@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I have tried so many times to chat with support team from my 3app but they couldn’t resolve the issues of network. As i have been facing this Network issue since December 2019 sovlast month your colleague has promised with me to refund my monthly charges.
@ThreeUKSupport The monthly payments of £31 which are incorrect as this includes the tariff and the charge for the new phone which I never received by upgrade as this was cancelled.
First call of duty once this lockdown is over is leaving @ThreeUK no monetary saving is worth the stress from having no signal ever. Ffs

@ThreeUK I need to speak to someone in Customer services urgently! I’ve been expecting your call back since the 20th March and I’m still waiting 10 days later despite you promising a return call within 72 hours! Just when I thought #Three couldn’t get any worse!
