Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Churchill and nearby locations:
-
Rob BCFC Wood (@rojiblancosRob) reported from Burnham-on-Sea, England@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Have a look at my recent conversations with them. They have said about a problem with coverage and masts in our area, so work on it. Also keep asking me to do webchats which is totally unnecessary. I have even brought my own Wi-Fi booster and makes barely any difference.
-
sharpq (@sharpq) reported from Bristol, England@ThreeUKSupport is network in Bristol down? Can't make call since morning
-
FabDad (@dad_fab) reported from Portishead and North Weston, England@ThreeUKSupport Your customer service is shockingly bad. I’m at my wits end dealing with your telephone team in India. It’s my Mothers account - she is 91 with dementia. You have a Court Deputyship Order, my passport & driving licence yet I can’t pay the bill & close the account!
-
BuzzStart Academy (@BuzzStartAcad) reported from Bristol, England@claremackie_ @ThreeUKSupport They steal your money also Clare illegally from your bank. And then if you can the direct debit it will affect you and your credit score and never them. Only way is keep posting on twitter and convince potential customers to go elsewhere.
-
Tony Malone (@TonyMaloneUK) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England@Scoutsscarter @ThreeUK I’ve had no end of problems with @ThreeUK as a customer over the summer... both for broadband and mobile. Still no apology or offer to discuss the problem.
-
Thomas Blundell (@twbcreativetech) reported from Bristol, England@ThreeUKSupport I haven’t been able to, myself and others fail the credit check when we shouldn’t be. There has to be an issue with your system it says “sorry your credit check hasn’t passed”
-
diamondd (@diamondd) reported from Berrow, England@ThreeUK Smarty users (three) have been "experiencing technical issues" for over 24 hours now. Down to under 1mb/sec in TA8 Burnham on sea/Brean area. Any idea when service will be resumed?
-
Tom (@stowtom2010) reported from Bristol, England@ThreeUKSupport Hello. Your web chat team agreed to a £5 credit for the recent disruption to the network but I’ve received no email to confirm and no credit is showing on my account. Please can you check
-
Susanne Liddeatt (@SueLidds) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England@ThreeUKSupport They have absolutely messed the whole thing up! I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! I’m paying for an invisible service
-

-
David (@dstu51) reported from Portishead and North Weston, England@ThreeUKSupport You miss the point. I have a two year contract that started in August. You up date in dec and it increases in April. If I have a two year contract it should set for two years. But I find the customer isn’t that important in the UK
-
Pete Jeffrey (@petejeffrey) reported from Bristol, England.@ThreeUKSupport currently in Bristol city and have absolutely no phone signal? Any idea what the issue is and when it will be resolved?

-
Rob BCFC Wood (@rojiblancosRob) reported from Kingswood, England@Three_Is_Broken @elainecarey3 @ThreeUK I will admit it is better than Virgin where i live in Bristol but Brean in Somerset it is awful now.
-
Jo (@ClumsyAngel79) reported from Bristol, England@ThreeUK you have the worst customer service I have ever come across! -
Dr Hazel Phillips (@corylus) reported from Bristol, EnglandIt’s all very well sending me a pin to reset access to my voicemail @ThreeUK but it’s 8 digits long and I can’t remember it, but you don’t give long enough to switch between apps on the phone. Now I have to wait til I have paper to write it down.
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Steve Lacey 🔥 (@stevelacey) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also you consider getting a Google Voice US number for actual serious things that support it, aka everything non-UK
-
Suhail 🔥 (@idrees_suhail) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway
-
A (@abdel_2025) reported@ThreeUK your network is RUBBISH. Price increases every year but can’t even get a half decent 4G connection in many parts of central London
-
David McKean (@keanie14) reportedYour solution is to send me a link to a chat which won’t open. Any chance someone can just call me to sort this?! @threeuk
-
𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐆𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐈 (@P_L_M97) reported@ThreeUKSupport is there an issue in swanage? For the last year or so? I used to have excellent signal here at home and now I’m lucky if I get 1 bar. Horrendous
-
Alf ❤️🔥 (@IndieDevFire) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Use TOTP 2FA instead of Texts. It's safer and you avoid this problem
-
chey (@axtumnbreeze) reportedI was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
-
#TeamThor (@hemsmate) reported@ThreeUKSupport is there any data issues in Tooting, London? My 4/5g has been working on and off, mostly off for the past few days and when it does work its extremely slow
-
Steve (@SteveMeek82) reported@ThreeUKSupport Sudden issues in WR3, next to zero connectivity with latency at 2.5 - 3.8 seconds. What’s happening?
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
