    @ThreeUKSupport not happy three👎, I came to work today as a driver for Amazon. Tried logging into the delivery app to find out there is no network, now I have been laid off for the day losing me £135.00, I expect compensation 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

    @ThreeUK 14 days have passed since and we still have not received a refund. My wife has contacted customer services but has been told the record cannot be found because the contract wasn’t live (4)

    @ThreeUK you really are embarrassing!!! 1 hour with customer service after you charged an inactive sim!!! Unable to resolve anything. Way to support people in a pandemic.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have 2 mobile phone contracts with you, one has been fine but the other has been dealt with horrendously. Although each month we usually get the phone reconnected we have the same issues every month! Thank you for your help.

    I just wanted to thank everyone who advised me to not go for @ThreeUK and their ID-Mobile counterpart. They have the WORST website/customer service reps EVER. :D Never trust any website that buries it's 'contact us' page. NEVER.
