@ThreeUK your automated service is a joke. Have spent a lot of time trying to cancel an add-on. No option given on the service

@ThreeUKSupport Kirsty. We had internet. Well a 4G signal. Then gradually it’s getting worse and worse and ..........

  • LeeClutterbuck Lee / DJ (@LeeClutterbuck) reported

I'm beginning to believe that @ThreeUK is an underpreppared, undermaintained and potentially life-endangering mobile network provider: Signal for not only mobile data, but calls and text (ie ALL type of communication possible on mobile) can be incredibly unreliable.

  • Mark_J_Fish Mark Fish (@Mark_J_Fish) reported

@ThreeUK come on three. We are waiting for an apology over the failed emergency alert on the network. All our family are on your network. If it wasn’t for my Vodafone work phone none of us would know if there was a true emergency!

  • HxSquid_ Lewis (@HxSquid_) reported

So, as most of the UK knows, there was an emergency alert sent to all (compatible) phones at 3pm today. However. If you're on @ThreeUK, you don't get such a luxury. Good to know that if there's ever a nuclear strike, I'll be none the wiser lol

  • LeeClutterbuck Lee / DJ (@LeeClutterbuck) reported

Fair enough, this was a test for that reason. But it's done more to highlight how badly @ThreeUK performs as a network nowadays. I got the alert on my BT phone, even my old Samsung with no sim inserted.

  • Raz625772 Rand (@Raz625772) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport a why didn’t I get the emerging alert. This is a major error and a dangerous safety issue. Can you look in to this please

  • mokosar1 mo kosar (@mokosar1) reported

@andrewjpage @ThreeUK @alexhern 4 phones on 3 network in this house, none of them got it.

  • pdaantizio alpha1 (@pdaantizio) reported

@lee_osgi @ThreeUK Virgin here using o2 I think use to be three network and nothing here

  • emanuelbm8 Emanuel Monteiro (@emanuelbm8) reported

What a lame service @ThreeUK, from what I can see a lot of your costumers including me not receiving the alert from the gov. waiting my contract to finish and it will be one less costumer. I hope a lot do the same. #rubbish#threeuk#

  • newspics Equinox Features (@newspics) reported

@TheZoombomber6 @ThreeUK Lol are you an AI? as it seems you are generating tweets based on lack of knowledge. All our devices are new and running the latest OS and have the emergency alert options turned on. Many people on the @ThreeUK network have confirmed they also didn’t receive the #emergencyalert

  • jhdore James Dore #StandWithUkraine (@jhdore) reported

@SMARTYMobileUK @Stemac2010 It looks like @ThreeUK screwed up (you’re an MVNO using their network, correct?) none of the people I know on Three got it either.
