Just wondering why you’ve never done e top up swipe cards so if you get a top up in shops the credit goes on your phone, would be easier for people like my uncle who don’t use internet or understand a computer voice @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

@ThreeUKSupport Stephanie my wife who's name the upgraded instead of taking out a new contract. We were not offered anyway out which helped us. Since the contract started on the 30th of December can we cancel it and return the phone and get it elsewhere?

@ThreeUKSupport I feel that the early upgrade fee added to my bill and the billing of the extra 2 phones instead of canceling the contract is blatant dishonesty and l am going to complain to trading standards about it, and cancel my direct debit.

@ThreeUKSupport I have been a 3 customer for many years. I cancelled the direct debit in the cooling off period. In order to make both our lives easier please collect the phone. If this issue is not resolved today.
