@ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

The prize for annoyance of the day goes to @ThreeUK Who keeps installing games on my phone without my consent and providing alerts that are difficult to get rid of. I have uninstalled related to Three. The usual lark over coffee, purging crap, especially so much spam mail.

@ThreeUKSupport When I went back into the branch, why didn't your branch staff tell me this? I took their instruction to call the contact centre and now I'm being told to go back into the store? You can surely see the problem here right? I'm in the 30 day cancellation period so I have my rights.

@_AndreaUrbanFoX @ThreeUK I've used Sky for years and had no issues, BT was terrible and Virgin Media is dire here, up and down as a where's drawers on a Saturday night. I've also got a home hub attached to my router to up the speed of my fibre connection, it ups the amount of devices can be tied to it
