    Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

    @ThreeUK It took my wife about an hour today to be able to cancel a contract with you that is due to end next month. It was extremely frustrating for her, someone who suffers with severe anxiety, to constantly have her requests diverted to try and sell more. (About 9 times).

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport but when I contacted Customer Services on Saturday they told me that they are not doing change of ownerships at the moment.

    @ThreeUKSupport Since the takeover by Vodafone, I am experiencing drop outs and sketchy connections. Also, has customer service been switched to India? They’re about as much use as a chocolate teapot, just repeating lines off a script. I had 2 phones on 3, down to one now.

    @OwenTay_ @ThreeUK it never mine carried on at the same rate of £75 or something and I called up to complain, they said they can't refund it because I didn't change my contract

    @ThreeUKSupport When are you going to sort the issue of voice calls being delayed? I've seen numerous posts on your forum, including smarty and id mobile with same issue, over a year ive gad this issue all you do is give me discount till its sorted, but dont solve nothing.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I just received a phone call from 07384 728305 stating they are calling from Three network. Unknown to them I have a Three sim and i know for a fact it was a scam so I immediately hanged up and reported it as spam. You guys should look into it.
