    @ThreeUK appalled by the way this company has ripped me of cancelled a contract more than once and still keep charging after paying 2 contracts for 24 months never missed a payment for you to send a debt letter after the contact has cancelled I’ll be taking this further.

    @ingl We had many problems with @ThreeUK when we had contracts! They promised discounts on both mine & Mrs' accounts when we signed only to find they charged us full price for both. When I complained and showed them written proof of their promise they wouldn't relent! #NeverAgain

    @ThreeUK never had as shockingly bad service! Fuming! Nobody even trying to help! All I want to do is upgrade my 2 phone contracts and handsets!.. shower of shite! The attitude in the Accrington store flippant beyond belief

    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

    I hate being the person who uses socials to complain, but @ThreeUKSupport are being so poor today: I've been in their online chat for an hour, passed to a bunch of different people and most conversation is them "looking up my account details" repeatedly. They used to be good.

    @ThreeUKSupport your infrastructure has been bad in Bristol lately and has reached shocking lows today. What was once tedious, slow loading pages is now unreachable hosts with four bars. What’s going on? I’ve got four months left but want a PAC code now.

    @ThreeUK why is the customer service so poor? Thanked for being a loyal customer but when requesting to cancel 1 contract it’s taken 4 phone calls and each advisor unhelpful! Poor service we will be cancelling our remaining contracts 👎🏻

    @ThreeUKSupport How can I log into your web site if I don't have the SIM card with me? It seems your login process uses an SMS. Please could you allow for some other method, like FreeOTP?
