    I recently switched from a personal to business account and just found out that there us no online support platform. I wouldn't have gone with three business if I had known this. @ThreeUKSupport #disappointed #poorservice

    @ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

    So @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport are wanting me to pay £70 a month for my upgrade when I have two contracts with them? its for an iPhone 13 pro. Unlimited data and 164gb. How much do you all pay a month? i think that is a too high when I’ve been a loyal customer?

    @ashleyjayaskew My phone signal has been fine but my 4G from @ThreeUK recently has been very hit and miss and around work (Heathrow) very rare for 4G to work at decent speeds so ends up switching over to 3G.

    @ThreeUK I’ve been a customer for over 12 yrs - with 2 phone contracts. The ‘feel at home’ free roaming has been a huge reason. Now I am being forced into new contracts and will lose the benefit. Do I have to move to pay-as-you-go does to keep free roaming? So frustrating.

    @ThreeUKSupport you know, I'd prefer to talk to a real person rather than be forced to chase you on social media but your one e.mail is from "no reply" address when I finally find a phone number I get passed around for hours. The confirmation email said 24 hours, that was last Tuesday! Crap!

    @ThreeUKSupport in conversation with one Vaibhav Choudhry and after repeatedly asking him to transfer the chat to complaints department he is refusing to do that. Chat ID 4974648230616416100 (provided by him). Don't I have right to complain if I dont receive good service?

    @BenjyNtheMonkey @SkyMobile has been really good for me, used to be with @ThreeUK but they let us down badly when we switched, sent I'd notification that We'd incur no charges, billed us, failed to refund or answer our questions.
