  • eish2306 Matthew (@eish2306) reported from Llanelli, Wales

    @ThreeUK @7ElevenCanada @TextNow eSim support?

  • Adamcroft1996 Adam Croft (@Adamcroft1996) reported from Pontarddulais, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

  • bexxii93 Rebecca (@bexxii93) reported from Carmarthenshire, Wales

@ThreeUK after the signal issues I’ve experienced for weeks I’m now receiving texts saying your terminating my contract for failure to pay when my bank shows you’ve taken a payment today! Please rectify this issue ASAP!

  • bexxii93 Rebecca (@bexxii93) reported from Carmarthenshire, Wales

When your network providers down and they advise you to log the issues online or via livechat but they are also down 😒 so glad the WiFi is working for once @ThreeUKSupport

  • darthmill Julian Milligan (@darthmill) reported from Carmarthenshire, Wales

@ThreeUK phones are bad, before phones we talked to each other face to face, kids played outside and we the world was our Internet. Your advert sucks *****.

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Shrewmac Stewart MacPherson (@Shrewmac) reported

My email was hacked a few weeks ago & the hacker got access to almost everything, @HalifaxBank sorted everything out very quickly and had a lot of trouble getting back social media accounts, the hacker got to my @ThreeUK account and my phone sim was cut off 1/2

  • thedelboy Derek Turpin #PAPA (@thedelboy) reported

Sent by a third party ie a mobile contract provider with the @ThreeUK network, who apparently really look after their Customers ( i personally did not find that tbh, but in fairness they were ok). So if anyone here in the UK have had problems with Samsung mobile repairs please DM

  • RoyStevely Roy Stevely (@RoyStevely) reported

@iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK I’m getting really fed up with the interruptions to my service. How do I go about leaving? Do I just contact another provider? I want to keep my existing number so do I need a pac code?

  • scatterbrainjoe scatterbrainjoe (@scatterbrainjoe) reported

@ajmy @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport When I was with them and had issues near work they said the local mast was in a farmers field and he was refusing access to resolve the issue. This was near one of the UK's major airports where people need access for flight updates etc. Diabolical.

  • CassleeDavies Gwynbleidd 🐺 (@CassleeDavies) reported

@Abcmsaj @ThreeUKSupport No signal at all in the Rhondda for the last hour either

  • rahul_bans Rahul Bansal (@rahul_bans) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Understand, but if someone has just moved on a sponsored work visa, I am sure there would be a way go get broadband service given that we are able to rent an apartment in the city?

  • Abcmsaj Alex Dixon (@Abcmsaj) reported

@threeuksupport no signal in Gower for Three at all. Start to get signal again at the Mumbles but nothing in Kittle, Rhosilli, Reynoldston, etc. can you please check if there is a problem because my parents are out there with no signal. Thanks

  • ajmy Anthony J Myers 🐝🦁🐼 (@ajmy) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I can tell you what the issues are. Your colleagues just keep telling me (after 14 days) that I need to wait for another 7 days. Scripted answers that don’t address the question, let alone answer it.

  • ajmy Anthony J Myers 🐝🦁🐼 (@ajmy) reported

I’ve had almost no service (signal or data) with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for around two weeks. Rather than fix the problem and address my complaint, they’re proactively helping me to leave 3. That’s how bad they are 🤯

  • ClassicToysUK Classic Toys (UK) (@ClassicToysUK) reported

@ThreeUK When I try to DM I get the error "You can no longer send messages to this person." I've been through your chat service, all is fine with my router. Apparently your network checker is down so the problem cannot be diagnosed at your end & there are no updates from your engineers.
