@ThreeUKSupport I have waited a month for my old number to be transferred to this network I was then told there was technical issues I decided to cancel my contract with three and move to another network I asked two different advisers for a PAC CODE I was told I do not need one

@ThreeUKSupport I spoke to somebody on live chat who told me that the order hadn't gone through, even though My3 said otherwise. They tried to help, then told me the price goes up by 4.5% in April, which on an agreed contract is ridiculous, so I'm looking elsewhere.

@ThreeUK hi, I joined Three this week, and I’ve just realised I gave you a STAC instead of a PAC. Is there anything I can do to get my old number back? I actually have a PAC from my old network but obviously got confused in the process!
