@ThreeUK merging with @VodafoneUK is the worst idea you’ve ever had. Have you seen how they treat their customers? My mum has spent most of this year in hospital and they sent bailiffs AFTER confirming her contract was cancelled. They’re appalling #customerexperience

Absolutely dreadful customer service from @ThreeUK ! Call centre staff should have a reasonable understanding of the English language if their core customers are English speaking... painful experience #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK and @threeUK are the two worst phone contracts I've ever had. Bad data, worse phone signal, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service. I can't see how them merging would make anything either different or better @CMAgovUK

@ThreeUK is a joke. My phone got stolen and long story short they can't send me a new sim so I ask them to resolve the issue and they said they'll need to send a code to my number to confirm my identity, so like should I ask the guy who nicked my phone for this number or what???

@ThreeUKSupport FYI, I can't make calls at the moment, because of your stupid roaming charges hitting a 'spending cap'. I've tried 'chatting online' - to Akash, who tried to tell me that pointing out that I was stolen from meant that he couldn't help. You think I'm writing a paper letter?!

@ThreeUK hi, I’m contacting on behalf of my mother. She is currently abroad- her phone is showing 4G and signal but no messages are sending at all. We have checked data roaming is on. Any ideas what else we can do?
