    Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

    Turns out the Airbnb I am staying in for the next 4 weeks has ZERO signal with @ThreeUK It would also appear that the pub down the road which serves very good food also has ZERO signal with @ThreeUK Looks like I’ll have to drink more 🍺

    Lost quite a lot of money and precious time today due to my phone network @ThreeUK letting me down again.a torture that been going for years and they managed to trick me every single time not to cancel my contract ,and every single time they have different excuses 🤬🤬

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes without paying your unfair penalty, and you could at least return to me about they many outstanding complaints than the usual sweet answers for the public deception here when I raise this issue loudly several times
