Then your poor support staff try their damnedest to persuade us to take out your more expensive direct contracts on the same deal #Dumb #NeverRenewDirect

The agent ignored my request and spent over 25 minutes speaking at me, not with me. The Relay Assistant even prompted them to slow down. They didn’t.
