Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

@Durrell40 @ThreeUKSupport Hats off to @ThreeUK they released me from my contract today recognising I wasn’t getting the service. I’ll go back to them if things improve. They’ve always given great service until last 6 months. Let’s hope they get sorted. I’ll avoid 02.

While I’m ranting, @ThreeUK #Glasgow is the biggest city in Scotland, 3rd largest in the UK. WHY is it impossible to get a 4G, never mind a 5G, signal in the city centre?? And don’t tell me your system isn’t showing any problems, cos bollocks. It doesn’t work. @Three_Is_Broken

@ThreeUK Moved from another provider to a better deal with you then cancelled due to insufficient signal. PAC code still awaited 4 days later so I can move back to original provider. I have been unable to use my mobile, and currently home working! #poorcustomerservice

@CPMumma79 @SFAactive You’ve probably checked it all so apologies if this isn’t helpful but I’m on a contract with 3 that’s £13 a month with occasional other charges (this month £1.30). 30g data and unlimited texts and calls. Have you gone into @ThreeUK shop to talk directly to someone? Might help

@ThreeUKSupport I've already done this 5 times amd nothing has been done. I get smae response all the time also at one point I was told the mast was having something done to it and 7 days it should be fully working but Thai doesn't show anywhere on the network status page

@ThreeUK passing my account, that I’ve attempted to cancel several times coz they kept charging me after my contract finished, to a credit company for “overdue payments” is CRAZY!!! Then they say cancel it online but need text confirmation FROM A NUMBER I NO LONGER USE!!

@ThreeUKSupport On Tuesday I got this call back and the manager said they will not be sending out a new phone. I asked to cancel the contract as I never recieve the device I was told I would have to pay for the rest of the contract as they would need the device back
