@ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

@threeuksupport hi can you tell me if there are issues recently with signal strength in and around Lytham St Annes FY8 5JY please? Extremely poor to non existent signal right in the centre of the town in last couple of weeks, and it was never the best service there to start with

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. No there’s no 3G either, she can’t send messages via iMessage or SMS, only option is to try to send via email but that is patchy at best. Will get her to contact via webchat tomorrow. If no service though all I can do is get her a sim plan with another carrier.
