@ThreeUK set up your 5g broadband this morning. Had a good signal and 5g connection 200mb+ speed. Now signal has dropped to poor, 4g connection and 2mb speed.... Router in the same place!

@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

@ThreeUKSupport One of your staff (that was very difficult to get in contact with). This is not made clear and is extremely misleading to have an option to save and then deleting it anyway. I will be changing providers at my earliest convenience as this as caused so much more hurt for me. Awful.
