So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

@ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

@ThreeUK @fonehouse I have just realised that even though I cancelled within the 30 day cooling off period i have been charged for a contract i havent been using. I cancelled it because i felt pressured by the agent I when i tried cancelling my original 3 contract. help please.

@ThreeUKSupport I was looking for help to get her address updated and then move to cheaper payg without data / roaming etc. & Maybe 8 years refund on that unnecessary tariff! Lines open 8am-8pm but called at 1830 and told lines closed, then call cut off. Tried twice. 0800 # doesn’t work either.

@ThreeUKSupport I had a positive over balance of £85 so I’d assumed that’s been used over the months until it ran out & made me go negative… I would have at least liked a pre warning of neg bal before my credit score got damaged with “missed payments” which I’ve never had in my credit history
