I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

@ThreeUKSupport this was 2 hours in after numerous 'escalations' and a threat to write to HQ documenting my complaint. Ofcom is very clear about contract term process, this failed most of it. Happy to provide complaint reference via DM if you wish to investigate the offshore CS handling.

@ThreeUKSupport hi, my local mast in KA3 has been having an issue fixed for almost 4 weeks now which is becoming a bit of a joke. This same mast seems to be getting worked on a few times every month. Can someone advise what's going on and why it is taking so long please
