Just wondering why you’ve never done e top up swipe cards so if you get a top up in shops the credit goes on your phone, would be easier for people like my uncle who don’t use internet or understand a computer voice @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

  • GoMcMahon #DocMartin (@GoMcMahon) reported from Saint Ives, England

@ThreeUK I'm disgusted by the behaviour of your chat support person, Sameer. I was asking about changing DD details, and when he couldn't help he simply pretended he wasn't receiving my messages, and ended the chat. I've saved a screen shot of the entire conversation. #Rude

  • TheRealMrAdams Ben Adams (@TheRealMrAdams) reported from Brampton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yep. Your customer relations team are investigating currently. I've got my money back but Three are still trying to get my number back 🙄

  • JackoGriff420 MrJackoGriff (@JackoGriff420) reported

@ThreeUK broadband is absolutely terrible 👎 having to use my mobile data as a hotspot so my daughter can watch YouTube is a joke, tried using the live chat and get disconnected and now it ends the chat before it's even started 😣 this needs sorting.

  • Gooners_EIE David (@Gooners_EIE) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I got in but it’s ridiculously slow. I wanted to see when my contract runs out. Is that not viewable anymore? I couldn’t find the option.

  • AGH1494 Archie (@AGH1494) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I haven’t had internet signal all afternoon in CM1 area - are there any issues, or could it be my phone? Thanks

  • spoise87 Marc (@spoise87) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi, I'm roaming in Sri Lanka and when I open web pages for a *taxi* I keep getting told to turn my adult content filter off. It's off, ask pornhub. Can you fix this so I can open the website

  • Nigel_Gamble Nigel Gamble (@Nigel_Gamble) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Why should I have to keep contacting them to tell them to fix something that should have been done it the first place. FFS it's a business account, so why is the business name not on the invoices.

  • mikiUK Miki (@mikiUK) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’m ok with the 30 days notice, but if I have to return the router before the 30 days, it means I’m charged for a service that I can’t use as you are taking away the device that I need to use the service. It’s a bit silly, isn’t it?
