    @ThreeUK Mobike data on Three network has not been working for two weeks now n the EH26 area. Never a problem before

    @Jem_Lou @ThreeUK If it’s not fixed you can get out the contract as they are not supplying you the service you thought you were getting, write everything down and also take pictures of the signal etc etc for evidence of no service

    @ThreeUKSupport spent 3 hours on live chat and an hour on the phone on Saturday. I was cut off multiple times whilst being passed around the globe. Filled in your complaint form with all my account details. Your response: we don't have your account details please call us!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport customer service is SHOCKING, been trying to get a new SIM activated all day. Made numerous calls and been cut off every time after holding for a very long time 😡👎🏻

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I have found the webchat to be more than useless in the past. This is an issue that has gone on for months. I was assured many times it was sorted, it was an error on my account and nothing was owed. Then with no warning I am being chased by debt recovery! Disgusting!!

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Now when I try to login, a code is sent to the mobile for which account I'm trying to access but as I don't have the phones, I cannot receive the code! Why change, it just causes problems? (2/2)
