    @ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

    I recently switched from a personal to business account and just found out that there us no online support platform. I wouldn't have gone with three business if I had known this. @ThreeUKSupport #disappointed #poorservice

    @ThreeUKSupport 2 direct debits for the last 3 months. Whenever I talk to the live chat they always just log out and nothing gets resolved. Basically I went to upgrade my contact and 3 started a new contract (which I was unaware, never got sent a new SIM) which I can't cancel. It's rediculous

    @ThreeUKSupport How I've been treated as a customer over the last 2 years is abhorrent and you keep moving the hoops I have to jump through to not even get a straight answer. Your customer care sucks *** and you claim you're always improving when the truth is you're on a serious decline

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura. It's not, it's through a third party online store. I can get a better deal on the three network anywhere else than through the three store. I've been with three since 2004 and each time I go to upgrade I find it cheaper to go via a third party.
