@ThreeUK appalled by the way this company has ripped me of cancelled a contract more than once and still keep charging after paying 2 contracts for 24 months never missed a payment for you to send a debt letter after the contact has cancelled I’ll be taking this further.

@ingl We had many problems with @ThreeUK when we had contracts! They promised discounts on both mine & Mrs' accounts when we signed only to find they charged us full price for both. When I complained and showed them written proof of their promise they wouldn't relent! #NeverAgain

@ThreeUKSupport Broadband didn’t work, mutual cancellation, then a envelope should be sent so that the router can be returned. I’ve lost count of how many times I contacted Three for this “envelope” to return it. But it never arrives. Now the deduction? Can you ask them to call me please?
