    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    @ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @ThreeUKSupport I tried to cancel before the renewal date but your app and website were not working! No one to speak to on the phone. I would have stopped the auto renew.

    @ThreeUK your phone lines go to "our staff are working from home" (really, even now?) and then go silent. Your live chat is staffed by people who don't read what is typed, repeatedly. Is there actually any viable way to contact your company about an ongoing signal issue?

    @ThreeUKSupport I am having trouble trying to talk to a real person so please help. Both mine and my sons contract are with 3. I pay his bill as he is 15. Please advise how I can gift him data from my allowance. And no hot spots please, this won’t work if not in the same place

    @ThreeUKSupport It was on the phone. They said he can’t have a contract with no data (don’t know why) so said he would have to have the minimum. They haven’t added “the minimum” they have added unlimited data and now say they can’t change it without him paying to cancel the contract.

    @thepipkins @ThreeUK We use iDmoblie. They use the 3 network & are £20 a month unlimited. Been great.
