@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

@ThreeUKSupport hello. I am having connection issues with my home broadband. Your site keeps reporting issues in my area PE22 8RG. My Mobile 4G is working but 4G home broadband router is not (it shows a signal). Will the maintenance/issue be done soon, I can’t work from home?

@ThreeUKSupport To clarify, I have a SIM card in my phone and had a message pop up saying ‘no SIM card in device’. I cant get the sim out to check and my phone is working as normal. I have two weeks left on my contract, but the network has been appalling these last couple weeks!!

Wifi connection dropped midway through a work call - lost intervene and 5G - appalling network coverage and shite service. Cancelled my contract as @ThreeUK are rubbish. Even staff said you can’t cope with the number of customers. Abject failure @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport About 30 minutes ago, my SIM card decided not to work anymore even though my contract for pay monthly sim does not end till 07/12/2022. I cannot call as I do not have signal and the closet store I can get to is Saturday. Please advice and help.
