    @ThreeUK appalled by the way this company has ripped me of cancelled a contract more than once and still keep charging after paying 2 contracts for 24 months never missed a payment for you to send a debt letter after the contact has cancelled I’ll be taking this further.

    @ingl We had many problems with @ThreeUK when we had contracts! They promised discounts on both mine & Mrs' accounts when we signed only to find they charged us full price for both. When I complained and showed them written proof of their promise they wouldn't relent! #NeverAgain

    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

    @ThreeUK I’ve been trying and failing to cancel my contract for 4 months. Going round in circles with proofs team, finance team, customer service team. Just got hung up on AGAIN? And I’m consistently told to just “go into store” when they’re all closed! Can someone help?

    @ThreeUK so disappointed since moving over to Three from 02 Ive had 2 contact customer service multiple times to get my PAC code sent through to change provider and have a new SIM, I've been waiting over 1 month for a SIM card now and no use of a phone!!!! Liam Bolton

    @davidchalliday @ThreeUK Hi David. I've been a customer with Three since 2008-ish. If you are still within your timeframe for leaving Three without having to pay an early termination fee, I would encourage you to save yourself from this garbage company ASAP

    @ThreeUKSupport I tried the chat gave up after 30mins no response called 333 spoke with someone for 30 mins of try this try that only to be told oh yes there’s an issue in your area? Which is what I told her in the first place!!!!

    Imagine receiving a letter in the post from @ThreeUK saying that your account is in credit and you need to contact @ThreeUKSupport to get the refund. So you do, and customer service says they are rejecting your refund for no logical reason. IMAGINE.

    @ThreeUKSupport Before this issue I was recommending your service to my friends and family now I’m not so sure how you can leave customers with no service for 2 days is ridiculous Speedtest on my PC says 0.40mbps dial up was faster for Christ sake!!!!
