different speeds. Your #Three salesman sold me on a 300mbps “CON-tract”, but failed to mention that 12-24mbps is your network speed!’ 😡 #internet #4G #fraud #OFCOM

My experiences of @SMARTYMobileUK... bad. Owned by 3, but no where near as good as (I switched FROM @ThreeUK) Gave me a SIM, came quick. PAC didn't take affect properly and messed things up, and was forced to order a replacement SIM. That came quick, but I cannot activate it.

@ThreeUK mobile internet down *again* without any prior notice. Customer service casually say it will take up to 7 days. No fail over strategy to support their customers. Offer very little sympathy. Off to the café it is.
