Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

@ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

@ThreeUKSupport Just decided to leave your network. I want to make clear: this is entirely due to you adding roaming charges and then forcing me at short notice to decide on a new contract that included them. Your main selling point for me for years was international roaming.

Left @iD_Mobile_UK after 3 years as they don’t offer the ability to use your data roaming in USA - but they use Three’s network. So…..I switched to @ThreeUK , who do, and quadrupled by data for £2 more too!

Well after all the years I’ve been with @ThreeUK they have said my deal is no more and I will need to change it. Gutted!!! I didn’t want to and they said I’d be moved to another sim only deal. Oh well hello @O2 I’m your new customer.
