All would be easy, no downtime, simple. She has no connection now & none for 72 hours @ThreeUK. She’ll need to buy a phone in the interim. MISINFORMED. What u doing about it

We are now nearly in July and I haven’t received anything. Contact them this morning and can’t access my account so I’m therefore asked to email or send a letter in the post. Shocking customer service.

Topped up credit but it's not registered so internet cut off. Using mobile WiFi device so all texts going to device I can't access without internet access.

VMB does go down for maybe 8 hours about once every two months, but you know, that's probably as much as one can expect when mere humans run tech.
