@ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

@ThreeUKSupport I've had intermittent internet this morning and evening. No internet this afternoon. Now it's just died again. I cannot imagine what catastrophic issue has occurred at 3 such that it continues for 14+ hours & 3 don't want to properly inform their customers of status. Ransomware?

@ThreeUKSupport My wife ported her number from O2 to 3 the other week but she can’t send texts to certain contacts. APN settings have been reset, contacts & texts deleted and still has problems. Think this is a split port that needs resolving. Can you help please?
