    @ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

    @ThreeUK received message a couple of weeks ago saying you were carry out work in our area. Ever since our signal strength has weakened and data connection is hopeless, keeps dropping out.

    Just wondering why you’ve never done e top up swipe cards so if you get a top up in shops the credit goes on your phone, would be easier for people like my uncle who don’t use internet or understand a computer voice @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport They didn't see the issue and kept saying the person would get into trouble. I'm not in the mood for being guilted into paying more than I should have but they need to make sure the staff understand the contracts available and call people back when they promise...

    @ThreeUKSupport I can't get SMS because I don't have a SIM, which I can't get without memorable info... etc. There ought to be a system in place for this. My phone will have been out of service for over 2 weeks by the time I can get into a 3 store to sort it out. What exactly am I paying for?

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m having issues with a game. Their support says to check to make sure certain ports are open but port forwarding is not an option when I log in to the router on the browser.

    @ThreeUKSupport They tried to make me feel bad that the person would get into trouble, sell me a longer contract and the hung up on me without calling back. Really nice customer service so now I'm sat worrying someone's losing their job and I have been charged too much and wasted most of the day
