    @ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

    I recently switched from a personal to business account and just found out that there us no online support platform. I wouldn't have gone with three business if I had known this. @ThreeUKSupport #disappointed #poorservice

    @ThreeUK My contract is ready for 5G - Sadly I struggle to even get 4G to work on Three anymore so can’t see me ever being able to access 5G when I get a phone that allows. I’m really unhappy with the network, it’s definitely getting worse

    I swear, is @ThreeUK, ever going to sort out their internet. They always said their internet was second to none. It’s so awful in so many parts of London, especially in North East and I live on the top floor. It has been for many years. Time to go back to @EE. #ThreeFail

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, Laura! It's st5 6au - I'm using a Samsung S20 FE on three - showing as 4g, but websites are saying "no Internet connection" intermittently, but we also have 2 x three broadband WiFi routers which are running slow on a Samsung TV and on laptops.
