@ThreeUK I live in the G75 area Glasgow I've had no service since 7.30am. No Internet, No voicecalls, No Text, when can I claim compensation?? at the moment am having to use my virgin media WiFi in the home. Your stating elsewhere that the data and text is still working, it isn't

Had no calls or texts all day on @threeUK but after contacting them by webchat to cancel my contract they still think it’s appropriate to charge me an early termination fee. Needless to say I’ll wait the extra few weeks, cancel and won’t ever use their network again

@ThreeUK This is absolutely ridiculous!!! All day with no contact to anyone. It’s not just me but a whole team of engineers that this affected today. I bet there is no offer of compensation for work we had to turn down

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport As with others who posted. No service all day. Not good when I need to be in contact with elderly parents who don't have WhatsApp etc. What compensation? What is the real issue here? What timescale to revert to a service?
