    @ThreeUK you sell batches of contracts to 3rd parties, who then sell them to the public at lower prices than you offer direct. Then your poor support staff try their damnedest to persuade us to take out your more expensive direct contracts on the same deal #Dumb #NeverRenewDirect

    @ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

    @ThreeUKSupport It's countrywide. I live in Central Manchester and right now I'm in Central London and I spend a lot of time in Liverpool and I've had to set up a button to force 3g because 4 and 5 just doesn't work sometimes. I've been with you for 10 years now but I can't keep this up

    @ThreeUK absolutely ridiculous customer service. My daughter’s been charged and she’s not even in UK and Data roaming turned off. This happened the month before and. Tried to call but typical automated voice. Been with 3 for years but might be time to change
