Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

@ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

@ThreeUK Samsung's dialer warned me against you. I dial and get an immediate red exclamation mark for suspected scammers. Now why would a phone network be labelled as such? From my personal experience, it's pretty accurate. #poorcustomerservice #worst
