    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    @ThreeUKSupport hey there, my mobile data hasn’t been working all day. I’ve just tried switching to a 3G network which partially works but obviously isn’t ideal. I’m on unlimited data so haven’t run out or anything. Is there something going on with the South Kensington network?

    @ThreeUKSupport That's all I was using my phone for (to receive texts) when you cut me off under your 'fair usage' policy. On top of this you charged me £100 for the luxury of keeping my number and switching to a provider that can provide me service. I've left @Three and won't be back.

    @ThreeUKSupport I asked for a pac code on 26/12 and switched providers on 5/1. I spoke to a three support advisor on 30/12 and was assured that as I had paid for my full 12 month contract that covers till 11/1, I would receive a pro arata refund issued through direct debit.

    Your customer servuce is ridiculous, you're delaying my insurance claim!!!! @ThreeUK i was told i would receive proof of blocking within 3 days its been 6!

    @ThreeUKSupport There isn't a real problem as don't need mobile data at home as I have a 500/500Mb fibre connection so not worried about slow data as on wifi at home. was just happy to see 5G was available locally and the speed it gives.
