    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @michaelparker I would be prepared to settle for a service that actually worked, just half a mile from the city centre of Oxford.I cannot believe how bad things have got in recent years. 3 closed their shop in Oxford’s Cornmarket. No surprise, you couldn’t get 1 bar of signal there!

    @ThreeUKSupport Your website is phenomenally bad. As someone who has worked exclusively with web technology for almost 25 years, I can tell you that your user experience is severely lacking. I've been waiting over two minutes at some weird "loading" screen that makes no sense.

    @ThreeUKSupport Connection/signal even in a slight breeze is shocking. As you can imagine in this wind it's constantly dropping out. That's if it even connects in first place. Keeps saying Internet unavailable.

    All done. Switched from @ThreeUK to @O2 after ten years as Three can't tell me when the signal issues will be fixed. New sim should arrive this week, until then send a carrier pigeon if you need to reach me!

    @ThreeUKSupport why are you still not offering esim when I messaged an agent that is Apple fault for the issue is this the case when other networks have offered them to customers ?

    @ThreeUKSupport Already spoken to them, they are the problem! Called me a liar! Router not recognising the two SIM cards that have been sent. Refuse to send a replacement router unless I go to a 3 shop, which isn’t going to happen. Not getting another penny from me.

    @ThreeUKSupport With my phone being stuck on WCDMA due to your 4G/5G network not working properly, I was getting constant network dropouts at M23 0GB and now can't toggle it back thanks to it not changing back on reboot and no settings being pushed out by @ThreeUK network.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Maxine, the SIM card isn’t being recognised by the router. There is only one way the SIM can be inserted into the router and we’ve had 2 SIM cards now. Only light on the router is the power light. Call centre no help and called us liars! Contract needs cancelling with no fee

    @ThreeUKSupport IV LITERALLY EXPLAIN THIS ALL TO YOU! YOU HAVE CHARGED INCORRECT HENCE MY DIRECT DEBUT DENIED THE AMOUNT YOU TRIED TO CHARGE! You have over charged me again and again and wrongly signed me up to a higher plan!!! This is the worst company ever #Ombudsman #fraud #avoid
