@Jem_Lou @ThreeUK If it’s not fixed you can get out the contract as they are not supplying you the service you thought you were getting, write everything down and also take pictures of the signal etc etc for evidence of no service

@ThreeUK if I put a 3 SIM in my Android tablet I just get 1 bar signal strength (N7 postcode). If I use one of your 4G routers will it be better ? How can I test without committing to a contract ?
