    FAKE TEXT FROM THREE “3Update” claiming that “cannot take payment from your debit. Need to update details”. Clicked on it but then I deleted the text and checked my @ThreeUK app instead to be safe and can confirm there’s no issue with my account. @ThreeUKSupport please be aware!

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Have a look at my recent conversations with them. They have said about a problem with coverage and masts in our area, so work on it. Also keep asking me to do webchats which is totally unnecessary. I have even brought my own Wi-Fi booster and makes barely any difference.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi do you have trouble going on with your network at the moment! I live in the BS49 postcode area and work in the BS1 area about 15 miles apart and neither of them are working, starting to become a joke now.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jenn, well an upgrade is going through, but issues still remain and having to wait for a another call apparently on Sunday to pay my bill as charges that should have been reimbursed have not been so still waiting for that to be sorted, all very stressful.

    @ThreeUKSupport Whilst I appreciate the response this is the generic IPv6 response that I've seent sent to others. To clarify the Samsung A40 is constantly issued an IPv6 address whereas the OnePlus 8 has never been issued an IPv6 address. I therefore believe this is a OnePlus issue @OnePlus_UK

Been on phone an hour so-far, seems customer support gone home for new year. No Internet all weekend and no guarantee I can WFH next week! Shows you value your customers - NOT

    @ThreeUK my 3 app showed I was eligible for an upgrade. Now I have th new phone and SIM, 3 tell me I rather applied for an 2nd contract and you will charge fee to cancel my old contract. It's been a good 10 years but you've lost a customer. Check your app for any misleading info!

    @ThreeUK spent 30 mins on hold whilst trying to cancel my dongle and ipad sim contracts. After your advisor put me on hold again to divert my call, the line went dead. Stayed on it for another 5 mins, nothing. Is that a tactic to stop people from leaving? I'd like a call pls
