@ThreeUKSupport Good morning Kirsty, I have just checked with our staff and the 2 handsets using 3 sims are the ones showing this issue. All other handsets on site seem to be fine. I'm going to put another SIM into the one making noise (if its unlocked) to see if its the handset or line.

Ha, I was wrong. @ThreeUK actually only offer 12GB roaming. God I need to switch. The whole reason I signed up to Three in the first place was their unlimited roaming. Now they're the worst one...

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I did , went into a store, they told me they could see there was service issues in my area and would be resolved soon. They still aren't and I can't go on without Internet access any longer

@Fergal_Davis @ThreeUK Thanks Ferguson. I’m actually currently on Three too as it happens, but will most likely be switching back to EE when this contract ends as I often find the reception fairly terrible compared to EE.
