@ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

Can't receive a text message to log in to Universal Credit to complete a task to get paid this month because Three's services are once again down. If I don't get money this month which means I can't pay bills I'd love to know what you're gonna do about it @ThreeUKSupport 🤭
