    @ThreeUKSupport I sent a PAC, then with my DOB and it said I needed to call. The customer service rep then couldnt find my details. I'm just going to cancel my direct debuit, I'm sure you'll then be able to find me wont you!?

    @ThreeUK Finally got so P off and called three customer service and the lady offered me £5 discount on my next month. Please explain to me how this would resolve my problem? Was I supposed to go out and buy a Tesco meal deal?

    @ThreeUK Get some staff who speak english. Never found cancelling an account so hard in my life. They basically make it impossible, PAC codes dont work. Do not join Three.

    Has anyone managed to leave @ThreeUK ?? I sent a PAC code, got told to call, was on the phone for over half an hour with a women who didnt speak english and wouldnt transfer me to a manager. Tried the instant chat and cant remember a memorable. Terrible #customerservice

    @ThreeUK I couldn’t go on the electric scooters with my friends because three have poor signal in central london, so couldn’t download the app. Then lost them and couldn’t call them because again three have terrible signal.
