@ThreeUKSupport "our systems haven't reported any network problems" yet I've been struggling to get signal all week? Paying for a phone contract but I'm not even able to use my phone when WiFi isn't available.. ridiculous.

  • leethario papiss rogers (@leethario) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I'll be honest with you, whether I'm in ne1 or ne38 it doesn't matter, my signal is terrible.

  • davidcrosby David Crosby (@davidcrosby) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I am trying to access the three app and online and keeps saying technical problem your end. I canceled contract in Jan yet I’m still getting billed. So I now owe over 100 when I already paid contract off and cancel and started a new contract On a new number

@DavidMMorton0 4G coverage in Cornwall is extremely poor @ThreeUK and in Dorset sadly.

  • GrahamJenson Graham Jenson (@GrahamJenson) reported

@jarvis .@ThreeUK did this to me in the UK. I cancelled my account so they deactivated my online login. Then kept charging me for service, which I couldn't see because they deactivated my login.

  • ResRules Res Rules (@ResRules) reported

@ThreeUK why are you the only UK network that in 2022 cant manage to give people an e-sim? All that carbon and plastic waste. Not good.

  • hoeney_p0t marilyn (@hoeney_p0t) reported

@ThreeUKSupport honestly my bad scott i know it’s not your fault but whoever owns 3 needs a kick in the face literally makes me so mad

  • hoeney_p0t marilyn (@hoeney_p0t) reported

@ThreeUKSupport are u ****** stupid you guys charged me £16 last month when it was suppose to be £10 i still paid and now you’ve raised it to £24 out of nowhere when the agreed amount was £10 a month for 6 months

  • macintyre_kyle Kyle Macintyre (@macintyre_kyle) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hey are you having network issues in Edinburgh? Signal been so patchy the last couple of days.

  • DansHorizon Dan. (@DansHorizon) reported

The fact I’m stuck with @ThreeUK Home Broadband for the next two years has got to be one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. Advertised as “5G” yet rarely get 4G signal. When I do get 5G it constantly drops out. Absolutely useless.
