@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I just checked EN7 for 4G signal for broadband again using @Speedtest - 5 times it failed, and twice got speeds of less than 5mb download. You map says this area has great coverage, which is clearly a lie.

@CurrysPCWorldIE Also it really doesn't help that reception is so bad there for even doing click and collect there, there's next to no signal on @ee and @ThreeUKSupport at Teesside shopping park and never had been. Only voda and O2 are any good there.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Ali, we’ve got her a new phone so just need a smaller SIM card. Those options took me to lost/stolen and wanted me to suspend the account. I still can’t log into the site or app. Trying to reset password gives me “my3auth.text.generic.error”. Please help!
