    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Do not but they do not fulfil promises. No tv on broadband as promised. A month of calls and missed guarantees. Now call back in a week again. Extremely poor customer service and they bank on people falling for their lies. Now escalated to ofcom.

    @ThreeUKSupport She’s been told there is no issue and it should be working fine. I’ve checked her phones settings too and there’s nothing this end that can be causing it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I live and work there so I'm here all the time. Manchester is a big city, surely it's reasonable to expect a decent 4G signal here?

    Terrible customer service from @ThreeUKSupport ....Gave pac code three weeks and two different dates when phone no be ready and still not done!!!!....Shoddy service

    @guusdk @ThreeUK Ordered a new phone. Got an email confirmation yesterday with delivery date of today. Says on the website it'll be delivered today. Told by their "customer service" person that it wasn't processed until today - contract started yesterday of *course* - and maybe delivery tomorrow.

    Seems like our phone bills increase each year with @ThreeUK but service altogether decreases ! Fed up to the back of my teeth with paying for little to no service !
