    @ThreeUK is like the worse company ever.... For real... 4g+ signal is like full bars but gives like so crappy Internet... Ever watch something and keeps buffering every single second.... Then they speak of 5g... And imagine paying £53 a month!!! And you get a shitty service.

    I’m a customer -was in Sauchiehall St Glasgow store Sat. My daughter bought a package (previously not 3). All would be easy, no downtime, simple. She has no connection now & none for 72 hours @ThreeUK. She’ll need to buy a phone in the interim. MISINFORMED. What u doing about it

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport really getting tired of having to change to 3G ANYWHERE around Glasgow Queen Street station . 4G data just does not work in/or around the station but works everywhere else I go so not a phone or sim issue 😡

    @ThreeUK help please can't get into app or website as number saying not 3 mobile despite it being one. Topped up credit but it's not registered so internet cut off. Using mobile WiFi device so all texts going to device I can't access without internet access.

    @ThreeUKSupport is the network down?! I have 5G but when I try to use my mobile data it says offline and has the wheel or doom! 😓 I can only connect via WiFi.

    @ThreeUKSupport After them calls a plan was to try the sim that came with the 5g hub in a different device. The sim could play videos on my phone and games fine. So we deemed it was the hub. So replaced the hub, but I have the exact same issue. Can't even post onto twitter I have to use mob data

    @ThreeUKSupport I got a replacement sim card in one of your stores on Monday to replace one that I lost. I have since spoken to four different members of your staff, and my new sim has still not been activated. Is this normal for 3, or are there any issues that I should know of?

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes but it’s no better using wifi calling. Also not sure how there could be congestion. I live in the middle of Dartmoor. It’s the opposite to a city. So what issues are there currently ?

    @ThreeUK are literally the worst provider I've ever been with, I've had no signal for 2 days now. Maybe I should cancel my direct debit and it will get sorted. Customer services are useless as well!
