@Jem_Lou @ThreeUK If it’s not fixed you can get out the contract as they are not supplying you the service you thought you were getting, write everything down and also take pictures of the signal etc etc for evidence of no service

@TollingtonLTN @JoshOwenMorris @ThreeUK Go to their site, Postcode to see if in 5G area. Start filling form they then ask for full postcode again and you select your full address. I was then told that I could only have a *4G* modem! I contacted "support" who said no to 5G as area of North London was too "congested" !

@ThreeUK Absolutely ridiculous I’ve never had an issue with any broadband other than three. Please sort this for me as I do not like being charged extra without my knowledge

Why does take me 4/5 attempts to get through to @ThreeUK and even then just being put on hold and listening to static until i need to hang up and do it all over again.
