@Jem_Lou @ThreeUK If it’s not fixed you can get out the contract as they are not supplying you the service you thought you were getting, write everything down and also take pictures of the signal etc etc for evidence of no service

@ThreeUK I have been asking for my PAC code for a week now and have yet to receive it. I have a disconnection URN number and yet to receive the PAC. Your live chat has requested it be resent and I’ve been told it can’t be due to further issues?

@ThreeUKSupport I spoke to someone else in cancellations who helped me but apparently there is no complaints team to handle this kind of issue? He only said that the call would be listened to and appropriate action taken. Is there really no complaints team for this?
