  My wife pays a upgrade fee for a new phone, new phone promised prior to Xmas, still not arrived, currently on a third customer service call and no solution put in place @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Terrible customer service!

  @ThreeUK OMG your call centres that are abroad are the worst!!! I’ve nothing against call centres abroad, but please train and support them to be able to deal with queries effectively. I’ve had issues since July 2020! And I’m still trying to resolve it!! 😭

  @ThreeUKSupport 3G coverage isn't a problem, not being able to use it is the problem. Full signal but so little throughput websites won't load and Google searches don't come back. I know enough to know when there's a network problem.

  @ThreeUKSupport people pls stop buying from these clowns, their incompetence has surpassed all limits, and they don’t have neither a good network or CS, a minimum basis to be a communications provider, I had to get my bank involved to get my money back👎
