Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Phil (@squeezedfish) reported@dandel95 @ThreeUK The beginning of the end for @ThreeUK ,go roam was one of the few redeeming factors for the network
-
Rosie Niven (@rosieniven) reported@richyj1504 @ThreeUK I am not a 3 customer but I was aware that they were the best network when it came to roaming because of perks like go roam. Of all the networks I would have thought that they would be the last to do this.
-
Ben Philip (@scottishben) reportedDisappointed to see @ThreeUK announce the end of Go Roam. Was a great service and the major factor in consistently re-contracting. No problem for them if everyone else caves I suppose but @O2 and @SkyUK Mobile looking like better options right now
-
Fretwell (@FretwellCrump) reported@oxfordteddy @ThreeUK @SMARTYMobileUK They said it’s only if there’s an upgrade to your contract, but haven’t said exactly what would constitute an upgrade - think a lot of us are going to find ourselves upgraded where there’s no material change (different stationery etc.) - and yeah, the 3 signal is pretty poor
-
Steven Morgan (@stevomorgan) reportedPretty poor to hear that @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport is starting to charge for roaming from next year, although in normal times I only manage a week or 2 a year having roaming included was nice to have but if they are dropping it the incentive to stay has now gone. #roamingcharges
-
Northern Wine School (@northwineschool) reported from Bury, England@ThreeUK The GoRoam part of your service is all I am with you for, I can find a much cheaper domestic tariff elsewhere. I hope you will be honoring this for those of us stuck in a contract with you past May? Otherwise I expect to be released early
-
Christina Tam (@CTamstar) reported@ThreeUK going to have to say #byebye to three. Now the #roamingcharges are kicking on. I don't need you. It was the only reason I stayed for so long. Reception is never good enough but put up with it.
-
Sam (@samueld303) reported@ThreeUK looks like there is now no reason to stay a 3 customer after 10 years. Bringing back roaming charges and you have lost your only competitive advantage.
-
Chris McStill (@SeasideChris) reported@TomTalksCars @ThreeUK Yup. I put up with pretty poor coverage in some areas because of it. No point in staying now.
-
TherealMandalorian (@MisterJamie) reported@ThreeUKSupport @DannyB648 Does that mean all your new contracts are going down to reflect the fact the inclusive roaming charges are now only being paid for by customers using it?
