@Jem_Lou @ThreeUK If it’s not fixed you can get out the contract as they are not supplying you the service you thought you were getting, write everything down and also take pictures of the signal etc etc for evidence of no service

@ThreeUKSupport On my3 it has my new plan registered to my account and my current number is still the same. I'm using that while I figured out what was going on, but now I have no idea what they're going to do, if they're going to cancel that and transfer the number or what. No one can tell me.

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing you can do. Your masts are too far away for the frequency they are operating on. Add to that a new build home with highly efficient foil faced insulation and the signal simply can't get through. Wifi calling and good customer service has saved the contracts up to now.

@antartica81 @bristolboudicca @ThreeUK No, you're correct. Failure to upgrade capacity on the part of Three. They spend the funding on internet capability and not network, problem with that is that a mobile phone is still a phone, not a tablet.
