@ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

@ThreeUKSupport Who’s idea was disabling access to My3 portal when a billing hiccup occurs? Also not providing an easy self help route to update payment details? Shocking UX/UI design. Spent almost an hour on chat to fix. Dreadful customer journey experience. Expect better from @ThreeUK tbh.

@ThreeUKSupport Resolved. They unnecessarily lost my custom due to, IMHO, poor choices when faced with “upgrading” a customer. Customer services excellent. Measured, respectful, and positive response.👍🏻👍🏻

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK What is wrong with your network lately? I pay nearly £50pm on an unlimited package and seem to be paying for just 3G as 4/5G is now so slow in my area. I will be moving networks when my contract expires but this isn't acceptable

@ThreeUKSupport Really? You said previously that I would get a text/email when fixed? Are you looking in the same place the team did earlier when they confirmed an issue that engineers were working on?
