    Can anybody @ThreeUK or @ExertisUK help me with the delivery of the TV in my wifi bundle. I have been paying for it unnecessarily for the last three months and all I get is “wait for another 10 days” as an answer. Extremely poor service.

    @ThreeUKSupport i called to three today for help i gave my details on auto service and got me through an adviser he asked name i said my first and surname name the adviser said details not right just because didn’t mention middle name #angry #unprofessional #badcustomerservice

    @ThreeUKSupport Well he got a text to say he has used he allowance on data so in the last 5 mins we have restarted his phone and he has got data back so maybe you have issues for which you might want someone to check
