@ThreeUKSupport It felt like your offer of £50 was to essentially blackmail me into closing the complaint. Which I cannot do when there continues to be a risk that my account will be compromised further

@ThreeUKSupport Further to the above problem, I got a new sim at 11:30 today and still have the same problem. The new sim doesn’t work in either my iPad or iPhone. Can you check if it’s been activated?

@ThreeUKSupport I haven’t had that information and I have had no advice about how I closed this account. You also said you would give me £50 credit (which goes no way to covering the costs I incurred) and refused to honour that when I said I did not want to close the complaint.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, Yes PAC code has been set for Monday now. It's just the way the customer service advisor told my 0artner she was lying about porting the number online when the photo clearly shows it was done and the date for the part is in the URL.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty, I must have called to complain like 50 times. I speak with a different agent eachtime and they all say they’ll escalate it with ICP and yet, no phone. My 15year old has been without a phone for 5 working days. I’ve been a 3 customer for 17 years! And to be messed up l

A tip for Twitterers using Android. If you upgrade and then find your phone link doesn't work, try removing the SIM and putting it back. I've just had to do that after long discussion with Three advisor. Thank you @ThreeUK

I have been a @ThreeUK customer for years and years. Bad customer service is one thing but not listening to your customers when they tell you that fraud is taking place is deplorable. I highly recommend avoiding @ThreeUK.
