@ThreeUKSupport as an existing sim only customer I have been told that there is no possible way for me to upgrade my plan to a handset as it requires a credit check! I don’t understand why this can’t be done online like it would be if I was a new customer.

Last week I order next day broadband from @ThreeUK. Wedneday no sign, chat with support Thursday, it's top priority and will be here 24 hours. Now a week late, call 3, no option for customer services, finally tell me your systems are down and the operator can't even call me back

@SimmySimzx @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Have a look on mobile phones direct, I’m not sure if they have Three but you can order phones from there and new contracts etc on the same network you’re on!
