@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

@ThreeUK I think that the minimum that needs to be done is another test to ensure this will work. One of the key things we need with these alerts is confidence in them working. Now, as a Three customer, I have no confidence. Please don’t just brush this aside until it’s really needed.

@purplelaura24 @ThreeUK We have three people in our house on O2 and we never got it either. I guess it's going to come down to individual masts or something, because I was outside at 3 and I couldn't hear anything from the neighbours' houses either.
