Wayne (@waynefysh) reported from King's Lynn, EnglandUnbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!
-
Andy Lucraft-Townley (@happyhibbee) reported from Downham Market, England@ThreeUK your automated service is a joke. Have spent a lot of time trying to cancel an add-on. No option given on the service
-
Wayne (@waynefysh) reported from Gaywood, EnglandStill waiting for my Emergency Alert. I’m on @ThreeUK though, so not really surprising #emergencyalert #fail
-
ChristopherBrockbank (@TheLynnLegend) reported from King's Lynn, England@ThreeUKSupport Morning. Could someone please let Ali from social media chat know that the last thing she tried to help me worked. I got kicked out of the chat before being able to confirm and thank her. Great customer service by her, as always by three.

Wayne (@waynefysh) reported from King's Lynn, England@ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒
-
Wayne (@waynefysh) reported from King's Lynn, EnglandHere’s hoping that @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport can help today. Not optimistic…

Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
-
Brush My Teeth (@wearealienuk) reportedWhat on earth has been going on with your network today in TN2 it’s awful @ThreeUK
-
Daniel upson (@dan_upson) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had three home broadband for years. Now I'm getting 2mb-10mb download. Single person using the hub and get 400mb on phone using 5g. Makes 0 sense obviously been slowed down by the network
-
Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
-
fox (@FoxRunTime) reported@applemusic when @threeuk has bad service (always) this is not permission to randomly skip songs while they're buffering
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@helloitsolly @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK Exactly what I was doing, and apparently that was the problem?
-
Liarpoliticians, UK has rogue Parliament+police (@liarpoliticianz) reported@Telegraph I can go in to my local supermarket, and that's the end of mobile phone access, despite a base station nearby. Many beaches have no mobile signal, and network congested so no access if there are events. UK mobile network is garbage. @ThreeUK RIPPED OFF PAYG from 3p/m to 35p/m.
-
Ronald (@ronaldlangeveld) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I just changed my plan to prepaid, keep roaming on, doesn't even have credit on but usually as long as its connected to a network its good and I can still receive texts.
-
Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls
