Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

@ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

@ThreeUKSupport CW9 6EZ. We already know that you have a problem with the mast. It's been in and off for weeks now, it's simply not good enough. Especially as we are tied into a two year contract for an intermittent service

@ThreeUK after all your salesman’s promises that you have uninterrupted coverage I can assure that you employed a liar, I’ll give you that your network coverage is uninterrupted, I can pretty much never access it. Shocking network, shocking service, new provider needed I think
