    @ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

    Just wondering why you’ve never done e top up swipe cards so if you get a top up in shops the credit goes on your phone, would be easier for people like my uncle who don’t use internet or understand a computer voice @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK I'm disgusted by the behaviour of your chat support person, Sameer. I was asking about changing DD details, and when he couldn't help he simply pretended he wasn't receiving my messages, and ended the chat. I've saved a screen shot of the entire conversation. #Rude

    @ThreeUKSupport Sudden massive drop of speeds from 50Mbps+ down to now less than 2Mbps for broadband and huge 5000ms ping times in Llanelli. I'm seeing many networks also having similar issues so is this a backbone failure?

    @ThreeUK oh, and I've tried it in a Three 3g wifi hotspot and tried to send an SMS to my phone to find it... but I need to top up first... the Three website on the Three network requires my number...

    @ThreeUK three is one of the worst company which don’t care about there present customers I been to three shop today to do my e sim they said we are doing it for new customers only we will do for you in august. I wish i can cancel my contract and go to O2 @O2 my wife is with O2.

    So having sorted out my letter to Palma I am now having problems with @ThreeUK !! Contract ended, went in last Friday so changed to a monthly SIM, told my number would be transferred today- didnt happen. Had a chat online and didnt get anywhere so now have to go in tomorrow! 🤬

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport any chance of getting a decent 5g signal where I live? 5g at home 250 down 1.33 up. Yes there IS a decimal in that upload number. At work 400 down, 40 up. Near a mast I peak at over 1gb down (850 final) and almost 200 up. Huge difference.

    @ThreeUK absolutely shocking service with Three. Been a loyal customer for 9 years. Requested a pac code on Tuesday last week and still waiting. Apparently my Sim isn't active! I'm talking to you using that Sim! sort it out three or I'll be cancelling my other contract.
