Banter between social media accounts parody or not is how these companies maintain their cultural identity. Look at how Wendy’s as an example.

Well that’s me done with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not only is the network 💩 round the westend & town but they have taken payments from me today, said they hadn’t & that my cards are being declined. The language barrier is unreal & turns out there’s nothing wrong with my cards 🙀

@ThreeUKSupport never attended the live chat sorry, just checked the speeds tonight, slight improvement 3.25mbs it's getting better, but no where near the 60-70mbs we had a few weeks ago 😢
