-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England@formerlyEddie @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK As a customer of ten years I can highly I recommend leaving now. The nice lady in the Three store basically confirmed that until 5g is finished the service will be awful. That’s the middle of next year!!
-
Daniel Stevanato (@Stevros1988) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, no it's not that bad, it's just irritating that someone keeps leaving the same kind of voicemail every few days. I'd have to change my number with so many companies it wouldn't be worth the hassle anyway.
-
Becky Nicholson (@huggybecky_1975) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUKSupport Theres no point. You ask this every time. I've complained several times. It's not changed or improved. I give a postcode, you confirm there are issues, recommend I use wifi or drop to 3G (not the 4G service I pay for). It would be better to let people know when it will be fixed.
-
jeli chong (@jelichong) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUKSupport Be aware that they will renew your contract right after your old one ended!!! They said it was did online so they can’t do anything but had to stick with them for another 24m with the same contact!!!! Fix it or you will lose a loyal customer forever! @ThreeUK
-
The Tapeworm (@thetapeworm) reported from Gildersome, England@ThreeUKSupport I've been having issues for about 6 months, your network status page confirms you know there's an issue and have for ages. It's been reported, formal complaints made. Hopefully ending contract next week, you failed me and I had to pay you to do it.
-
Chad Issac (@ChadIssac_) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUK Get connected to your advisor no problem, it takes him that long to issue my new contract that delivery date for my phone goes from 23rd October to the 11th November..... Absolute pile of **** not even bothering whatever
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England@andrewjohnys @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’d be careful. They won’t think twice about screwing your credit rating up! But if you phone and shout loud enough they’ll either let you leave or give you huge credits. They know it’s broken - just won’t publicly admit it.
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @ddyson3 We’d all have much more respect for you if you admitted there’s an issue publicly. Might even have made me keep my four accounts with you after 10 years of loyalty.
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUKSupport @aisha05920164 Three are a joke. They lie, break promises and do not care about their customers. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid dealing with this set of shambolic charlatans. Do not believe when they tell you that turning off 4G is the answer to your problems. It’s just a lie.

-

-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reported@ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK Sort the dreadful service out in B43 Birmingham.Reception is slow or unavailable.
-
brendan (@kegger1664) reported@Helptalk_cht No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!
-
Deb Hiton (@DebHiton) reported@ThreeUK Please explain how, when I’ve dropped off a device with DPD but they can’t find it, I can still be responsible for the device and subsequent non-return fee of £350? I’ve raised a query with your customer service team but communication from them is abysmal!
