Just wondering why you’ve never done e top up swipe cards so if you get a top up in shops the credit goes on your phone, would be easier for people like my uncle who don’t use internet or understand a computer voice @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

  • GoMcMahon #DocMartin (@GoMcMahon) reported from Saint Ives, England

@ThreeUK I'm disgusted by the behaviour of your chat support person, Sameer. I was asking about changing DD details, and when he couldn't help he simply pretended he wasn't receiving my messages, and ended the chat. I've saved a screen shot of the entire conversation. #Rude

  • PR_UK Jonathan K (@PR_UK) reported from Bedford, England

  • archifishal Alex MS (@archifishal) reported

@ThreeUKSupport So contacted T-Mobile USA and they say they retired their 3G network as of July 1st (but weird that it worked earlier in the week) . I'm not sure whether your roaming agreement includes 4G, or maybe it's just my handset doesn't support the necessary frequencies in the US.

  • mickylaharrison Mickyla 🦅 (@mickylaharrison) reported

@ThreeUKSupport is there some problem with 4g in SW London? It’s been terrible all week. Half the time it won’t connect at all! Same for whole family who are on Three network. Quite frustrating when you want to be outdoors!

  • smithosufc Matthew Smithson (@smithosufc) reported

@christiansufc @ThreeUK In May the signal was non existent, seems to have got better in my area now though

  • cloaky Steve (@cloaky) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you. Unfortunately they could not help so I will draft a complaint letter.

  • a_g_r_m Alex Graham (@a_g_r_m) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately I can't select 5G only. Looking at the Network Status Checker it says "We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area". Do you know what that is in relation to and is there a completion date?

  • Properchops SJP (@Properchops) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have 4 bars of signal out of 5, I have tried restarting etc. Problem happened after I went away and unplugged router for 2 days and tried to repower

  • JustDirk2 Just Dirk (@JustDirk2) reported

@ThreeUK please fix the blackspot Cardiff, CF10 5ZA area. Drops out everyday. Soon to leave #three if the coverage doesn’t improve

  • markoceans Mark G (@markoceans) reported

Thanks to @GeorgeMonbiot for bringing into focus the way corporations handle account closures for deceased and the elderly. Having an awful experience with @ThreeUK, they continue to refuse to cancel the account but rack up the monthly charges.

  • AntonyGarrett Antony Van Garrett 🇺🇦 🏳️‍⚧️ (@AntonyGarrett) reported

@ThreeUK my home broadband keeps going down. You signed me out of my app and now I cent log in either of my accounts. The password reset doesn’t work. The complaints form doesn’t work, it doesn’t recognise either of my numbers.

  • IPrandle Iain Prandle (@IPrandle) reported

@_SHSLTsumiki @ThreeUK If the Telephony service providers got hefty fines for allowing these calls through the system ,then I'm sure the provider's would sit up and take notice. Whilst the Telephony providers aren't being fined they aren't bothered.
