  @ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

  @ThreeUK Hi three, without any notification, my number has been discontinued because I'm abroad, but I paid some of the months. Before I left the country, I asked your team; they said it was not possible to terminate, and now, without any notification, the number is not in use.

  @YTJustGetATesla @ThreeUK Im gradually moving off Three. EE gives a better signal and my company does a deal where I can choose any network and get a monthly contract SIM (not locked in) for a better price than I get elsewhere.

  @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I bought a £10 SIM card from @asda that comes with 40GB data and unlimited calls and texts for the first month. SIM was activated but no data or calls. Chatted online with a Three agent and apparently it's not a Three issue, it's an ASDA issue. How?
