I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

@ThreeUKSupport Not receiving text messages atm. iMessage is fine but ordinary text messages, nothing. I also received a voicemail and never got notified of that either. Only found out that I had a voicemail due to speaking with the person that left the message. Any problems?

@TSalfordian @SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK Yeah! My transfer has just gone through 30 hours after it stopped work on my old carrier. Last time (when transferring *to* Three) it took a few hours at most. The most frustrating thing is support is super slow and there’s no way to actually speak to someone.

Breaking news: we have found a new contender for the UKs worse company and that is @XiaomiUK (@Xiaomi) who's lack of customer aftersales is worse than @ThreeUK . According to the help desk is normal for batteries to bloat, and despite them offering a 2 year warranty, they don't.

I wonder how many other people selected @ThreeUK Black Friday plan and then got placed on the normal price plan, had to fight customer service that pretended to do them a favour by placing them on the correct price, but only after a month of paying regular price...

@ThreeUK after over 15 years, I have ended my contract! Cutting off my service because of ‘suspicious activity’ without any contact with me first. I disgraceful 4 1/2 days to sort it out.
