@ThreeUKSupport My word…. That is 45 mins of my life I will not get back. Couldn’t call landlines this afternoon. Web chat with a lady far, far away. Gave her my 3 written down memorable names - nope. Then she could not help at all. Called 333 - Sharon 🤨 in India 🤔.

@ThreeUK so once again let down by your company, lying to me and telling me there is a mast broken in the areas I’m in, when I have proof of no problem what so ever, don’t take people disability’s into consideration and leaving them without a working service, it’s becoming a joke

Hey @ThreeUK we’ve got 5 hub internet boxes 3 phones and your internet is awful sign up fast internet than boom next to noting going around in circles with your people on the phone and get nowhere

@ThreeUKSupport ‘Sharon’ took my details and after 20 mins finally said there were technical issues that they were working on. I asked how India was, she said fine. You people need to realise I was so close to cancelling my contract. You are rubbish at customer service.
