@ThreeUK has the most horrendous customer service. Apologize and promise to help then say they can’t do anything anyway! All these pre rehearsed ‘how to talk to customer’ lines shouldn’t be used unless genuine! Just makes the experience more frustrating.

@ThreeUK You do a hard credit check when you buy despite payment is upfront. Then report to credit agencies you’ve opened a new account but don’t mention the low value. Result. My credit score plunders down.

@ThreeUK what a joke of a network! My sim doesn’t work, you can’t do anything but tell me to wait and I can’t even leave the network because sim needs to be active for that. You also are threatening me with an early termination fee despite the fact you breached the contract

@ThreeUK I have been a customer for 7 years and my sim stopped working so I get a replacement, 3 days later the replacement is not working and your system won’t cancel that sim or let me get a new one in store! What a joke, phone not working and I want to cancel my contract
