    @GadgetsBoy @ThreeUK 3s frequency bands are utter dog ****, they can add as many masts as they like their network will forever be dog **** quality. If you want good quality signal and coverage you need to **** with O2 or Voda, they own anything from decent to the best part of the spectrum.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeh my NAS is connected to it and my diagnostics are show slow speeds and connection keeps dropping too. Your website says there are works in my area but has been for the last month or so now

    Hi @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I'm an existing customer nearing at the end of my contract... why is the existing customer 'upgrade' deal for the unlimited sim only (12-month) contract £17 p/m, yet a new customer can get it for £16 a month? No difference in the contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport new customer, cannot register for a My3 account. At the Confirm email part I get an error 'MY3-CHANGE-EMAIL-RESPONSE-ERROR'.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's fine during the evenings, but unusable while the works are going on (as they appear to be again today). How many days are these works due to go on for? And when will 3 start refunding users for when it's network is completely unusable?

    @ThreeUK Try and sort out your customer service first! You can’t even get a simple port in from your own network right!

    @ThreeUK I have had the worst experience to @ThreeUK. 2 hours I’ve been on the phone and I am still not sure if my phone is cancelled. I’ve had no emails telling me. I can’t get logged into my account. I’ve been told twice it’s been cancelled and it still hasn’t. Awful customer service.
