@Jem_Lou @ThreeUK If it’s not fixed you can get out the contract as they are not supplying you the service you thought you were getting, write everything down and also take pictures of the signal etc etc for evidence of no service

@ThreeUKSupport Need to make a change in my account. Gave the relevant details and the chap said I’d locked my accountz rep was being really rude and hard to understand asked like to make a compliant and he wouldn’t put me through and then said because if locked my account he wouldn’t do it
