    @ThreeUK live chat for over an hour, no resolution, transferred 4th time to be 138th in the queue for the chat to be ended whilst i’m holding. Poor customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told last time it was network congestion - too many people in one place. I was offered a discount last month. They couldn't commit to whether there would be improvements for this month. I'm leaving for this reason. No improvements. No service. Not good enough.

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @ThreeUKSupport Theres no point. You ask this every time. I've complained several times. It's not changed or improved. I give a postcode, you confirm there are issues, recommend I use wifi or drop to 3G (not the 4G service I pay for). It would be better to let people know when it will be fixed.

    @ThreeUKSupport after spending over an hour on live chat not to be answered to try login in and your forgot password doesn't work and asking for a mobile number when it's in ipad how am I suppose to see when I'm due an upgrade if you can't get in touch with you on any way possibl

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been having issues for about 6 months, your network status page confirms you know there's an issue and have for ages. It's been reported, formal complaints made. Hopefully ending contract next week, you failed me and I had to pay you to do it.

    @ThreeUKSupport No because it is impossible to get through to anyone. Online it says it is £300+ to cancel. Complete con that if ordered online free cancellation within 14 days. Buy in shop get it home and realise it doesn't work and it is a massive charge to cancel.

    @ThreeUK thank you for your promised help!!! You did not provide any paperwork that would allow me to claim the Xiaomi 11T Pro bundle, so it seems that you knowingly are doing upgrades but not providing qualifying paperwork to claim the bundle. I shall have the £210 instead.

    Have to say I wish never left @EE and went to @ThreeUK because the network coverage around Scotland, particularly South Lanarkshire and Glasgow is shockingly bad! Will definitely be changing back when I can 🤬🤬🤬
