    @ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

    Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

    Never use @ThreeUK they are the worst. Today they threatened debt collectors. But the money that is owned is on a number I have never had and they are contacting me on my acutal number too. They said its now with their fraud team but I have had no email or anything to show that.

    @ThreeUKSupport day 8 of no signal doctor hung up could not hear me, I ring people they cant hear me. partner called 3 sat+ got txt today it said problem was sorted both got 1 bar signal. he has asked for his pac code can i get out of my contract if you cant give me the service Im paying for ??

    @ThreeUKSupport In an attempt to upgrade my account to get a better deal, I requested a PAC code on the 10th February but the transfer didn’t take place as I didn’t realise I couldn’t transfer between SIMs on the same network and this code should now be expired.

    Hello @ThreeUK Transferring my number from Pay As You Go to a monthly contract. First went to a store, bought a new contract, got a new sim, agent initiated the transfer of my old number to new sim 2 days later nothing had happened Got in touch with customer care via the app
