    @ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

    😡 @threeuksupport I get 105-117mbps with #EE Mobile from home! I didn’t know that #4G companies had different speeds. Your #Three salesman sold me on a 300mbps “CON-tract”, but failed to mention that 12-24mbps is your network speed!’ 😡 #internet #4G #fraud #OFCOM

    @ThreeUK Customer service from three is absolutely appalling. I have been paying for insurance for over a year on this phone. They’re doing nothing to help and instead transferred me to a sales team to try and sell me other packages for other members of my household instead 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport Having to then more than likely pay full price through apple. Proceeded to give me numbers and email addresses and then forwarded me to the sales team who tried to sell me more crap when I’m just trying to sort my phone which is crucial for my work. Joke

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Hayley, I have just spoken to your customer service and they have advised they cannot find the accounts, however you have told my bank that you advised me of the DD and so they are going to pay you. Standard response from you and I am out of pocket.
