    @ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

    @ThreeUKSupport So annoyed. Missed ONE bill payment, & account sent to debt company. Paid bill to debt company and nobody from Three has a record of my payment! told to phone finance team, I can't! You've cut off my bloody phone. Great customer service!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you but I really want to cancel, I just don't seem to be able to. Everytime I phone up and they transfer me to the cancellation team, it cuts off! So infuriating!

    10 months since Three customer protection team sent me a letter claiming the reactivation of my account after my mobile number port out was delayed due to the COVID situation. Still zero news from @ThreeUKSupport. My mobile number is still in the hands of hackers for all I know.

    @ThreeUKSupport Just come off the phone to the Network support team, they are telling me there's nothing wrong with a drop in speeds from 30-35Mbps to <10Mpbs and network is working as designed?? I'm 700mfrom a 3 mast and have had steady speeds until the last week?

    @ThreeUKSupport That's not a lot of consolation for my work, or lack thereof, for the next month. I've ordered a Vodafone SIM in the meantime and will chase for a 11 month-on update to the Universal Service Obligation - China is now open so interesting to hear the current excuse.

    @ThreeUK I have no internet again. I have not had regular connectivity since December. It’s completely unacceptable. Every time I want to use my music, speakers, tv, lights, heating... I can’t because my internet is down. I pay for 5G internet, I get kb download speeds. Pathetic

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm using iPhone Xs Max. Because of my job I moving around a lot, and doesn't matter the postcode still any signal. Anyway some of the postcodes: LU5 4TP, SG13 7QA

    @ThreeUKSupport I tried Customer service, phone and online chat. Response was that my account was deactivated and I should wait. Without access to my online Three account, I was counting on another snail mail letter to confirm my phone number was safe back to Three.

    @ThreeUKSupport Still can't get into your webchat. Still can't receive phone calls, use the internet much or, you know, use the services I pay you for. What do you suggest I do? This really isn't good enough. Have been having problems since mid December and it's February now.
