    @ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

    @ThreeUKSupport has taken my mobile trade in and not given me the money for it. I've been waiting for 3 months and no one has actually helped. I've contacted customer service at least 10x without any actual help. The fact x might be more helpful is embarrassing. Give me my £200

    @ThreeUK my reception is awful. Plus when I make or receive phone calls from anywhere it breaks up all the time. I may as well not use it.

    Made the switch to @ThreeUK just under 12 months ago, was great. Has really good signal coverage. But these last 3 month has been horrific. Genuinely regret switching to 3 now as I can barely get any signal anywhere even my own home now longer gets signal @ThreeUKSupport

    @VodafoneThreeUK hi as a Vodafone customer looking forward to what’s coming. My question is. When will we will see #VodafoneThree on our mobiles or are they staying as Vodafone and 3. Iv asked both @VodafoneUK and @ThreeUK and both said they don’t know

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Never again will I use a Three network SIM. What a ripoff activated a 24gig data sim. Used less than a gig of data. Then when I come to use it 2kwks later there is nothing, 0gig and text msg saying nothing left

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUK - you have the worst customer service imaginable. Since the outage, I have been unable to make or receive calls at my home location . Was told it would be resolved on Sunday but of course too good to be true. Complaint number 250812103701176
