    @ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

    @ThreeUK are ridiculous. I cancelled a broadband device WITHIN the 14day cancellation policy and they’re trying to charge me ?! 🥴 I’ve called up 3 times now about the issue and now they’re telling me their billing system is down. How convenient!!!

    Asked them to check the account and tell me the usage as that would show that the device wasn’t being used and was returned! 🙃 now I’m being told that they can’t access data usage because of billing systems being down! @ThreeUK this is ridiculous!!
