@ThreeUK help please can't get into app or website as number saying not 3 mobile despite it being one. Topped up credit but it's not registered so internet cut off. Using mobile WiFi device so all texts going to device I can't access without internet access.

@ThreeUKSupport Been with you for many years and for a while now your signal for me has been atrocious literally no matter where I am, mobile data barely works anywhere in Glasgow despite having 4 bars with 4G 😂

I’m a customer -was in Sauchiehall St Glasgow store Sat. My daughter bought a package (previously not 3). All would be easy, no downtime, simple. She has no connection now & none for 72 hours @ThreeUK. She’ll need to buy a phone in the interim. MISINFORMED. What u doing about it

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport really getting tired of having to change to 3G ANYWHERE around Glasgow Queen Street station . 4G data just does not work in/or around the station but works everywhere else I go so not a phone or sim issue 😡

@ThreeUK is like the worse company ever.... For real... 4g+ signal is like full bars but gives like so crappy Internet... Ever watch something and keeps buffering every single second.... Then they speak of 5g... And imagine paying £53 a month!!! And you get a shitty service.

@ThreeUKSupport OK, thanks for that. Very frustrating contacting support in India yesterday. 'Have you tried switching it off and on'. Hopefully I will be able to get better than the poor 3G signal and 20mbs data when it comes back tomorrow.

@ThreeUKSupport Your service is fine. I use you as backup for for when Virgin Media goes down. Because you can keep the Internet going using radio waves and they can't even do it with cables.
