    Out of frustration, I called @ThreeUK via Relay UK on 21 June to ask about a refund. I immediately asked to be transferred to billing. The agent ignored my request and spent over 25 minutes speaking at me, not with me. The Relay Assistant even prompted them to slow down. They didn’t.

    @ThreeUK Was told that I didn’t answer my phone for GP call appointment then reception told me that 2 emails was sent, which was not received on my phone , Very poor customer service from Three I checked the three web site , Message read no issues,

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi after being promised a resolution by Friday it has still not been resolved. I have now been told they don’t know how long it will be till it’s sorted. This is not good enough
