    @ThreeUK Mobike data on Three network has not been working for two weeks now n the EH26 area. Never a problem before

    @Jem_Lou @ThreeUK If it’s not fixed you can get out the contract as they are not supplying you the service you thought you were getting, write everything down and also take pictures of the signal etc etc for evidence of no service

    @ThreeUK Hi. I am 1 week into a 5G home broadband contract. It has been basically unusable for the last 3 days. Can I get an explanation of what the problem is with the network please? Or I'll have to cancel in the cooling off period.

    @ThreeUK When my iPhone12Pro gets a 5G signal, I can’t message, call, or use the internet in any way. I’ve had to disable 5G on the device. Called 333 twice, been hung up on twice, and no callback. Not happy! Can you help?

    @ThreeUKSupport Home Fi not working since Tue. Every few hours the internet completely kicks out. “There’s an issue that will be sorted soon.” When is soon? Also have mobile three and run out of GB allowance using hotspot to be able to work. How are you compensating this? 😡

    @ThreeUK So, as a loyal customer I'm offered 3UK broadband. I get my 2 yr contact, cancel my ISP and now 30 days later. NO DATA FOR 4 DAYS!! Zero Communication & when I call told to wait a day. It's now day 5!! Truly unimpressive. Back to tethering from my phone. Thanks 3!! 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport It happens whenever my phone finds and uses 5G. Outgoing and incoming calls are impossible, messages hang unsent, and the internet won’t work. One example postcode is: EH10 4HJ.
