    @ThreeUKSupport hi, new customer to Payg to test and everything seems fine, tried to upgrade on line and they are sending me another sim. Is that right or have I messed it up. Thanks

    @ThreeUKSupport I simply require a letter of usage and device blacklisting to support SIM loss of my iPhone that was stolen two weeks ago. I have been promised 3 times by three agents after sending in proof of purchase. 12 days later my insurers are waiting just for this . I still haven’t got it

    @ThreeUKSupport abysmal service. tell me that my home broadband quality will increase over a week ago. still horrendous. download and upload speeds constantly fluctuating i can't even play games properly. appalled. all these promises that are just to get your money!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport just visited your outlet in ilford as looking for an upgrade as contract ends in 15 days. Staff named ISH- just spoke to me without even checking on computers and not showed any interest in customer and had to walk out of the store. Poor customer service

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport 10 days, 7 different online agents , 1 hour in a 3 store, 3 promises of a single letter needed for my insurance claim for a new phone I was robbed of. A 3-5 day wait after each promise. Is this how you treat a loyal 10 year customer !! Still nothing !

    @O2 i see that @ThreeUK say they are the best provider of 5g. As an o2 customer i struggle to get 4g in the Bradford postcode area. Mostly 3g round here. So are o2 going to improve service or shall i move to three ?
