@ThreeUK customer service used to be so good. Broadband and three phones on contract with them for 10yrs. No Wi-Fi for 2 months. No mobile internet & calls drop out every 15 mins. Nothing they’ve suggested worked. They’ve now admitted it’s a network issue. (1 of 2)

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had your broadband for over a month now and for at least the last 3 weeks of that its been virtually unusable. Phone support just tell me to restart the router. No works going on in the area. Is it going to get fixed or am i going to have to cancel?

Suzi on the @ThreeUKSupport live chat was able to access my account using certain personal details but Maxine is magically unable to and says she’ll lose her job if she takes those details. Why is you service so inconsistent?

@ThreeUKSupport will you be putting the three Wi-Fi service on the Elizabeth line platforms? Not there at Liverpool st or Paddington, but virgin Wi-Fi won’t let us connect any more.

@ThreeUK I have been a customer for 7 years and my sim stopped working so I get a replacement, 3 days later the replacement is not working and your system won’t cancel that sim or let me get a new one in store! What a joke, phone not working and I want to cancel my contract
