Again to be fair, @ThreeUK ‘s technical service did suggest I try 3G. I just didn’t know they were going to impose it on me.

So not only have @ThreeUK not contacted me after weeks of saying they would, they have now charged me £79 for my phone contract which is normally £16, during a pandemic. While I've only been using WiFi. I am absolutely infuriated. What a way to treat a loyal customer huh.

    Aaron Gibson (@aarongibson) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 2. So I've previously been a Three customer several years ago and decided to return to the network in July this time on a business contract. The experience (or rather ordeal) was thoroughly horrific - over 2 hours spent in the Bournemouth Castlepoint store...

  • aarongibson
    Aaron Gibson (@aarongibson) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 4. having realised they has set some new record for terrible customer care they asked me if "I wouldn't mind" giving them a 9 or 10 for their service that day on the following customer survey as anything less would be a poor reflection on their customer service...

  • aarongibson
    Aaron Gibson (@aarongibson) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 1. Thoroughly hacked off with you guys. Since I returned to the network in July I have had nothing but trouble and incompetence from your representatives here and overseas. Let me paint the picture over the next few tweets...

  • pmigabreu
    Pedro Abreu (@pmigabreu) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No, just added my credit card via 333. I went on to chat with support via live chat 3 times. Problem is not yet fixed, adult filter is still on. It's been 4 days. I need this to work and I'm not able to. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

  • PigsEarProds
    Pigs Ear Productions (@PigsEarProds) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Have you heard, there has been a pandemic going around and a contract from 12 months ago that has never made a single all or text and barely used for data wasn't exactly in my forethought. But yeh, fall back on the 'it's in the terms'. Why send it at 19 days rather than 30 days?
