    @ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

    Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

    @ThreeUKSupport @kierank_ SOLVED! Go to your Network Settings on Samsung TV, Network Status, then select IP Settings. Then change DNS Setting from Automatic to Manual, and use IP address 8.8.8.8 (this is Google’s DNS, available worldwide). Save and exit. Netflix should work.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi @ThreeUKSupport, I appreciate your help with this on Monday, which was swift and efficient. Unfortunately in the wait for the issue with masts being fully resolved we have incurred additional costs due to having to pay out to my partner's data provider (on a separate network)

    @jenkins_helz @ThreeUKSupport I think so! I wouldn’t recommend buying a phone plan through a third party after this experience - you’re reliant on them communicating with the network provider to cancel on your behalf to make sure you don’t pay the early redemption charge.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Rhiannon. I work in tech support myself so know that's not a daft question! Haha I tried that at the time, as well as turning off roaming and back on. Just tried both of those again and still no joy, unfortunately.

    @ThreeUKSupport 6 weeks and no internet and your customer service people keep giving me the same boiler plate excuses, I ring every 7 days to get given the same nonsense reasons !! HELP PLEASE
