  @Jem_Lou @ThreeUK If it’s not fixed you can get out the contract as they are not supplying you the service you thought you were getting, write everything down and also take pictures of the signal etc etc for evidence of no service

  If you are thinking about moving to @ThreeUK DON'T I've had no service pjone or internet since yesterday morning and no sign of it retutning. Their support just reads a script saying your service will be fixed shortly. Thank goodness for @EE pay as you go WiFi hotpot.

  @Helptalk_cht No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

  @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i have been getting charged by applepay. I have never used applepay and have 5 transactions totalling around £84 in space of 10 mins. I dont own an iphone and have no transactions showing up on my playstore acc on my android phone. What scam is this?

  @ThreeUK I have had nothing but issues with my new phone. So I have returned it to the shop as I don’t want the same phone. Now I am having issues getting a new phone because you haven’t reversed the account and the credit check has failed. I am one unhappy customer.

  Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?   @ThreeUK yet again i am having to contact you and i am no longer a customer of yours ! I have yet again had an email sent saying i am due money for an account that is closed. Can you sort this as i do not want this affecting my credit, if it does my lawyer will be in touch next

  @ThreeUK no 5g for nearly 2 wks in our area, despite living 20m from a mast. Whole area affected, but you continue to deny there is a problem. It is now impossuble to WFH as the service is so poor, and £4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service
