@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

@ThreeUKSupport can't make a phone call as no one hears me. Ridiculous signal and 5g lately. Almost 2 years of this, I'm leaving! All i ever get is "there are issues in your area and we're working to fix things" When?!

It is my understanding @ThreeUK have a duty to provide the deadlock letter if a customer is not satisfied with a complaint. Phone companies are required to provide this letter but three are refusing. @OmbudServices i have already made a complaint, how else can I get this letter?

I made a complaint about @ThreeUK to @OmbudServices but they are refusing to give me the deadlock letter so I can continue with my complaint. This is becoming beyond a joke. I can’t believe it.

@ThreeUKSupport Trying to cancel my dongle as a haven’t used it for over a year and you won’t let me I’ve rung up they tell me to go to the shop I drive to town go to the shop and they tell me they can’t cancel in store!!!!!!! Shocking

So I’ve taken the plunge and ditched @ThreeUK who now admit coverage at my home is bad (only been a customer for six years!) and moved to @EE Fingers crossed - lets hope it’s not frying pan to fire!
