@ThreeUK you sell batches of contracts to 3rd parties, who then sell them to the public at lower prices than you offer direct. Then your poor support staff try their damnedest to persuade us to take out your more expensive direct contracts on the same deal #Dumb #NeverRenewDirect

@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

@ThreeUK received message a couple of weeks ago saying you were carry out work in our area. Ever since our signal strength has weakened and data connection is hopeless, keeps dropping out.

@ThreeUKSupport @chrisjenko I'd agree with this entirely. Used to be great, now I get absolutely nothing in most towns and cities. I can be sat in Covent Garden and get zero signal. Its ridiculous and frustrating. Unfortunately I'm tied in for another year but would be interested to see people's thoughts.
