@ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

@ThreeUK disappointing customer service from Three. I've been with Three nine years and they have always been up to the mark and matched the best deals around. This is the first year I've found better deals elsewhere and they are unable to even come close.

Are you just screwed if you’re on 4G with @ThreeUK / @ThreeUKSupport now? For over a month I’ve been all over Brighton and to London and even with full bars my data doesn’t work. Just spent a week in France with absolutely no issues, back in the U.K. I can’t use my data again.

@ThreeUK should of stuck with bt seeing I’ve had no issue with them. Your claims team seem to think a delivery driver has come to pick the broken tv twice and I’ve had no one knock on my door but my post man..
