  @ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

  @ImmyKaur @ThreeUK I have found them particularly bad and am moving provider when my contracts end. They charged me for a year for a sim they hadn’t sent me !

  @ThreeUKSupport Such a farce trying to topup a pay as you go account, I'm trying to topup another PAYG sim that I have but everytime I try to add a 30 day data pack it says there aren't available for my plan or something like that & then asks me to login, I try to login but cant

  @ThreeUK your customer service is dreadful you keep ringing me but I can't provide the password for an old account that is closed then you expect me to ring you back. You can't even tell me what is regarding. Joke.

  @ThreeUKSupport Three app yes. It used to work fine. However it wouldn't let me use it until I updated it. So i found the apk installed it. Going past all the login information etc. Then now it just closes automatically. It won't stay open. I have a phone that lacks Google play services. Huawei.

  @ThreeUKSupport Done even went back to old versions of the app. It seems the issue started with version 4.8.1 onwards and i can't use version 4.8.0 anymore which i used previously because it throws an upgrade now alert. Which is how i know about this now. I know you stock Huawei phones w/o gms
