    😑 @threeuksupport I get 105-117mbps with #EE Mobile from home! I didn’t know that #4G companies had different speeds. Your #Three salesman sold me on a 300mbps β€œCON-tract”, but failed to mention that 12-24mbps is your network speed!’ 😑 #internet #4G #fraud #OFCOM

    @ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

    @ThreeUK are your Complaints Team okay? Might want to check in on them. I have specifically asked to keep all correspondence regarding a complaint in writing. They have been harassing me daily with multiple calls but despite reminding them I expect written comms, they still call.

    @ThreeUK have done me up like a kipper fuming is an understatement im on holiday in dubai i paid 7 days around the world roaming it never worked so i had to pay them more money Β£17 for a three day use i was told as i paid 7 day earlier then it will work at least till sat now its off again and they are doing nothing

    @ThreeUKSupport When will the signal issues be sorted? There's areas with no signal, emergency calls only, no internet. Different locations as well. Been like this since early yesterday morning.

    @Jamesefield @ThreeUK the issue is that since then, I ve noticed that jitter was increased. it was already way worse than 02, now they killed it completely.
