@ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

@ThreeUKSupport Hey 3. Soo I'm trying to go through your payment debt support team I've lost my job I owe 3 months worth of bills sadly your team doesn't seem to understand English around this and I need other support. Is it possible if there's someone English to speak too?

@EE It would be amazing if your customer services team would answer me in chat. Transferred to upgrades and been ignored. But that's ok, as me and hubby will go join @ThreeUK who offer our phone of choice for a lot less.

@ThreeUKSupport If there was even the slightest chance of exceeding the limit it would have been wrong to raise the issue. So, the answer to the question is a very firm “no”. Have you taken any time during the last few days to investigate from your end what is ACTUALLY happening here?
