@Jem_Lou @ThreeUK If it’s not fixed you can get out the contract as they are not supplying you the service you thought you were getting, write everything down and also take pictures of the signal etc etc for evidence of no service

@ThreeUKSupport mast cannot reach postcode TS22 5US. All residents nearby have zero mobile signal on Three (and all other mobile operators to be fair). Have to walk 50 metres down the road to come into signal range. Plans to add an additional mast or repeater?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. It’s been a month now and still no service. (As of 0810 30/1/23) At want point can I leave my contract as you seem unable to fix the problem. Please don’t tell me to call a number as I simply haven’t got time to explain the problem again.
