I feel left out. I didn't get the emergency alert. Probably because I have app and system notifications very closely controlled on my phone, but they said it would come through regardless. Neither did husband. We're both on @ThreeUK.

  • vickytnz
Vicky Teinaki (@vickytnz) reported from North Shields, England

@edwardhorsford @ThreeUK Just checked my work phone (which is on a different network, can’t remember which) and it got it

@ThreeUKSupport @LukeJew With my extended family this weekend, everyone got it except those on 3 network(s) so someone's massively cocked up.

  • J_Ded
    Jon Marr (@J_Ded) reported

I'm on the @ThreeUK network and seems like a lot of folk who didn't get it are on Three, my wife is on Vodafone and it came through fine 🤷

  • renstroost
    Rens Troost (@renstroost) reported

Well we’ve had the U.K.’s emergency alert test today and subscribers of @ThreeUK have received nothing. 4 three phones silent, one Vodafone phone went off here in Brixton. #EmergencyAlerts #emergencyalert judging from the Twitter Traffic seems like three dropped the ball.

@ThreeUKSupport @LukeJew Hi Pete & OP - this is confirmed as 3 mobile and it’s MVNOs not receiving the alert. It’s not device related but network related unfortunately.

Hello @ThreeUK - no emergency alert on my phone, and I know of at least one other Three subscriber who didn't get it either.
