@ThreeUKSupport Consistent issues with your signal. Whether it’s being left unable to call or text anybody or having minimal to no internet access. It’s beyond a joke and wondering whether I can cancel my contract on these grounds.

@ThreeUKSupport normally nothing to complain about guys but 4G signal in last 24 hours has been awful. Nothing reported in your service status for my area (Ta20) but definitely somethings changed!

@ThreeUKSupport She’s been told there is no issue and it should be working fine. I’ve checked her phones settings too and there’s nothing this end that can be causing it.

@ThreeUK Do not but they do not fulfil promises. No tv on broadband as promised. A month of calls and missed guarantees. Now call back in a week again. Extremely poor customer service and they bank on people falling for their lies. Now escalated to ofcom.
