@ThreeUKSupport Hi, no I didn’t get an auto reply. I check my spam/junk regularly too and nothing in there. I sent from a regular gmail account and never heard anything back! I tried to name change in store which was declined so feeling stuck!

@alice_fearn @ThreeUK I have no problems with vodafone. The only annoying thing is you lose the free wifi on the underground. They used to have it but stopped. But no problem for me when up top haha.

@ThreeUK I'm in another country on emergency Trav to help a family member in hospital. You sent me a link for a data passport, that doesn't work. customer service chat down and now way so speak to a person on the help line. All costing me money. You thieves.
