@ThreeUK appalled by the way this company has ripped me of cancelled a contract more than once and still keep charging after paying 2 contracts for 24 months never missed a payment for you to send a debt letter after the contact has cancelled I’ll be taking this further.

@ingl We had many problems with @ThreeUK when we had contracts! They promised discounts on both mine & Mrs' accounts when we signed only to find they charged us full price for both. When I complained and showed them written proof of their promise they wouldn't relent! #NeverAgain

@ThreeUK 1 month into a 12 month contract and it's the worst reception I've ever had. Lack of Internet signal, phone reception poor, people complaining they can't hear me on the phone. Please tell me I can cancel this, totally useless.

@ThreeUKSupport still got a problem in Ollerton TF9 2BS. Signal is ok but only intermittent data. Sometimes get 4G with a ! and no data at all. It's not a handset problem, it's a network problem and a long-standing one talking to other people here.
