@ThreeUK My family has 2 mobile phone contacts, a PAYG phone, and home broadband. Our signal has been awful for the last 36hrs. Ive been unable to reach 3 by phone or Live Chat, and your website has a vague message with no real info. My DM to @ThreeUKSupport has gone unanswered.

Why is customer service so hard? @ThreeUK emailed me to say they haven’t received my device return even though DPD says it was delivered. Three’s email has no way to easily reply with delivery evidence so I have to call and speak to someone that has no clue what I’m talking about
