    Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

    @adamboultonTABB @VodafoneGroup I had the exact same thing happen with Three. Advised no outstanding charges then sent me a £623.71 bill via a Debt Collector. Once my Broadband runs out with them I’ll never go back, absolute robbers, liars and cheats. @ThreeUK 🫠🫠🫠

    @ThreeUKSupport Like I said. I turn the sim on only for text messages for maybe 1 minute at a time. If these charges stand. I will be cancelling My account with 3. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. This is beyond ridiculous

    Back waiting in customer chat for the 4th or 5th time since leaving @ThreeUK. Last time one of the agents lied to my face so we'll see if I finally get closer to getting my money back after being overcharged for my last bill. Just felt like venting it here

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve repeatedly contacted online support and we called, you have taken another months payment as well now! No one can confirm what date this will happen and every time day wait 48 hours and this should happen. It’s now 26 days since the stac was used!

    @ThreeUKSupport They couldn't help either, they just said it could take up to another 48 hours so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do in the meantime

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a mobile broadband account with you. How do I access your London Underground wifi? When you used to log in via the 'Virgin Media WiFi' network you could use your log in details. Now that you have to use the 'Three_WIFI' network it no longer works
