Arrived safe and well in Barcelona. Only to be let down by @ThreeUK with no international roaming. Notified them in advance and told to wait 4 hours. 12.5 hours later still no access and the maps I planned out for sightseeing . Any chance you can pull your finger out three?

@ThreeUKSupport The problem is we don't have time and were told I could come in to the store for the exchange. Despite this no allowances or solutions were made available and we were told it was a misunderstanding which it clearly was not. Store made a mistake and should have resolved

@ThreeUKSupport Hi That is the business helpline and they are very helpful , I have 6 business contracts and need another 23 However the old contracts which I had 3 of, are the issue were personal contracts I had for family members. I closed them down, paid them and we go round in circles

@ThreeUK @Ofcom I just bought a new 5G home broadband router which runs at so far no more than 6Mbps, checked a few forums and a lot of people have the same issues due to Three traffic shaping. Anyone any ideas how to fix this as if not it’s basically unusable?
