    @ThreeUKSupport You won’t commit to any time-frame. We’ve been given numerous differing reasons for the delay. The account has had to change ownership twice to try and sort it. The latest yesterday was that the agent refused to fix the problem as both parties weren’t present 1/2

    Well that was another lie by @ThreeUK & @ThreeUKSupport it wasn’t actioned. This time they claim a mistake made by billing nearly two weeks ago caused the latest problem. So much for @Ofcom rules on porting within a day
