    @ThreeUKSupport I have tried the website, the phone app, the live store & I've even called customer support; all say they'll send out a new SIM & it never arrives. Checked my details, all correct so what the hell is going on???!

    @ThreeUKSupport been overcharged for my contract the last 3 months, despite me raising this issue several times and always being promised a solution that has always failed to materialise. Mysteriously im now not being connected on live chats. I wonder why...Sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport That's it, I'm done with Three - once my contract is finished I'm gone forever! Just an absolute joke of a mobile provider because you treat your long running customers like utter ****!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I opened a new complaint. As they still owe me of a refund. And I have screenshots assuring me of compensation. I was assured AGAIN the accounts are cancelled. And STILL got a billing call tonight. With a man who didn't believe it ain't my contract!
