@Jem_Lou @ThreeUK If it’s not fixed you can get out the contract as they are not supplying you the service you thought you were getting, write everything down and also take pictures of the signal etc etc for evidence of no service

@ThreeUKSupport What would be safe and beneficial is for the account holder to have a one stop shop access to their accounts as they all vary in end dates and usage. Happy to take my money, not happy to help me out. I have had the same complaint for a while and complained but that was ignored

@kimtheyogi @ThreeUK Hi, yes I did. Here's the solution: I called 333, asked them to remove the block on calls when going over my limit. I HAVE UNLIMITED MINUTES AND THE APP SHOWED BLOCKS INACTIVE so this is obviously some issue with how three were managing my account. Hope it works for you too

@ThreeUKSupport According to employee number three, a new sim is on its way. 4 of them told me it was a postcode issue, when I was having it across the country, and now employee number 6 says I have to go to Samsung. Someone is telling porkies.

Hello @ThreeUK. I’m receiving fraudulent messages and emails every single day asking for ridiculous amounts of money for an account that isn’t mine. I’ve spoken to 4 Three advisors already and no one is able to help me. Is this my last resort before reporting you to Ofcom?

@ThreeUK the 3 online chat facilities is so frustrating. A simple request has taken 1 hr + to cancel just a handset contact that ends this month, when it will be ours. already have a separate sim only that expires in Sept.letter dtd 29/3 and got 3/4 so now have to pay more money
