  • AndyRFCCharman
Andy Charman #FBPE (@AndyRFCCharman) reported from Bristol, England

I feel the same way. Main reason I signed up with @ThreeUK was the Go Roam element. Little did I realise that it would be a lot easier to get a data service virtually anywhere in the world other than the UK itself!

Catherine (@catherinetyley) reported from Bristol, England

  • dstu51
David (@dstu51) reported from Portishead and North Weston, England

@ThreeUKSupport You miss the point. I have a two year contract that started in August. You up date in dec and it increases in April. If I have a two year contract it should set for two years. But I find the customer isn’t that important in the UK

@ThreeUK I am SO BORED of signal/data just disappearing/showing as full but not working. It’s not my phone before you say it, otherwise @Three_Is_Broken wouldn’t have to exist.

  • Clottedone
Blood Claw Bob (@Clottedone) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’ll be honest at this point the complaint has gone on for so long it’s insulting to me.... I was emailing someone called Bryan McGhee whoever this person is they have my personal information

@ThreeUKSupport do me a favour please. When you cold call someone and they politely tell you they are not with 3 and to stop calling and delete their number, don’t just abruptly and ignorantly hang up ….. just to call them back and harass them again a few days later.

  • MissMoody79
    HMoody (@MissMoody79) reported

@ThreeUK Your network gives no coverage, your customer service number gives no service, your app is mediocre, so what are customers paying for exactly?? #poorcustomerservice

  • kegger1664
    brendan (@kegger1664) reported

@TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

  • SteMcP
    Ste McPartland (@SteMcP) reported

@ThreeUK I have not been able to login to your rewards app for over a week. Trying reinstalling, registering, new password. Nothing works

  • stevenfburnley
    Steve Burnley (@stevenfburnley) reported

Hey @ThreeUK - what email address should I use to submit a major complaint about your fraud prevention team? They are refusing to engage with my wife in any reasonable manner and simply close the case if she's unable to instantly answer her phone - she's a nurse

  • woodland246
    woodland246 (@woodland246) reported

@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.

  • woodland246
    woodland246 (@woodland246) reported

@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK If it’s less than 14 days since you took out the contract, call them back and explain that the law says they must allow you to cancel. It’s not disputable, it’s your legal right. Alternatively try Citizens Advice Bureau? Wishing you good luck 🤞

  • MarkandRoger
    Mark and Roger (@MarkandRoger) reported

@ThreeUK I have been with Three for many years but despite paying for a mobile service I can use abroad in my holiday home they have pulled this facility away with almost no notice. I understand and adhere to a fair use policy but feel I was mis-sold a product. Unfair!

@ThreeUKSupport I've received an email today saying you've passed my account to debt collectors, for a bill I've already paid, that isn't due until 8th June. I've tried using the online complaints form which isn't working. Where can I send my formal complaint?
