We are now nearly in July and I haven’t received anything. Contact them this morning and can’t access my account so I’m therefore asked to email or send a letter in the post. Shocking customer service.

Topped up credit but it's not registered so internet cut off. Using mobile WiFi device so all texts going to device I can't access without internet access.

PAC code still awaited 4 days later so I can move back to original provider. I have been unable to use my mobile, and currently home working! #poorcustomerservice

All would be easy, no downtime, simple. She has no connection now & none for 72 hours @ThreeUK. She’ll need to buy a phone in the interim. MISINFORMED. What u doing about it

I’ll go back to them if things improve. They’ve always given great service until last 6 months. Let’s hope they get sorted. I’ll avoid 02.

fofusion 🏴🇪🇺 (@fofusion) reported@ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately, I've tried all of that. I purchased the external antenna and we mostly get a reliable 5G service with full reception, so would be surprised if 3G was being used. Speed tests vary from 50-150Mb /sec so doubt it's on 3G much. Thanks!
