@Jem_Lou @ThreeUK If it’s not fixed you can get out the contract as they are not supplying you the service you thought you were getting, write everything down and also take pictures of the signal etc etc for evidence of no service

Oh dear @ThreeUK - you know your network is perhaps not as strong as some others, so you then remove what is easily your biggest selling point? Good luck with that! I'll certainly be off once my contract is up soon. Painfully short-sighted.

@JonOnTheWeb @ThreeUK @O2 I would recommend writing to someone senior at O2 to express your desire to become a customer, but ask them to commit to not introducing roaming fees. If enough people do so, they will realise it presents a business opportunity.

How not to look after customers @ThreeUKSupport your device is rubbish all I want is a replacement sim card for my stolen phone and because only ' say' they posted shop can't issue a replacement!!! I have several accounts with u nanda maybe it's time to start to get rid of 3
