@ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

@kerrylwoodward @jskeeling @ThreeUKSupport @PrincessCruises This needs to done BEFORE you travel. data costs money on roaming. never depend on other wifi or free wifi. never know if you are somewhere that doesn’t have it. period. for safety I consider this essential w/international travel.
@ThreeUK I'm still getting less than 0.10MB. This is unusable, and unacceptable. This has been the case for several days now and it isn't fair, considering I pay a lot of money for this service.
