@ThreeUKSupport Sometimes I have no signal or connection even though I have full bars and 4G showing on my phone. My signal breaks when I’m making a phone call even if I haven’t moved nor has the other person. Very unhappy with my service

@ThreeUK I have been on with your network team for nearly 2 hours as I have. Network coverage for 2 days. And resolution could take 7 days or more. You refuse to cancel one of my 2 contracts yet both are impacted! Yadav is currently refusing to transfer or escalate my complaint!

@ThreeUKSupport Been promising for phones for 2+ years now… support promised me I’d be enrolled in a trial last week… (transcript from chat as proof) guess what… nothing… another failed promise. Can’t wait for my contract to end so I can leave this backwards network
