    @ThreeUKSupport why is there no e mail address to contact 3 in order to make a complaint. I keep getting links to talk to chat operators who are worst than useless and I get cut out.. I need to contact 3 with a complaint not get thrown around the houses hoping I will give up. 🤬

    @ThreeUKSupport hi your call centre provides awful customer service. I've just had my phone stolen and they couldn't care less. All they wanted to do was sell me another phone. They weren't interested in any of my questions. Please can you confirm a replacement sim is on the way?

    @EE Oh please! I got in touch with you on May 13th and it's now worse than ever! I was recently informed that I'd have problems for another 26 days!! I'm on 5G so I'm paying a lot for something I can barely use! I'm going back to @ThreeUK as soon as my contract is up, I've had enough

    @ThreeUK I am still getting the same message and phone call from 3's help team, (over a month now) saying they are working on the problem. Asking for the same data every time. Why can't i talk to the people who trying to fix it, instead of talking to someone who can't help me.

    @ThreeUKSupport I dont. I left your service about a month ago and switched to EE. I dont know what they could be ringing about as like I said, I get radio silence when I answer or on voicemail. If it's something to do with a final bill I'd rather know. Anything else I have zero interest
