@ThreeUK you sell batches of contracts to 3rd parties, who then sell them to the public at lower prices than you offer direct. Then your poor support staff try their damnedest to persuade us to take out your more expensive direct contracts on the same deal #Dumb #NeverRenewDirect

@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

@ThreeUKSupport I've called 5 times, 1 call was 70 min. How is it possible that there's no other way to get my PAC code other than by SMS? which I can't get because you disconnected me!. Been paying for over a year just to keep my number. Haven't had service since 03/2022.

@ThreeUKSupport are you having issues with roaming being blocked incorrectly? I was in Italy at the weekend and very quickly got a message saying my 12GB roaming limit was gone. Another message then said I was at my spending cap. Then I couldn’t use any data. 1/2
