@Jem_Lou @ThreeUK If it’s not fixed you can get out the contract as they are not supplying you the service you thought you were getting, write everything down and also take pictures of the signal etc etc for evidence of no service

@ThreeUKSupport hello. We are in the US at the moment. My wife is unable to access the internet because an "adult content filter" block is enabled on everything. I tried calling 333 and entered my CC#, three separate cards failed to confirm age. The support staff hung up on me.

@MoneySavingExp To anyone who is thinking of joining @ThreeUK : 🔘They continue charging you for a handset after you have paid it off. 🔘They allow scammers to port your number to another network. 🔘Terrible customer service from foreign call centres. Don’t say you weren’t warned!

@ThreeUK Appalling service from @ThreeUK new phone ordered 22nd Dec still not arrived. Constant false promises of delivery from numerous staff. Been playing message hockey for 2 hours tonight! All I want is my money back & 2 be able to find out who to send my complaint to.

@ThreeUK is the worst network ever. You wouldn’t think getting a new sim would cause so much problems. I’ve been told by about 6 people that my sim has been activated, been told 4 different things to do to fix the problem, and guess what? Sim still not active. **** network.
