I recently switched from a personal to business account and just found out that there us no online support platform. I wouldn't have gone with three business if I had known this. @ThreeUKSupport #disappointed #poorservice

@ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

Yo @ThreeUKSupport my mum has been trying to get into her account for a while to pay her bill as you guys just keep disconnecting her service without contacting her about stuff (she is highly vulnerable) and we keep trying to reset the password... but no email comes. 🙃

@ThreeUKSupport I can call - but it automatically connects to AT&T which won't connect our calls. If I leave automatic connect on, it always chooses them, if I leave it off, I have to manually reconnect to a network if I loose signal. Thanks for your help, but you might want to look at this.

Im going to have to leave @ThreeUK 3rd differnt job in 3 differnt locations and the signal is so poor i cant even listen to the radio
