@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

Absolutely furious with @ThreeUKSupport - I've spent hours of my time on the phone, I have been into the shop, and I've used the online chat for over an hour. Still unable to resolve my issue and the online chat refused to give me details to make an official complaint. Shocking.

@ThreeUK what is going on! My friend is being charged £6 to cancel a contract that was fraudulently taken out in her name and your customer service representatives are putting down the phone when she rings. Can someone get back to me ASAP as this is ridiculous.
