@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

@ThreeUK you sell batches of contracts to 3rd parties, who then sell them to the public at lower prices than you offer direct. Then your poor support staff try their damnedest to persuade us to take out your more expensive direct contracts on the same deal #Dumb #NeverRenewDirect

@ThreeUKSupport Nope. I usually use the chat if I need to and had no issues with phone or network to warrant needing to ring. The scammers are upping their game. And if it’s a number I don’t recognise I don’t answer. They can leave a message but they never do.

@ThreeUK just cancelled my trade in... absolutely regretting everything about renewing with 3. They had my S21 ultra over a week and nothing. Not even booked in as a trade in. Now requested back so I can actually sell the damn thing. Just wish I could cancel my contract!

@ThreeUKSupport I upgraded, paid a free. Was sent the totally wrong things, and when questioned it was because you didn't have the right things in stock. I said cancel everything and made my own plan. You've still charged me the fee, and for the wrong things.

Two calls in two weeks, claiming to be the @ThreeUK network. I’ve never had a call from three as I’m pretty sure they don’t ring you. One this week and one last week and they’re always super noisy in the background

@ThreeUKSupport have chatted in the past and am in the process of getting a new sim from Smarty (that's a pain in of itself) but the drop in service is unbearable. The Network Status has remained unchanged (through updates) for months without any explaination.

@ThreeUKSupport They tell me what the network checker already states, or they say the problem will be fixed before (but it never is). No signal here for 7 days now. Ongoing issue since 1st week of jan..... #terrible service. I've asked for a uk based person to speak to repeatedly. Nothing.
