    When you contact @ThreeUK for a refund in April & they tell you it’s proceed. We are now nearly in July and I haven’t received anything. Contact them this morning and can’t access my account so I’m therefore asked to email or send a letter in the post. Shocking customer service.

    @ThreeUK help please can't get into app or website as number saying not 3 mobile despite it being one. Topped up credit but it's not registered so internet cut off. Using mobile WiFi device so all texts going to device I can't access without internet access.

    @ThreeUKSupport You'd think after telling them repeatedly that they would have got the hint. The number theyre calling isn't even my three contract number. Theyre calling my partners PAYG phone which was used as a secondary contact number incase of billing issues. I've blocked the numbers now.

    @ThreeUKSupport No one has taken ownership of this and tried to find a resolution and to add insult to injury, today is the last day of my contract and even though my bill will not be generated until tomorrow, apparently my next bill will be £67. It’s unethical and daylight robbery!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, but like I’ve pointed out, if the phone was in stock I’d upgrade today! I feel@I am being penalised and forced in to this predicament because of Three’s inability to manage stock levels. The customer service I have received has also been diabolical.
