    @ThreeUK Have been with most of the other networks and their service beard no comparison with 3. That's why I'm with them. Ps I neither work for 3 nor am related to anyone who does

    @ThreeUKSupport I've done that and had a replacement SIM. I never had any problems while I was a pay monthly contract for years, it started the week I got a 2 year contract just recently, wasted time trying to fix the issue so it's too late to get out of the contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport We were told that he could not help with the issue, Would like to speak with Glasgow to get this issue resolved otherwise we are stuck with no contract and would have to move to another provider

    @jesuiscanard @ThreeUKSupport I hoped so, but it's one they seem unwilling to try and help us fix at the moment. I've searched and not found many other people talking about the service - good or bad - so don't know if our experience is unusual or not.

    @ThreeUKSupport @Unhappyconsume1 Hi, I’m getting 800kb with your new 5G. Yes, you read that right, 800kb. Spent an hour a day on the phone being fobbed off and no fix. Three were meant to call yesterday and we still haven’t heard from them. Given up and will be cancelling.

    @ThreeUKSupport has been atrocious. I’ve been on 2 bars for ages now. My data is slow. I don’t pay for unlimited for this 😐

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes tried switching. Still poor when tried. Have 3 contracts and a Payg in the house on 3 - same on all points to network issue. Use EE no problem.
