@ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

I recently switched from a personal to business account and just found out that there us no online support platform. I wouldn't have gone with three business if I had known this. @ThreeUKSupport #disappointed #poorservice

Out of frustration, I called @ThreeUK via Relay UK on 21 June to ask about a refund. I immediately asked to be transferred to billing. The agent ignored my request and spent over 25 minutes speaking at me, not with me. The Relay Assistant even prompted them to slow down. They didn’t.

@ThreeUKSupport I made complaint earlier x2 ( for both of my phones ) told them no I do not agree to close the complaint , but have received emails saying thanks for closing the complaints Not acceptable , will be going ombudsman
