@ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

@jayajarvis @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I have mobile data and a solution. Take the Sim Card out of the Sim Card 1 slot and put it in the second slot and it works. I've not been able to test it fully as I'm currently not in the best area for a signal but mobile data comes on everytime I turn off WiFi.

Disgusted with the Pay as you Go Price hike from @ThreeUK from 2p a minute to 10p a minute. Whole family will be moving to another provider, probably overdue as signal in our house is dire.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Just got your text regarding forthcoming minor price rises. Calls: 3p to 10p min (233% increase) SMS: 2p to 10p (400%) Data: 1p to 5p per Mb (400%) Looks like you're getting rid of the only reason I put up with your truly terrible customer service.
