They did that to me and said it was did online so they can’t do anything but had to stick with them for another 24m with the same contact!!!! Approaching Verona no signal for 90min which meant no navigation around 2 serious accidents. Fortunately we have driven to where we were going in Verona before. Nowhere good enough.
